I stayed with my family of five, including teenagers, for nine nights and we really enjoyed Kyra’s condo. We had beautiful views overlooking the bay including the pier, the indoor and outdoor furniture was comfortable, and the pools are also clean, nice pools. There is also a private beach for swimming just below the property. The security team was wonderful… Hector, Moises and Juan were all very friendly and inviting. Special thanks to Hector for going out of his way to help with activities around the area. We parked our car in the private garage instead of on the street which is also closely monitored by security. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the food was good. The ahi tuna appetizer was excellent. Room service was more like take out, everything was put in paper boxes. Overall the property is nice and I would recommend to anyone looking for peaceful place but within good distance to activities. Thank you Kyra for sharing your home.

Very nice apartment and condominium

We LOVED our stay at Kyra’s condo, and the Sayan Beach building had great amenities on site too. The views alone were so amazing! Our family of four has traveled to the area three years in a row now, and we enjoy breaking up the trip into different adventures, always with time spent in the Romantic Zone. This unit had a great kitchen with many amenities on hand, which we really appreciate since we like to do some cooking (with options leftover storage) wherever we stay — this can vary so much by rental, and cooking equipment and options had everything we needed and more. While we stayed during Semana Santa (before Easter,) we love the location by Playa Amapas with an easy access into town yet away from late night noise. Walking to Playa Conchas Chinas to the south, or into town along Play Los Muertos, we could get where we wanted easily, and could easily get a ride back via taxi or Uber. Staying here was a great, and we’d love to be back again!

2000/10 recommend staying at this condo!! It was probably one of the best air bnb’s I have ever stayed in, and I’ve rented a good amount. The balcony view is stunning, the condo is clean and very well stocked, the area is VERY safe and clean, and the staff at Sayan Beach is very attentive and hospitable. They were very kind to my son and always remembered our names. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed having meals and snacks by the pool, and the views were breathtaking. The food at the restaurant was incredible also! We will absolutely be coming back and staying here again!

Gorgeous place, great location, ubers very easy and close to everything in both directions north and south. The property has fantastic pools (ground floor and rooftop), beach access, and wonderful staff. Very safe and Kyra's place has a huge balcony to watch the stunning sunset.

We’ve annually visited Sayan Beach for almost ten years now and this year was one of our favorite visits. The unit is well maintained, comfortable, super clean, and had everything that we needed. It shows that the owner's care for their property. We intend to come back

This was our second time staying in Kyra's condo, and we had just as an amazing time. From the beautiful balcony, building amenities, food, and concierge services, we can't imagine staying anywhere else whenever visiting PVR!

What an amazing condo! Very spacious, clean, modern. One of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. Also, very close to the romantic zone, but far enough on the hill to get away. Comfy beds, the kitchen well supplied. We’ll definitely be back.

Great stay - we love the Sayan Beach condos and this unit in particular. The views from this unit are unbeatable - just high enough not to be obstructed by anything. The distance to town is also just right- not too close, not too far. Beach access is a nice plus - the beach below is largely vendor free and not crowded. The food in the building restaurant is quite good so we only ever ate breakfast there. Pickleball court was nice- we used it three times. (Evening was best for purposes of being in the shade.) Staff was all friendly (even though the front gate guy was a little pushy re tips). Washer dryer access was very convenient, as was having beach towels. Gym was clean and well equipped. We look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay over the winter holidays with kids and grandparents. The property was beautiful and spacious. The pools on the rooftop and lower floor had incredible views and were never crowded. In addition to cooking some meals at the condo we also ordered meals through room service that was delicious and fairly priced. This was the perfect getaway.

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

Fantastic! This is one of those places that makes you worry that it can't possibly be as good as the photos. But ends up being even better. The view is amazing, and being able to open up the sliding windows to create an indoor/outdoor living space was so nice. The place is extremely well-appointed with everything you need (although we did look for binoculars! that was hardly a necessity!) Cesar and Kyra were kind and responsive, as was everyone we came in contact with at the condo building during our stay.

This place was magical!!! It’s views are incredible and it always felt like home. Loved being here!! Our hosts were incredible and got back to us promptly with any concerns. So happy we stayed here!

