AMAZING! Already planning our next trip to visit Puerto Vallarta at Villa Jazmin!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Lisa and Bob were wonderful hosts. The photos do not do this place justice. This Villa is absolutely stunning. The Villa was very clean inside and out and the chef and cleaning crew were top notch. Our family has always stayed at resorts when traveling, but our experience at Villa Jazmin has definitely changed our future traveling plans. We would recommend this place to anyone and will most definitely be back.

The Villa was absolutely amazing! The pictures do not do it justice and the views are breathtaking. Planning with Lisa and Jessica was a breeze and they were able to help with several answers that we needed. Our family of 8 felt right at home and were comfortable and incredibly happy. We plan to book again in the future. We would absolutely recommend Villa Jazmin to others!

This was exactly the sort of getaway location me and my family were looking for. Villa Jazmin is an absolute gem with a second to none view. Lisa made the trip great for us by being accomodating and helping us set up activities. I certainly plan to revisit.

Wow, what a great experience we had at Lisa’s villa! Brought our adult children and partners so having 4 complete en-suite rooms was perfect. We knew from the photos that the house would be gorgeous and it was so much better in person to look at the decor and artwork. The view from the shower in the Romantic suite, to die for… The space worked really well for the group, hanging outside and in the living area. Pool was warm and welcome. Huge dining table, almost too challenging to reach across. Plenty of fridge space to accommodate our big Costco run and all the food the cooks were preparing. It was nice to have staff on site for cooking and cleaning. Since this was a first for us I’d have to say it wasn’t our favorite feature. Great to have meals and cleanup but doesn’t replace a good meal out since PV has so many fantastic restaurants. Definitely take advantage of recommendations from Lisa and concierge/staff. We loved our “Samy Day”, plus tequila tasting and photo shoot.

Lisa’s place was nothing short of magical! We had an amazing family trip and found the perfect balance of activities and relaxation. The chef cooked dinner for us each night and the food was amazing. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are so nice and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here, you will not regret it!

BOOK BOOK BOOK! Lisa could charge double the rate and you’d still be thrilled. Amazing from start to finish, the cooks, the concierge… even when we left after our stay a phone was lost in our Uber…. They fixed it in an instant and got it to us before missing our flight. Lisa is so fab I surely annoyed her from so many messages… but she was such a joy to chat and deal with! So accommodating, if you haven’t traveled high level in Asia will seem almost bizarre good treatment, the home is beyond gorgeous and you will feel the heart and soul they have put into it. Cannot say enough good… will be back if she will have me!

Lisa and Bob are amazing hosts. Their home is situated on the hillside, is private and very spacious. They are very responsive, and put us in touch with local vendors for our excursions. I would highly recommend their home for a visit to PV!

Not only the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, but the best home I’ve ever been in. Hands down. Views will take your breath away. We were greeted by the property manager upon arrival, and provided beverages + a tour of the entire home the moment we arrived. The level of service is this consistent throughout your stay. The cooking / cleaning staff are so helpful, and coordinating meals with them was extremely easy. Meals vary greatly from a pre-selected menu, and all options we chose were fantastic. Every room is also beautifully decorated and spacious. There will be NO fighting over rooms with your group, each one has a view and its own spacious bathroom. Staying here truly feels like another world…the only negative is it will be hard to leave and head back to reality! Also - the pictures don’t nearly capture how incredible the view is. BOOK THIS PLACE!

We had the most incredible stay at this villa in Puerto Vallarta! From the start, Lisa and Bob were welcoming and highly responsive, making the planning process a breeze. Once we arrived, the service was impeccable. The house manager was available at a moment’s notice for any need, and the friendly staff prepared two delicious meals each day—groceries were inexpensive, and the food was simply amazing! The villa itself is perfectly positioned for stunning, private ocean views. The sunsets were breathtaking, especially from the saltwater infinity pool, which quickly became our favorite spot. Each room was luxurious, with comfortable king beds and strong AC, making every moment a pleasure. The unique decor added so much character and charm to the experience. We felt incredibly safe, and Uber rides into town were quick (just 6 minutes) and very affordable. This villa truly exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return! 10/10 recommend!

