Pros: the home itself was beautiful & secluded The decor was pretty & simple They provide a cleaning service Cons: location almost impossible to find Roads are horrible Rent a car !! The transportation prices is ridiculous Used the groceries service only to receive basically rotting fruit i still had to pay 56$ for Shower head in master bath didn’t work and nor did the pool jets Everything closed early! Other than that GO FOR IT !! Beautiful BNB !!

Villa Milagro was a dream! my husband and I and out two small pups spent my birthday weekend here and would book again in a heartbeat! Benjamin and team are super responsive, gave great recommendations, and overall provided a 5* end to end experience. Note that you will need a rental car or moped to get around the area. Tulum is still being developed so roads are semi paved and not paved in places. There is also construction around but it did not impact our stay. Thanks again!

A very nice place and a great location!!

We ended up here after a terrible experience at another place, they took us in for a week at short notice. What a difference! The place was perfect for our family, everything works and it was clean and well-stocked. The additional benefit of having a cleaner come every two days was awesome. Very attentive hosts, we had a problem with the water and we had someone on our doorstep within 15 minutes to fix it in the pouring rain. Really nice place, nice people and good location - far enough away to be peaceful but close enough for convenience. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

the hosts were so welcoming and available for any and everything! the house was so well kept and the chef was amazing. they took care of our rides to all our destinations no matter the time. service and hosting was spectacular. i would just be careful with the stairs since there is no railing as well as the swing in the pool. we were a group of 4 so we were a bit sad to find out the pool is much larger in the photos, it's more of a sit in rather than a pool to swim in. other than that we couldn't have asked for better hosts! thank you guys!

The house manager Dana was superb! They offer decorations , private chef, grocery shopping, transportation, etc I literally didn’t have to lift a finger. The home was beautiful and very spacious. My birthday decorations were beautiful 🤩 I would definitely stay here again. For a bonus they had a house cleaner coke during our stay to clean, it was pure amazing. Only down part it was so hard to find home as it’s in a new build area, I suggest you drop the location of the home once you arrive and go off of your dropped location for you entire stay, also taxis were 38-50 one way so try to get a rental if possible the home is in location where you need a car or taxi wherever you go. 15m away from the town driving :)

Nice, clean airbnb with comfortable beds in Veleta. Can’t really walk anywhere from the airbnb w children (the house is not on a main path so it’s very dark and really bumpy with not much else around it) but it’s a quick drive to the main strip in Veleta for food/drink which we enjoyed (no wait/reservations needed). We stayed here with a 3.5 and 6 year old and were comfortable but do keep in mind that the stair case doesn’t have a guard rail for half a floor. We didn’t use the plunge pool at all but we went to a beach club daily near Playa Paraiso and it was about a 20 min drive each way depending on traffic. Ben and Maha were quick to respond/fix issues (the gas stove wasn’t working properly while we were there but was fixed in a couple of hours). Overall a great stay, but next time I would try to find a smaller home closer to downtown Veleta so we don’t have to grab the car for everything. Thanks Ben for all the tips and help during our trip to Tulum!

Me and my group of friends (7 total) stayed at Villa Milagro and we loved it. It was three of our bdays and they decorated the place with balloons and left us treats in the fridge. The place is a lot bigger in person and very comfy. It’s a very pretty home and had everything we needed. We enjoyed in home massages and enjoyed the pool area. There was also a private parking space for our rental car which was a plus. We felt love and would love to return to Tulum to stay here. Thank you so much for everything! Definitely 5 stars.

Great stay. We enjoyed our self. Ben was so great, he helped us with transportation from/to the airport. Communication was awesome! Cindy who is the property manager was amazing as well- always quick to respond to issues, you can tell she really cares about the hosts enjoying themselves. Only con is outside the control of the host but the road to the house is very bumpy and taxis wanted to charge us extra due to that. Not easy to walk to places at night- need a taxi but that’s about it. If you’re have transportation, or get ATV (recommend) you will be just fine.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My little sister flew down a day before me while my flight was delayed a day. Ben then got in touch with my little sister and has been insanely helpful from the start as he picked her up from the bus stop and drove her to the his Airbnb. I loved the energy I felt right as I arrived. This place was very clean and had everything needed. Ben even hosted us as we went and stayed at another Airbnb! Wished we had stayed at his place the whole trip instead of wanting to switch things up. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a chill vibe atmosphere followed by great hospitality at the same time!

An absolute gem! Close to the energy of Tulum beaches but even closer to the authentic and intentional Tulum that most cannot find anymore. The property is thoughtfully curated and the hosts are amongst the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful home. My little pup was welcomed with open arms and the level of attentiveness from Ben made us feel like locals. Thank you!

This house was beautiful by design and completely functional as our vacation oasis. Ben was clear, communicative, and understanding/flexible when needed. We received in-home massages. Best way to start the mornings. Most of the exploring was by way if Ben’s recommendations and the information available to us in the welcome binder. Our first time in Tulum and certainly won’t be the last. I’d do it all exactly the same- including staying here and maybe longer!