Beautiful condo and building. Staff are great. Rooftop pool and patio were spectacular. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Very quiet building but 7 min Uber to town for the action. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Loved everything about the condo, specially the balcony which is huge and amazing ocean view.. the rooftop pool and bar was so beautiful and peaceful, amazing views of the jungles and the ocean. Food was also amazing at the bar and felt like a private pool. Will definitely stay here next time in PV!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place is absolutely beautiful in a perfect location…if you want to be a bit away from the craziness of the Romantica zone…yet you can walk there via beach in about 10-15 minutes. Ubers bare also cheap to the pier area. The pools are spotless…and there is food available at both the pools. We were a group of 5 (celebrating our Dad’s 80th bday), and we had plenty of room and enjoyed ourselves immensely! Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was as described and pictured, but the actual experience was even better than expected. No words can accurately describe the feeling of sitting on the balcony with great friends, even during a rain storm, other than pure bliss. We also loved the infinity pools! Pool drinks on the rooftop were a favorite and breakfast was tasty. Easy and cheap uber transportation was a plus. The only thing that we didn’t expect that wasn’t great was the constant promotion and selling tactics by the staff for a massage.

The place was even more beautiful than the pictures and so was the service on the property. The hosts very responsive!

Sayan Beach is truly a paradise. Everything about this place screams relaxation, natural beauty and vacation. The unit is spacious and comfortable, we enjoy how spacious the kitchen, living room and sinning room were. We enjoyed hanging out at all three. the bedding in every room was comfortable and clean. The L shape patio deck has beautiful, comfortable furniture, plenty of space and the most amazing views. We look forward to returning!!!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this unit. Already made my reservation for next year. The view is EPIC! Cozy couch, comfy bed, nicely decorated. Love that there was laundry soap & dryer sheets available, came home with a suitcase full of clean clothes, love that. Book it now as it fills up quickly, you won't regret it.

Fabulous long weekend getaway at Cesar and Kyra’s! Incredible location, amenities, and the most wonderful staff onsite. Can’t recommend enough - 10 stars!

Everything and everyone was fantastic!!!

Sayan Beach condos is just one of our favorite condos to stay at. Very private, beautiful and secure. Cesar and Kyra were great hosts and we’d stay here again. The pictures do this place no justice. The grounds offer resorts amenities but a different more personalized touch. Staff is super friendly and very hospitable. Beautiful condo!

We’ve been coming to Sayan Beach for years, and this is our second stay at Kyra’s condo. It is spectacular…beautiful views, thoughtfully decorated, great showers, great a/c, comfortable beds, etc. Sayan Beach in general is a great place to stay, and has everything you could possibly want in a PV vacation: rooftop infinity pool, cheap food/drink service, gym, in-room/on-balcony massages, beach access. You should come, and definitely stay at Kyra’s place!

Everything was AMAZING! The views, rooms, service, and overall experience was one for the books. It was a group of 7 girls and we felt well taken care of by the staff on property. You won't regret booking it! Kyra is wonderful to communicate with via message. We decided this will be an annual girls trip!! 💖💫

This is my 3rd time staying in this beautiful condo and loved everything about it once again. Kyra is very communicative and helpful. The unit is spacious and the views from the unit and rooftop are absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need. This is one of the top buildings in PV in my opinion. It's private, calming, not busy, and has good security - this is not a party building and we like that. But it's also very close to the busy exciting parts of of the Zona Romantica if you wanna go out and have some fun. The room service (food and drink) as well as rooftop and lobby bar/restaurant is a great perk with good pricing. We would gladly stay here again!

This place is simply spectacular! Luxury at its finest! The condo has some of the best views. The entire building is set up like a resort which offers room service, rooftop bar, lobby bar, and food options and also includes some of the friendliest staff ever! Jose from the front desk and the entire staff were just amazing. They helped us get after-hours dinner from the local spots nearby. They also helped us book a table at the day club and ensured we always had a taxi ride there and back. They were just amazing! One of my favorite things about the building is the privacy you get. The pools are not crowded and the ambiance is very calm and welcoming. The condo itself is beautiful and so spacious. The rooms are big and the master bedroom has an incredible ocean view along with the rest of the common areas. It had a beautiful kitchen as well. The place has everything you can possibly need, and if it's not there then you can get it within minutes by calling room service. The location is also prime, with less than 10 minutes to get to the Malecon (downtown area) and no more than 30 minutes to the airport. We cannot put into words how much we loved our experience of staying here. This place was just perfect. I highly recommend it.