The villa is as described and shown in the pictures. Communication was great prior to arrival. Property Manager Rafael was very helpful with arranging food/ drinks for us so they were ready by the time we got the the villa. He there to greet us when we got there. He walked us through the house and showed us the essentials. The cooks we had were amazing. Every meals we had prepared by them were delicious. They also did a great job cleaning up after us. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice relaxing weekend here.

Magnificent. The pictures, as nice as they are, don’t even begin to convey how beautiful the Villa is. Beautifully furnished with artwork from their travels it is very unusual to find such a luxurious AirBNB. Extremely comfortable furniture, large bedrooms, exquisite bathrooms truly a high end carefully maintained home. The cooks, really better called chefs, Adrianna and Denise provide gourmet meals as good as anything you would find in town. Decadent flan, multiple options for every taste. The saltwater pool and outdoor seating were perfect for relaxing and beating the heat. Lisa, is amazingly responsive, usually within minutes. Do not hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed.

This is an amazing place - it is stunning and beautiful. The views are incredible and it felt very comfortable. Having someone cook and clean for us took some getting used to, but they were wonderful as well.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The house is massive and the private pool overlooking the bay made the stay amazing. Each bedroom is large with a king bed and private bathroom. Air conditioning and wifi and strong! The staff was incredible, doing the grocery shopping and cooking for two meals a day. The house is a situated far enough away from town to feel private and quiet but is a quick 4 minute cab ride to zona romantica.

This was the best family vacation EVER! The villa exceeded our expectations!! It was absolutely beautiful. Words really can't express how much we enjoyed ourselves. JC was very accommodating and helpful. Everything that was scheduled went so well. The chefs were so wonderful and kind. The food they prepared was delicious!! We felt very safe and comfortable. Absolutely amazing, one of the most beautiful places my family has ever stayed. Pictures don’t do it any justice. The staff was incredible, this place far exceeded our expectations.

We are just back from an AMAZING getaway at this fantastic villa. It was JUST as beautiful as the pictures! The entire villa was amazing, and the view was spectacular! The concierge was incredibly responsive both during the trip, and in the planning that led up to it. The amazing mother-daughter team that cooked the meals are out of this world wonderful! Having meals handled made this trip beyond compare! We felt incredibly safe and secure at this location, and had no issues grabbing an uber to run to town for a quick shopping trip. That was literally the only time we left the villa - we had no desire to leave it the rest of the trip! We're already planning our next trip, and will absolutely be returning to Villa Jazmin!

Lisa’s house is incredible, if you’re considering staying here just book it, you won’t regret it. The house itself is huge and well set up for 4 couples to have plenty of privacy and their own space. The staff - JC, Andrea and Ariana are all fantastic, friendly, helpful and the meals they prepare are amazing. The location is great for getting to Zona Romantica as well - fast and inexpensive Uber ride.

So let me just start by saying this has been the best Airbnb I’ve ever had. The house was amazing and beyond as described. It was very clean and well kept. The host JC was very communicative and always there whenever we needed something. The food was great and felt like we were at a top tier restaurant. Overall I would absolutely come back to the villa whenever I’m in Puerto Vallarta again.

If you are planning a visit to PV, you need to book this house! The pictures dont do it justice.... its the perfect place for a group to vacation with huge bedrooms, all with en-suites and plenty of common spaces both indoors and out. We spent most of our time in and around the pool honestly, its so lovely and the view is breathtaking! There was really nothing we needed.... there were toiletries, tons of towels, anything you need. Making the entire stay perfect is the staff. Juan Carlos was so helpful both before and during our stay, pre stocking the groceries we ordered, going back to the market as much as we needed, and answering every question we had. Both of the ladies who cooked were fantastic... not only were their meals delicious, but they were also there to make us snacks or drinks throughout the day, and cleaned up everything... plus they were just nice people! If I could give any advice, I would over-order plenty of drinks day one as well as a few bags of ice. There isnt an easily walkable store so you need to taxi/uber, or call JC and the first 2 days, we just didnt want to leave... we wanted to stay at the pool and house and chill. Also, get plenty of pesos before you get to the house so you can pay for your groceries as you go!

Villa Jazmin is a gorgeous estate. The host and house staff made sure we had exactly what we wanted. Location is great; quick car ride to Zona Romantica.

Lisa & the team on-site were wonderful to work with. The house was just as pictured and even more incredible in-person. The views of the city and ocean are breathtaking from all angles. The daily meals were delicious, Juan Carlos our on-site manager helped us coordinate transportation and provided recommendations in the town. He responded quickly and assisted us with all matters and questions. Thank you again for having us!

