We loved our stay at the Preserve! Perfect location! The unit was big enough for our family to spread out. The pool and spa were wonderful. We saw lots of sloths from the pool. We felt so well taken care of by the staff. We were so sad to leave!!!

What an incredible space! We enjoyed having the entire floor to ourselves. The elevator opened directly into our unit. A friendly staff member welcomed us with cool towels and gave us a tour of the hotel—a very nice touch. Our teens enjoyed the game room (pool and table tennis, especially) and we took advantage of the activities like the cooking class and walking tour (more of a hike). We didn’t need a car while there since the hotel provides shuttle service to nearby areas and many of the restaurants are on the same street as the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.