Great condo, beautifully decorated and maintained. The Resort was also very nice, we enjoyed all of the pools with our kids (2 and 4 yo) as well as the easy access to the beach. Food was very good as well. We would definitely come back and stay at Sayan Beach and this condo in particular!

This place literally has it all - view, comfort, clean hospitality, location, convenience. Kyra was amazing and super fast with all communication and there was never a moment of stress or worry. You cannot beat this place - the photos do not do it justice... the building hospitality and conveniences (room service in a condo... rooftop infinity pool with full bar and food service!) are incredible. There is so much to do in PV, but you may just want to stay here and not leave! You can walk to the romantic zone amazing restaurants and Los Muertos beach amenities, plus you have a private beach at your toes. If you do stay, I highly encourage getting a massage from Claudia (the building staff can set it up) - incredible price and one of the best massages I've had (and I've had a lot!). Literally everything was incredible - you will not regret it. Tips - bring pesos cash for tips for building and restaurant staff. Be ready to not want to leave.

This place was a dream. With gorgeous ocean views, Kyra and Cesar's place was immaculate. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurants were amazing as well as the security. Kyra is a fantastic host and easily to communicate and contact. highly recommend any of their properties. thank you for making our stay magical.

Kyra communicates well. Location is great. We had our own beach right up front, food at condo was delicious, and most of all staff members are so kind. We would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

Cesar & Kyra’s condo is absolutely wonderful. The condo is luxurious , spacious, comfortable and was immaculately cleaned . It had everything we could possibly need for our stay there. The condo is about a 25 minute ride from the airport , and is in a quiet neighborhood, that is about a 7-10 minute walk from the Zona Romantica area. The condo building has an amazing set of infinity pools, and hot tubs . It also has a restaurant that served great food/provided room service , at very reasonable prices . The condo also has access to a small private beach , which was a fun place to hang out . The view from this condo is absolutely breathtaking . Probably one of the best views in Puerto Vallarta. Maybe second only to the view from Cesar and Kyras condo in the Indah building next door, which we also stayed at. Kyra was an amazing host. She was very responsive . I never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response , and all her instructions were clear and concise . She was incredibly flexible and helpful in accommodating some special requests we had in managing our booking . We had a truly memorable vacation here , and would love to return when we are back in Puerto Vallarta .

Awesome place and host

This was our second stay in this Sayan Beach building. This is an especially nice condo with the southern corner location, with great views all day and nice sunsets. Everything was great during the stay and we would be happy to return here.

Beautiful place. Amazing building. My favorite in Puerto Vallarta

A truly elevated space in every way. Corner unit with gorgeous sunset views and relaxing sound of waves on rocks from balcony. The entire living space opens up to balcony with retractable doors. Spacious rooms. Comfy beds. Modern bathrooms. Excellent service from friendly, attentive staff. Reasonable priced onsite dining and bars. Uncrowded pools/gym... you could visit and never have to leave. Very walkable to retail dining and beach clubs in Zona Romantica.

Kyra's condominium has a beautiful view. It has a cooler and chairs in case you like to go to the beach and everything you need to use inside the condo. The security care of the condominium is also very able, and the workers are very attentive to the guests. Kyra is very kind and responds very quickly to the messages and doubts you have.

This is by far a huge value for what you pay, especially if you come as three couples. Stunning views, beautiful pool area with full bar and restaurant, best gym I've ever seen at any AirBnB property, easy beach access and 24/7 security. The other nice touches that go beyond the norm are an accessible outdoor gas grill, real wine glasses, excellent bedding with different types of pillows, large walk in closet in Master, very large tv's and washer/dryer access. Trust me, this is a gem of a property.

Kyra's place, what can i say. it has the best views, all of the amenities you could ask for, really great food and drink options plus the staff are some of the nicest people you could meet. Having stayed here previously it exceeds my expectations every time. My friends and i are looking forward to coming back in the future for sure. Pictures cant capture the breathtaking views you get during your stay.

This was an amazing place to stay. Everything we needed was available including a washer and dryer, and even chairs for the beach. We were left speechless at the view we had and how we could open the whole living room to the outside. This is the place to stay!

