This was my third time staying in this unit, we love the area and the vibe.

What can I say about this place, other than EXCEPTIONAL!

Very nice place, comfortable, clean bright, with all the necessities. We felt very comfortable 😊

We stayed here for a week with three children. The complex is tucked in the woods off of a main street and feels quiet, secluded, and surrounded by green in a lovely way. We had a car that we used to shop and travel, although there is a grocer and restaurants in walking distance. There were bicycles locked at the condo but they weren't in top shape. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for simple cooking, shared the dishwashing duties and had a great time just relaxing at the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very comfortable and nice. The rooftop was a quiet place to sun bath and then cool off! I would definitely stay here again and really appreciate the architecture with lots of windows, wildlife, privacy while feeling very safe.

I loved it. Everything was great. Marina was very quick to respond. We had an issue with the front air conditioner not working. It was as simple as changing the battery in the remote but she sent someone over right away. The hot water was gray. Everything was great.

My stay with a group of 6 went as smoothly as it can be. This place accommodated our needs and was close to everything. Would recommend again!

Mariana was very helpful and quick to respond. A few issues that came out were sorted quickly. Nice pool area. Roof plunge pool nice to have. Only complaint is house bit dark. No light entrring house. Next door neighbours were very loud. Nothing to do with host. Just sometimes people are not considrate to other people next door.

Where do I start? The place is amazing all around, peaceful, quiet, relaxing, chic. It’s away but close to everything. The host is AMAZING all around, communication, helping me out with my questions. We felt safe, at home and secure. Tulum itself was an experience, but this home was a dream.

It was beautiful and very safe. So much fun and will be back!

We had a great time staying here. The place was beautiful and perfect for the five of us. Marianna was extremely responsive when we had questions.

Perfect location. We rented a car so it was pretty easy to get to the beach or downtown. Could walk to the store if we wanted but probably wouldn’t do that when it’s dark. Matched the description and we felt right at home.

We fell in love with this place and didn't want to leave. Mariana was very responsive to all my questions. We were definitely satisfied overall. I would book here again!

Our stay was awesome! We loved the place, it had enough space for us, we spent a bunch of time between the pools. It was close enough to everything to walk; was an awesome time!

This was my first time doing an Airbnb, so I was skeptical about it. But after speaking with the host she made me feel extremely comfortable. The host was very attentive and responsive. Even recommended chiefs and transportation. We had an issue with one of the sliding doors not being able to lock. I messaged my host and within 15 mins there was someone there to fix it. I cannot explain how much I loved that. Also this is a gated community with security 24/7. One thing I will say is at night me & my fiancé kept hearing noise as if someone was trying to get into our villa. Which was kind of creepy. But overall it was a beautiful place and the host was phenomenal. I would recommend this place to others. It’s also not far from the strip. Also be careful with where your going and be mindful not to stay out too late. If you do don’t bring a lot of cash.

Absolutely loved our stay here. the place looks exactly like the photos. The private plunge pool on the roof was great, and even though there are neighbors on either side, we still had plenty of privacy. Wifi was lightning fast (although I did need an ethernet cable to get wifi into the upper rooms, which was no problem). Mariana was EXTREMELY helpful, she even had someone pick up and deliver me a ethernet cable right away when I mentioned the wifi in the upper rooms. the shared pool is GORGEOUS and I even got to make use of the gym which has beautiful views. highly reccomend staying here. Restaurants are about a 10 - 30 minute walk which was fine with me and my group. We felt secure inside this little jungle paradise. Mariana is a great host!

The house is very beautiful and it's calm in the neighbourhood alltough it's near the best restaurants (by car). Mariane was very friendly and allways reachable.

This was a great place for groups. All amenities were functional and easy to access. It was easy to access grocery stores by foot and it was a short taxi away from downtown and the beach area. Highly recommend this place!

Very good accommodation, private and very quiet

This townhouse was very private off the beaten path. It is in close proximity of everything because Tulum is a small city. EXTREMELY clean, lots of bathrooms, bedrooms, privacy. We absolutely loved this place! We had a rental car, so driving, everything was 7-10 minutes away, and biking would be 15 minutes or so to local restaurants. Our host was incredible. We were very lucky that she was so responsive & helpful. We appreciated that more than anything.