I stayed here recently for my honeymoon, and it was a dream come true for us. The directions and guidance given by Benjamin and Daniela were so helpful - we were able to find the location with no issues. The space is so beautiful in person - I really loved all the natural light coming in via the windows. It was also really great to wake up to the beautiful views and hear all the different bird songs. Villa Milagro has so many thoughtful touches and is really close to nearby restaurants and shops on Avenida Tulum. I really loved the helpful binder with tips on local places to eat and activities nearby - we tried out many of the recommendations and loved the food places listed. The pool area is perfect for cooling down after a hot day. The kitchen had helpful utensils and was stocked so that we could cook there if we felt like staying in. The entire area is very spacious, and I was a fan of the cute decor throughout the rooms. We had a very relaxing trip and loved the space so much that we are trying to plan for when we can return. I highly recommend Villa Milagro for anyone seeking a beautiful vacation space in Tulum. It has everything you need, and is close by to so many great places to visit. Thank you for helping make our honeymoon so amazing!

BEST STAY IN TULUM! What an amazing experience! It was an anniversary trip and Benjamin’s villa was our home away from home. Everything you could want in a place to stay in Tulum was in this place. Great amenities, beautiful backyard area, well decorated home, overall very thoughtful stay. We had a couple of questions during our time and they got back to us immediately. Daniela, was the absolute best! She came over and helped us out with everything we needed from tweaks to improve the WiFi to answering our questions. The best. We will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Tulum just cause of her. Thank you so much Daniela! If you do stay and have a rental, make sure to get insurance and an SUV. Tulum is still developing, so many roads are unpaved. But this place is located in a perfect location, cool 5 minute drive to very nice Cenotes, and 10-15 minutes away from the beach.

Host Response

Thank you ! What a nice review. That is so nice of you. It makes us very happy that you had such a wonderful time in our home! Thank you for the feedback. We upgraded the wifi this week, as it had been temperamental for us as well just recently, and we will let future guests know where we hide the candles. ;-)

Benjamin’s villa was comfortable and relaxing. We loved our stay there and would definitely return! The villa had all the essentials and we felt right at home. The plunge pool was refreshing at the end of a long day. We weren’t bothered by any of the construction—it didn’t seem loud to us at all, but we also didn’t spend a lot of time at the villa during the day. We also felt as though the villa was very safe and secure. The only downside was some of the roads by the villa. Because the villa is in a newly developed area of Tulum, a few of the roads are not paved, so there were huge potholes (more like small ponds) that made those backroads difficult to drive on. Of course, this is no fault of the villa owners. Just something to be aware of. Daniela created a great list of recommendations and when we asked for ideas on places where the locals like to eat, she had plenty of suggestions. El Tacoqueto was delicious—we ate there 3 times! It’s a place where the Abuelas are there cooking whatever is fresh and local, so there’s no set menu. The inside of the restaurant doesn’t look like much, but the staff are warm and welcoming and the food is the best we had in Tulum. We spent our days at the beach, ruins, cenotes and explored hidden gems of downtown Tulum. The villa is a great location for people who prefer quiet and relaxing over the loud beach party scene at night. Thank you for a wonderful and magical stay in Tulum!

Benjamin’s place is gorgeous, close to everything and was the perfect spot to have the most relaxing experience. The house manager Daniella was incredible and took such sweet care of me, even bringing me things when I got sick! It’s a little further from the beach but it’s a great space to be away from the touristy crowds and actually relax. I had a rental car that was perfect for getting out and seeing all the sights and trips to the beach each day, Daniella gave me all the best recommendations for places to eat, Cenotes, beach clubs and amazing things to do and see. The house itself is incredibly clean and tidy, good wifi and everything else you could possible need! I would highly recommend this sweet space for anyone looking for a short trip to Tulum, or for a longer stay!

This place was amazing! We did have a little bit of trouble at first finding the place but Daniela helped us out and gave clear instructions, she met with us to show us around and gave helpful tips/recommendations. This neighborhood is still up and coming but beautiful nonetheless. There’s a beautiful Yoga resort called Holistika which is a short bike ride away that I recommend going to un you’re into yoga. The beach is about a 15-20 minute drive not bad at all, there’s so much to do so I will definitely be coming back and staying here again! AC & pool we’re a plus especially for the warm weather. I can’t say enough good things about Benjamin & Danielas place, thank you so much!

Our stay was great. A really very nice house. Thoughtful and a lot of amenities. Families really recommend it. Spacious spaces and everything very clean. The kitchen was even equipped with small snacks and a few drinks that were available to us free of charge. Drinking water was also ample. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large gas stove available. The bathrooms are equipped with soap shampoo and shower gel. The pool is small but nice and perfect for cooling off sufficient. The lighting in the evening is beautiful. Tulum is very nice and should really be experienced. We had one of the most beautiful vacations there. The contact went smoothly, we were warmly received by Daniela. She gave us a lot of tips and was always available. I recommend a rental car ( terrain suitable , the roads around the house are not easily passable), although everything is also accessible from the available bikes. Every day you can experience something new exciting. Mexico is a great exciting country and Tulum is an absolute must.