The place is 100%! Super clean and very comfortable, the terrace and the amazing view where we could enjoy the sunsets of Vallarta and we loved that it had a barbecue!! Stay here! Luxury accommodations with thoughtfully curated amenities, million dollar views, and great beds. Excellent pools, bars and gym. Don't miss the rooftop bar and infinite pool for spectacular sunset viewing. Quick walk to town and to beaches. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

This is a wonderful place that felt like home. It’s close enough to the center of PV to walk and go shopping or to dinner but far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. The condo has access to two pool areas which also has food and drinks available for purchase. Definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely gorgeous! The view, the space, and especially the amenities are top notch. We loved the rooftop pool and on site fitness center. The views looking over the ocean are breathtaking. The building is extremely secure and has a full on-site security team operating 24/7! The pool also has a full staff providing bar service, food, coffee, etc. Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful place and easy checkin

I could not be happier with my stay. The apartment, location, amenities and instructions for anything we might of needed were top notch. In addition the staff in the building was super helpful.

Cesar & Kyra's condo was just as beautiful as the pictures! It was clean and had great ocean views especially from the balcony. The condo is only about a 5-10 minute walk down to downtown, but there are workers there who can call a taxi for you as well. It's 50-100 pesos to wherever you want. There's a restaurant at the condo and two amazing infinity pools. There's a beach The fitness center is opened 24 hours and is huge and clean with plenty of cardio and weight equipment. Kyra was a great host and answered all my questions quickly!

This place is great if you are looking for something close to the Romantic Zone but don't want all the noise from the restaurants and bars. There are strict rules about noise in the building so you will not have any issues with noisy neighbors. It's about a 10 minute walk downhill to the shops and restaurants, and there is a parking space included with the condo. This was our second trip to PV and we wanted to rent a car to explore more of the city. It was easy to find the several parking garages throughout town that cost about $1 USD per hour. The condo has two very nice pools and a couple restaurants. There is a secluded beach just below the pool that is great if you don't want to deal with the crowds and vendors. This place is very spacious and beautifully furnished. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which worked great for us (a family of 6). We would definitely come back and stay here again.

We had such a wonderful time from the moment we arrived. The view was absolutely amazing. The place is beautiful and location is fantastic, exceeded our expectations. The place is clean and has all the comforts of home. The pools were terrific. We ate at the restaurant downstairs a couple of times and ordered room service for breakfast. Food was delicious and people working were always so nice and helpful. We walked twice into town via the beach access and it was great exercise. Rest of the time we took taxis to get around. The locals in town are so humble and a joy to chat with. We enjoyed all the tropical fruits that were available as it brought us island childhood memories. Thank you so much for having us. This place was incredible. Sparkling clean, very spacious, well appointed and well stocked, gorgeous views, comfortable beds, and a great location which was both quiet and away from the hub-bub, yet a close 5-7 min walk to restaurants, cafes, etc. The pools (all 3!) and pool-side food and beverage service was first rate. The gym was huge with great views over the pools and ocean. We felt very well cared for by the waiters and pool attendants. We are definitely coming back!

The location is unbeatable, close to downtown. It has everything you need and more, good taste, and impeccable cleanliness. The condominium services are great, and the food is excellent value for money.

This is a beautifully appointed condo with stunning views. Every amenity is provided, including excellent air conditioning and ceiling fans, a very well stocked kitchen, quality linens and towels, comfortable beds, nice showers, WIFI and an amazing balcony which is huge, has comfortable furniture including couch, chairs, a full dining table and gas grill. The full-sized washer/dryer came in handy, and there is also a large drying rack for wet swimsuits, etc. We were two couples and had more than enough room, luxuriating in this lovely condo. From the initial contact until checkout, communications with Cesar and Kyra were always prompt, friendly and informative. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location, with an amazing view

Being our 3rd time staying at Sayan Beach Condos, this stands out to be the best condo thus far. Breathtaking, clean, superior taste in décor and comfortable. Close proximity and the walk to the beach is awesome. Rooftop pool is to die for! The staff are friendly, attentive and accommodating. We did have a bad experience the first night for dinner. The food was mediocre and it took almost 1.5 hrs to get our entrees. I wouldn't recommend eating here for dinner due to the slow service and limited availability of entrees. Breakfast and lunch items were good though. Overall, we'd stay here again.

The best of the best. If you are considering staying elsewhere, you are making a mistake! This unit is BREATHTAKING, BEAUTIFUL, and so comfortable. The hosts are so accommodating and answer any questions quickly. This was our 3rd stay, and i am already trying to book again before we stay for our Wedding!!! Incredible place! The condo itself is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you need. Can’t beat sitting on he balcony with a glass of wine and watching the sunset. The pools were wonderful and the staff was very nice and responsive. This place is a little up the hill from the main tourist area. It’s therefore quiet while still being close to everything. Highly recommend.