Mariana sets the bar high. Extremely responsive and will make the accommodations to ensure you’re happy with the stay. Hope my future stays are all this straightforward!

The townhome is beautiful, spacious, and clean. But just to clarify--the townhouse only has one rooftop plunge pool. The larger pool is shared with other townhomes in the community... and is only a few steps away from the house. From the pics, we thought it was our private pool. The shared amenities (gym, ping pong, and rock climbing) were great. Mariana was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped connect me with chef and transportation, which worked out well. I recommend renting a car as taxis to the beach/touristy hotel area are extremely expensive. And there aren't that many food/coffee options walking distance away (except Starbucks). There are two nearby grocery stores though, which are walking distance. It took us about 20-30 min driving to get to parts of the hotel area. The townhouse comes with most of what you'll need. The AC units worked well and kept us super comfortable. I would def recommend this home for a large group.

It was the perfect Airbnb for 7 girls on a bachelorette trip. Safe location, close enough to walk into town and easy to get a taxi to the beach/hotel area. All things considered, this home was like a dream and we’d be happy to stay here again!

The property was exactly as described, beautiful views from the rooftop, immaculate inside and out. It is a little hidden away from the main road and was very secure with on-site security who were super helpful anytime we needed anything or had any questions. It was surprisingly very walkable if you don’t mind a quick 15-20 minute walk or a very short bike ride from many restaurants and bars. Mariana was very responsive and even reached out the day before to let us know she would be traveling and provided a contact person for the short time she was unavailable, one of the best hosts I’ve had. I couldn’t recommend this property more if you plan to stay in the Tulum area. Thank you again for everything!

The house is in the jungle it'll look a little crazy at first but when you get to the house it's amazing, 24hr security and they also help you get a taxi if you need one. The house is close to alot of restaurants and convenience stores and a market which is great she also has a link where you can get food delivered which is another great option. The entire lay out of the house is great it's so much space and the house Is extremely clean the roof top pool is a bonus. It's also a big pool as well. All in all just book it its amazing!!!!

Such a great house, it’s design, material choices, surprising layout and roof top make it a great property to be in Tulum. Car or bikes are a big plus but you can walk to downtown, to the archeological site, and to a gas station with a convenient store. The host will also deliver and answer all your requests. We loved our stay

AMAZING PROPERTY!! The host Mariana was very helpful with everything from local food/attraction recommendations to early check-in and she even responded late night to assist me with making the refrigerator cooler. The home was immaculate and looks even better than the pix. There is nothing I would change and I will definitely be returning to this property.

This place is such a gorgeous house, looks just like the pictures. Mariana was so easy to communicate with & responded very quickly to any question or concern! Loved staying here so much room for our big group and the gardens are perfect!

A unique and cozy place, splendid to spend a pleasant stay next to pure nature, in an area very close to restaurants and points of interest. The hosts are always on the lookout to offer us help or whatever we needed, the check-in process is very simple, they explain everything in detail.

The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed on Airbnb! Absolutely gorgeous villa and community. The villa is super clean and had helpful and friendly staff on site. I love that there is 4.5 bathrooms inside and plenty of space for everyone! Mariana was wondering with communication! Highly recommend booking for your trip to Tulum!

This space was awesome for a group of 6! There was quiet space so you could rest but also great gathering spaces for everyone. We really enjoyed the rooftop as well. The living area downstairs was comfortable & TV worked great. We also utilized the kitchen for cooking as we did not feel like going out for dinner. Host was great with communication & bag drop off as well! Would love to visit again!

