We stayed with family of 5 (2 14yo and a 21yo girl). The Villa is very private, jungle vibes, serene, fantastic views over the bay. We stayed 10days (extended after 5days for another 5days). Villa was kept clean by cleaning lady every other day (except in weekend). Would absolutely book same place when back in Santa Teresa. Meghan excellent host, as Siggi as local one as well. Highly recommended.

Amazing house — even more beautiful than the pictures, and spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quiet. We've stayed in Santa Teresa multiple times, and the noise in town can be a lot. Every morning and evening here felt like our own little oasis. One note on walkability: it's 100% walkable. We parked on arrival and didn't touch the car until checkout a week later. That said, we're an active family and the hill is no joke. ATVs would help, but we like a few cocktails at the beach and in town, so that wasn't an option. "You guys ready for The Climb?" became our running joke. But once you're up, the amazing pool and the best master shower I've ever seen are waiting — I can now say I'm comfortable being naked in front of monkeys hopping tree to tree. Surreal. Communication was some of the best I've had with a host, and the cleaning staff is top notch. If you're still reading this… stop. Just book it already!

Good morning Megan, thank you for the lovely stay, great communication and wonderful suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your Villa Lila! Wow, this is truly a one of kind property in Santa Teresa - as close to the beach and restaurants as needed, yet a private peaceful setting. We appreciated the fruit bowl ... mangoes and papaya were amazing. We enjoyed the coffee as well, however we didn't master brewing it the way the CR's are able ;). Siggi and Dinia are integral assets to your team and wonderful people. Salud, K&K

This was our second stay at Megan’s place and the pictures online doesn’t do this place justice. It’s truly amazing. Close by town to visit the restaurants / beach and some hikes yet far away enough to truly relax.

I can’t recommend this place enough. The house is even nicer than the pictures. Megan and Siggi are fantastic hosts and very responsive. We’re already thinking about coming back soon.

Great location with a beautiful view!

We had an all-around perfect stay! The house is beautiful, extremely clean, and furnished with a lot of love for detail. There is really nothing missing – everything you could ask for is available. Communication with Megan and Siggi was excellent: prompt, friendly, and straightforward. You feel well looked after from the beginning. The pool and the stunning views are an absolute highlight – simply fantastic! It really couldn't have been better. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, which is even better in person than in the photos. The house is beautiful, very pleasant to stay in, and perfectly maintained. We were hosted very well by Siggi, who gave us all the information we needed as soon as we arrived. Throughout the stay, communication was very easy: we could contact them quickly, and they were always very responsive and proactive. The housekeeper comes every other day, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is great. As indicated in the listing, a 4x4 or quad bike is required to access the villa, but it is still within reasonable distance of the city. It is even possible to walk there (good physical fitness recommended due to the slope). We recommend this villa without hesitation.

We’ve stayed in Santa for 4 years in a row and this has been our absolute favorite property. The location is prime, the water is drinkable and the view is breathtaking! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the host either. Will come back 10/10 ❤️

Absolutely stunning home! The view is WAY better than the pictures show and the house is as great in person as it was on pictures. Communication from the hosts was perfect. The house was spotless, the pool was nice and clean, the beds extremely comfy, the bathrooms perfect, yoga mats and kettle bells, beautiful fruit basket on arrival, fridge with ice and filtered water. Even with 4 people, you each have your quarters on entirely ends of the house, each have a balcony from the bedroom with an amazing view of the ocean. The 3rd bedroom is on it's own in the center of the other 2 but still with an ocean view and amazing for a 3rd bedroom. Will look to rent again on return to Santa Teresa!

I planned my trip to Santa Teresa for months, going over every detail to make sure it was going to be perfect for my family and I. This Villa is stunning. Every room spotless. The views are unlike any I’ve ever seen. The location is sick, just a couple minutes to everything. The staff were excellent as well as Siggi, the co-host. Anything we needed they were on it immediately. 10\10.

Without a doubt one of the most beautiful homes we have ever vacationed in! The house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. So beautiful in fact there were days we never left the property. Megan is an amazing host and Siggi greeted us to welcome us on our first day and show us around the home. Everyone was incredibly responsive and answered questioned quickly, helped us with dinner suggestions and all we asked and needed. I would come back next year and only want to stay in Megans home! Thank you Megan and Siggi for making our vacation a dream!

Beautiful place, super well equipped, not too far from the action but far enough to be quiet. Very reactive hosts, easy to work with.

When you're planning a vacation to CR, this is the way to do it. Have an authentic experience in style and treat yourself ( don't cheat yourself ). Megan has created the most incredible escape to reality, and we all had an unforgettable time. Very professional and accommodating to all your home away from home needs as well as make any excursion plans feel part of the whole package ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