Amazing! This place had fabulous touches and amenities. My guests and I felt at home and loved the stylish decor and breataking views. I was celebrating a special occasion and needed a special home. The rooftop pool is amazing and lived the access to the small beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo with amazing views and stylishly decorated. Spacious with top quality facilities. Loved watching the sunsets from the expansive balcony. The flat is on the left hand side with a great dual aspect across the bay. Cesar and Kyra were great hosts, checking in after our arrival, welcoming us with a free bottle of wine and offering a complimentary clean during our week's stay.

This place exceeded all expectations - don't second guess, just book it! We fit 6 people very comfortably and the condo's amenities provided everything we needed! We ventured to the rooftop and lower level pools more often than the beach just because they were so great. Our trip was in June so things were pretty quiet. It's about 25 minutes from the airport and a quick cab ride from downtown where we were able to walk around and grab dinner. The view was spectacular and perfect for watching sunsets on the wrap around balcony given the condo is located on the corner. There's space for dining inside and outside plus the restaurant was able to bring food upstairs to us. The drinks were very inexpensive and the staff was very helpful! This was our first time in PV and after doing Airbnb in other cities, I always appreciate when the photos are accurate and Cesar's place absolutely was. We had a fantastic time! HIGHLY recommended.

This condo at SayanBeach was absolutely stunning! It's even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures portray. Our group had an amazing time there. It was clean, spacious, and the staff was so accommodating and fun! The location was great. Very close to the downtown area. We took easy and quick Uber rides everywhere. Cesar & Kyra were very easy to communicate with and got back to us right away with any questions or concerns. I would absolutely love to stay here again the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta.

This place is spectacular. Like all of my reviews, I will give you the good the bad and the ugly. THE GOOD: 1- The warmbreeze, the sunset view, and the sound of the ocean that can be heard throughout the condominium makes this place feel like heaven on earth. The unit is on the sixth floor- high enough to not hear the sounds of traffic or the restaurant on the first floor, but low enough to be able to hear crashing waves and flying birds. 2- The condominium is fully appointed: utensils, appliances, linens, and shampoo/body soap/conditioner. 3- The Sayan staff is world-class. Everyone was attentive but also gave us privacy and space. Shout out to Joaquin for always bending over backwards to make us feel welcome. 4- The location was perfect for us. The condo is tucked into the southern shoreline of town. This portion of PV is (proudly) gay friendly, offered a chill but bustling night life, and was (practically) free of what I referred to as 'woo hoo girls' and 'bros.' We felt like we hit the jackpot. 5- The food and drinks served at both restaurants on the first and rooftop floors are excellent and extremely well priced. 6- The amenities at the condominium are amazing. The infinity pool on the roof is appointed with very comfortable lounge chairs and cabana. The gym on the first floor has an ocean view and everything you could need to do a decent work. The first level pools are wheelchair accessible and stunningly arranged. Having dinner at the restaurant overlooking the pool, overlooking the ocean was a delightful way to end our vacation. 7- The beach can be accessed from the property. It is a flight of stairs that is kept locked throughout the day and night for security reasons. It is very easy to go down to the beach for a couple hours and come back up to the property without packing up for a day long excursion. THE BAD: 1- If you are looking for a 'let's get loco in Mexico' environment, this is not for you. This building and the surrounding neighborhood is lovely, elegant and serene. That's not to say you can't laugh and have fun, but no one is screaming, "Chug! Chug! Chug!" and doing cannonballs in the pool. 2- The condominium comes with three bedrooms. One is the king suite: it has doors that open to the wraparound patio, a huge walk-in closet, and an enormous bathroom with access to natural light. This suite is spacious, bright, and feels luxurious. The next bedroom has two full size beds, a south-facing window, a pretty good size closet within the room, and a bathroom with no windows. The third bedroom is in the back of the condo. The window is high but long and opens up to the a light well in the middle of the building. This means this room gets no direct natural sunlight. There is light, but it doesn't have a view....

This place is just amazing. We were a group of 8 and loved or stay here. The apartment is even better that on pictures. The upper pool and bar us great to spend time during the day and the staff is very welcoming. You can take your drinks and food to the terrace or you can order from the bar at great prices. The sunset view is to die from, and the terrace closes at 11pm (great schedule) There is another pool downstairs with a full equiped gym and a restaurant and acess to the beach. The host let us do early check in which was great since we arrived 7am. We would need to come back and spend more days in this lovely apartment.