Villa Jazmin is the perfect vacation spot. It has it all: incredible views, a beautiful negative edge pool, very spacious bedrooms (all with king beds), and the sweetest staff ever! The meals were fantastic. We definitely did not go hungry! We found it hard to even leave to go into town, but when we did it was a quick 5 min taxi ride to the fantastic Zona Romantica area of Puerto Vallarta. Our concierge gave great tips on restaurants and even booked us a professional photographer. There was no need to even go outside the home for the photo shoot. The house is so spectacular inside and out that it made it incredibly easy to find picture perfect spots for the shoot. In fact, our stay was so enjoyable that we were trying to book our next stay at Villa Jazmin while we were still there!! Thank you Lisa and Bob for sharing your amazing home with us!! This trip was one that we will never forget!

If there were more than 5 stars to give, this villa would most certainly be getting them! Simply put, if you want an unbelievable view, a spectacular infinity edge pool, 4 insanely huge beautifully decorated bedrooms each with there own large closet and bathroom, a concierge that is always at the ready for you, AND a sweet mother daughter duo that will cook fabulous meals and keep the villa clean….BOOK THIS NOW! As if all of that wasn’t enough, the hosts of the villa Lisa and Bob were beyond amazing! The communication level was above anything I’ve ever experienced in my ventures doing rentals, and we’ve done a lot in many different places!! Lisa is exactly what you want, but rarely ever get, in a rental property host! So helpful with anything you need, and so caring about how things are going! She is a sweetheart and I would not blink an eye at rebooking with her! Truly this was one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had! Muchas gracias por todo de nuevo!

My family and I spent time over the holidays at Lisa & Bob’s beautiful home in puerto Vallarta. We have nothing negative to say about it, everything was perfect from the communication with Lisa and Bob and Juan before we arrived. Once arriving at the airport Juan had arranged pickup for my husband my myself and also for our children who arrived a few days later, it was worry free. They even had a nice cold Cerveza in the van! Once we arrived at the house there was guacamole and margarita, and a stunning view all i can say is Wow! Adriana was a fabulous cook and was always open to whatever meal we wanted. It was so nice to have the pre ordered groceries at the house so we didn’t have to run around to the grocery’s stores with Covid going on we wanted to spend as much time as possible at the house. Juan organized our Covid tests to have someone come to the house it was very helpful! All in all it was a fabulous vacation if you are looking for somewhere to go relax with friends family and be taken care off this is the place to go you will have no regrets!

This villa does not disappoint! It’s even better than the pictures. The views are amazing from every part of the house and the service that is received from the entire staff is superb. I highly recommend you book!!!

Paradise! Pictures do not do the home justice. Close to everything but far enough away to feel like you’re in your own little jungle retreat. Pool, staff and amenities were fantastic.

The Jazmin villa is superb, perhaps more so than the photos suggest. It is located in a community of luxury villas in the heights of the Conchas Chinas neighborhood. The center of Puerto Vallarta is a three-minute drive away. Several very nice beaches are close to the villa. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. The villa is spacious and very well furnished. It feels like a home away from home. Everything is there: the swimming pool, large and clean (and the water is very hot!), the terrace, large and well appointed (and there are very few mosquitoes, which I enjoyed), the bedding, very comfortable and the kitchen, complete for cooking. The air conditioning works great. In the evenings, we relaxed by watching a movie or listening to music. The staff is efficient, discreet and charming. I would recommend this villa without hesitation. Sophie

These pictures do not do this Villa Justice!! The Villa is so much prettier in person! Two words infinity pool (with a view!!!). The Villa was close to town that made it possible to catch ubers and taxis ! The staff were amazing and attentive with us! The food they prepared was delicious. All of the rooms were comfortable and the living rooms were spacious! Our group definitely plans to stay again in the future ! Lisa was also very great at communicating before our trip to the Villa. We were definitely in good hands. I recommend booking this AIRBNB ASAP! We didn’t want to leave !!

We’ve stayed in many villas in PV, and this one is the best we’ve found. The views from Jazmin (and the infinity pool) are insane. Every bedroom feels like a master suite. The walk to town is ~20min or 5min Uber.