Great place - tons of space and very close to lots of attractions such as the ruins. Also fairly private at a great price. Perfect for a few days or a week and amazing communication all around from the host :)

Amazing listing and Mariana was an extremely helpful and communicative host! We were a group of 5 adults–one couple and 3 singles. We absolutely loved our stay. It’s a spacious townhouse, looks just like the listing. The beds and bedding are all very comfortable, the rooftop pool gets great sun all day, and the kitchen was great for cooking in, wifi was fast and reliable and all the TVs were new and smart equipped to sign in with whichever streaming service. We liked that the location had private safe parking, and close access to the beach and town and cenotes, but not in the thick of the mess of construction or loud parties. Highly recommend! Best cenotes were all in the area past Dos Ojos. SFER IK art center was gorgeous and about 35 mins drive. Grocery stores were both very close, just around the corner. For restaurants, I recommend skipping the touristy beach spots and doing some good eating in town. Our favorites were Botánica for breakfast, Elemento for dinner (everything was amazing), and Akuma Tiger Sushi was incredible and you must try! We also had an amazing night out at Straw Hat Hostile rooftop bar—crazy fun and eclectic international group of people. Lastly, definitely rent a car it’s worth it every bit!

Would definitely recommend! Mariana’s home was perfect for our stay (there were 4 of us). The location was perfect as it is between the town and the beach, very close to the grocery store which was very convenient especially as the house has a fully stocked kitchen. The design of the house is gorgeous with tons of windows, and somehow the house stays cool! We barely needed our AC. The rooftop pool was perfect and peaceful; and Mariana had the pool cleaned twice a week. Also Mariana was so responsive any time we had questions or if we needed any maintenance.

Close to tulum beach attractions 6 mins from tulum tower, food etc…awesome locations it was tricky to find but she stayed on the phone with me the entire time and guided me to the entrance it really is in the jungle and I loved it , the home is beautiful and HUGE every room has its own bathroom and the pool on the roof is breathtaking so clean and specious I recommend to book this home if you are looking for a real tulum feel surrounded with lots of trees and lots of floor to ceilings windows you can see out of the two swings are perfect for pictures etc…the host was amazing she was very helpful with communicating with me well she actually checked on me more and I felt safe she also offer bikes and maintained the pool getting cleaned during my stay 5 star all around 😊

Mariana was a great host. Kept us informed from start to finish. Was prepared to take care of any issues that would have come up - but they didnt. Everything worked fine. House is nice, just as pictured. House is spacious and w/ a bathroom for each bedroom, everyone had their total privacy. Everything worked great, water, hot water, gate, a/c, pool, w/d. if you are there for nye & plan to party at beach clubs, this area may not be best area for you. Taxi to taboo on nye was $90. Van shuttle on ny day was $273 r/t to Rosa negra.

Marina is a great host with very easy to communicate. the property is amazing jungle style retreat. close to supermarket and restaurant. will visit again!!

Mariana saved our trip when we had to leave a previous Airbnb on our trip. She accommodated us last minute and we wish we wouldn’t stayed at her place the whole time. We loved it so much we extended our trip to get more time at the house. I cannot say enough great things about the stay. I have used Airbnb for 10 years and she was the best host I’ve had to date. 1. The place was accurately described and even better in person 2. It was SPOTLESS. 3. Beds were comfortable and the showers were fantastic with great water pressure. 4. The property grounds were safe and right on the Main Street close to everything. 5. The property amenities were awesome. Pool table, gym, rock wall, and much more. We especially loved the beautiful winding walk up to the treetops. 6. The bikes were a huge plus and it’s a short ride into town for brunch :) I have no negatives to say, I just wish I had more time in the space! Thanks again Mariana!

I stayed in this beautiful home for 5 days with my sisters. The pictures doesn't do this house any justice. It was such a beautiful place with 24 hours security. The hostess was amazing, and responded quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this fabulous house.

Mariana’s place was great, we all had a lovely stay there and fully enjoyed all the amenities! She was a great host and responded quickly every time, even when I messaged her at 11PM one night. The Airbnb had everything we needed, we especially appreciate the water machine and the spices that came with the place. It’s truly the perfect place if you have a group of 6+ people. We would highly recommend this Airbnb and I’m looking forward to returning and staying with Mariana again.

The house was beautifully built & the swings outside adds a jungle touch to the name. The pool was great for the size of the group!