This property is drop dead gorgeous! Truly luxurious! The views are breathtaking and we watched the sunset every night. The amenities, the restaurant, and staff are all top notch. They even had a diver catch a fresh lobster for us one day which they cooked to perfection. This is a perfect alternative to a crowded hotel experience - you feel like you are in your own private paradise- but still within easy walking distance to everything. l would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to relax and take in the beauty of PV. We hope to return in the near future. The owners are very gracious and hospitable. We are lucky to have discovered such an incredible place.

We truly enjoyed our stay here and loved everything the condo had to offer. The condo was spacious and clean, staff was super friendly, location was great, security was very helpful - especially when calling taxis, and the views from both pools and condo were absolutely breathtaking. We cannot wait to come back! Kyra was also a great host, she made sure check in/ check out was hassle free and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was up to our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Cesar's place is just beautiful, I didn't want to leave. The place was spotless, super comfortable with every amenity and convenience. We were greeted by Joaquin upon our arrival and he took great care of us throughout our stay. Communication prior and after our trip by Kyra was prompt and timely. Major plus was the restaurant and bar on site which made it feel more like a boutique hotel but with all the conveniences of a well appointed apartment. All staff were courteous and helpful. I would, and already have, recommended Cesar's place for your visit to Vallarta. Thanks again Cesar we will be back!

Pictures don't do this place justice! Absolutely stunning next to beach, can watch sunset every night from balcony or rooftop pool. Fireworks on two of our nights too!! Everything clean and modern. Beds super comfortable, can hear the ocean waves all night. The dishwasher wasn't working but we didn't use kitchen much, as the food (room service) was so well priced and delicious!! $1-3 for alcoholic drinks, $3-5 for a full meal, no kidding!! However food did take a bit of time to come. Once we saw the place, we cancelled our Sunday excursion just to spend one entire day enjoying the amenities of the condo. Kyra was super responsive from pre-check in, and via text at a moments notice entire trip. Last day, we got a balcony oceanside massage for a great price ($20 per hour), we wish we did it sooner!! Security was helpful, although not all spoke English well. They got us taxis quickly and always greeted us and made us feel safe. Make sure you negotiate pricing on taxis prior to getting in. It is about 15 min walk to Old Town on cobblestone roads. Don't hesitate--book this beautiful place!! All 7 of us ladies hope to come back soon!

Our experience with both the hosts and the place and all its amenities was AMAZING. Definitely one of the best vacations. Starting with Kyra's attention at all times, from booking, during the trip and subsequently, an excellent host. The Dream Department, honestly much more than I expected and the photos are amazing, but already being there is an unforgettable experience. The luxury view, completely clean and has everything or even more than you need. As for the resort itself... words fail me. The pools, the common areas, and the restaurants/bars are wonderful... all at a very good price and with first-rate service from the staff. You have everything inside the complex. In short, a perfect experience, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This place is incredible. The pictures don't do it justice. The location is perfect. The views are spectacular. The amenities and services surpassed all of my expectations. I have nothing but good things to say about Cesar's place. I would recommend staying here 1000% I couldn't have asked for a better host. Kyra thank you so much. This condo is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. It is set beautifully on a hill that is walking distance from anywhere you want to go. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed readily available . The staff was great and Kyra made sure we were well taken care of. She called before we left to give us some tips for our stay and checked up on us throughout the trip to make sure we were enjoying our stay. I went with my 6 friends and we had the time of our lives. If you're going to Puerto Vallarta this is the place to stay. Puerto Vallarta will all be at your fingertips and the hosts will help you with anything you need.

We loved our stay here in this beautiful condo! It was extremely spacious for the 6 of us with a spectacular view of the ocean. There was even a ground level pool and rooftop pool with restaurant service on both levels. They even deliver to your room if needed (a bonus). Great location where the staff can help call you a cab or a 10min walk to town. Condo had all our needed amenities (central air, towels, hair dryer and etc.). It even included a washer / dryer which is helpful for drying our swimsuits. Each of the three rooms was very spacious and beds were all comfortable. Kyra was a delight to coordinate with on traveling plans, airport pickup and suggestions on activities during our PV visit. Can't wait to come back again to this condo!
