We had a very pleasant week. The facilities are excellent, and everything is very clean and well-organized. It was very convenient that the apartment is on the ground floor, at the same level as the pools, as we had our grandmother, two babies, and a toddler with us. Juanita's service and attention were excellent. She made us some very tasty stews and provided unparalleled care, being kind to the children and patient with the elderly. I would also like to thank the very funny Yessi, her daughter, who helped her mother at times, and another very serious and friendly person who took care of the cleaning. 100% recommended!!

This place is magical. The location and the space is one of a kind. The best part was Juanita and her staff. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond.

We had an absolutely spectacular stay at this luxury Airbnb in Punta Mita. We were 5 couples, and each one had a large, beautiful bedroom with its own bathroom, which made the experience even more comfortable and private for everyone. The location is unbeatable: the pool and the beach are literally right outside the apartment, the terrace is incredible for socializing and enjoying the sunsets, and the entire complex offers security and top-notch service. But without a doubt, what made the difference was Juanita and Zuli’s service. Juanita surprised us every day with spectacular dishes, worthy of a fine-dining restaurant. An unforgettable dining experience! We also want to highlight the service provided by Enrique, the host, who was always attentive, considerate, and extremely helpful, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. It's definitely a place we want to come back to very soon with the family.

It's an elegant and quite spacious apartment. The pool area and private beach are unparalleled. I don't recommend this place if you plan to have visitors who won't be staying in the apartment, or if you plan to have vendors like makeup artists, photographers, masseurs, etc. The people in charge of security are really a problem, and they put up obstacles for everything. The person in charge of cleaning (Juanita) was very friendly and helpful at all times.

We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

We are a family of 10 and we’re extremely comfortable. The complex is 5 star. Juanita is an excellent cook and extremely helpful and organized. We should have done more grocery shopping using her and her contacts. The only thing ‘missing’ although quite minor would have been boogie boards for the kids and to have the sauna working. The gym is excellent and my family took full advantage of it. Would consider another stay in the future ( although may need a smaller unit) Thank you/Gracias to Enrique and his manager/cook/host Juanita 🙏👌🇲🇽

the place was very quiet and and we had 4 pools to ourselves gym and hot tub the hot pool the kids enjoyed the most well so did we thank you highly reccomend joe

If you are traveling as family or with friends, this condo is the place, extremely comfortable, spacious, elegant, and the facilities for the entire property superb!! The valet parking service is awesome, efficient and quick. Juanita and Sully who cook and care for this property are the cherry of the pie. They make you feel at home right away and are very attentive to all of your needs.

The stay we had was excellent, the place was very spacious and comfortable with good finishes, clean and tidy, and of course! Juanita, our friend, and her team who prepared the food, simply and simply spectacular!!!

This condo was the perfect fit for our two families. (4 adults, 6 young kids). The walkout to the pools was super convenient. We saw whales from the beach on multiple days. The beach is pretty rocky but enough sand for the kids to play. We rented cars so we were able to check out the towns and other beaches that were close by. Enrique was super helpful, quick to respond and great to communicate with. We paid the extra fee to have a cook at the unit and it was money well spent. Juanita was amazing. She was super sweet, flexible with our meal timing and accommodative to kid requests. She did all of the grocery shopping for us. The beds were comfortable, rooms had their own temperature controls and AC worked well. We felt safe at the property, onsite staff was friendly and the outdoor areas were beautiful.

We had an amazing stay! The place is gorgeous, the complex is lovely, and Enrique was so helpful. We loved our relaxing stay. It was the perfect getaway. It’s a perfect place for families. We had nine people and had plenty of room. The beach is great, and the pools were the perfect way to cool off.

Enrique and his partner Gloria were really communicative, although if you want to chat in English, I'd recommend asking Enrique to connect you with Gloria, who speaks great English. The apartment is really lovely, and the condo complex is excellent: 3 fantastic pools and a lovely beach, kids room, little onsite restaurant and bar: absolutely incredible place to spend a week. However, there isn't very much else around, so would recommend renting a car to explore nearby Punta Mita and Sayulita, which are both worth a visit. Would also strongly recommend having Enrique set you up with Juanita and Jessie, who cooked and cleaned and made our holiday even more special: our kids ADORED them. Great spot for a Mexican family getaway!

- The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious. - We were lucky enough to see whales almost every day at dawn, and from the private beach, the view is fantastic and spectacular. From the kitchen, you could see a panoramic view of the beautiful sea, the clean pools, and the warm water. - Special mention for the service provided by Juanita and her daughter. They cared for us very well! The best part was definitely the ceviches.

The development is very nice and the apartment has plenty of space. Juanita and her daughter make the stay unbeatable, because they serve you perfectly and cook delicious food.

Everything was better than expected, they welcomed us with a sierra ceviche, prepared by Juanis, an excellent cook, accompanied by Felix who is in charge of keeping everything impeccably clean, in addition to Enrique always being attentive to our requests, in the condominium the head of Security who is also called Felix, is super friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back soon! Thank you!

We had another amazing stay at Enrique’s condo. We stayed with two other couples and their kids, six adults and six kids in total. There was plenty of room for each family and the shared spaces were large enough to accommodate us all being together. Juanita and her daughter Jessie were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure that we were all well cared for. Enrique is easy to communicate with and the staff working in the building also go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the different pools, the hot tub and the private beach. We highly recommend renting this condo from Enrique.

Great. Stayed with our extended family, a group of 10. Grandparents and two families. Three young boys ages 8 to 10. Main floor, walk out access to pools was key. Hired the cooks for the week. They shopped and cooked wonderful meals. Were very flexible to our shifting schedule. Worth every penny. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. We had rented vehicles from gecko car rental (also recommend). Close to surf breaks, sand beaches good for swimming with kids, easy day trips to Vallarta and Sayulita. Everything was extremely smooth and we had the vacation of a lifetime. Having been to the area many times, this was the best so far.

We had an amazing time in this condo. We stayed with one other family, a total of 8 people and we had more than enough space for all of us. We had three different pools and two hot tubs to choose from, a well maintained private beach. The grounds were immaculate and the staff was very friendly. Enrique is easy to reach and always available if you have questions or concerns. Juanita was there all week and made the most delicious, authentic Mexican food. We had to pay for food and tipped her at the end and it was more than worth it. We can't wait to return again next year! Highly recommend.

Our group of four couples and their children stayed here in February 2018 and we had a great time. The building was a perfect for us with five (!!!) pools to choose from and plenty of shaded sitting depending on the time of day. Juanita made sure we were well fed with great cooking and did a great job cleaning the condo everyday. The condo was the perfect size for us and never felt crowded. Also, it's in a great location; we made easy day trips to San Francisco, Punta de Mita, and Playa Destilladaros - all recommended. The only downsides were some unexpected construction and that water in the beach had many stingrays (which made us a bit nervous with the little kids). But all things considered, we'd be back in a heartbeat!

This place beat all our expectations. My husband, three kids, their spouses and our five grandkids just returned from our amazing holiday! The condo was a perfect set up for our large family. The bedrooms were big enough for everyone to have their privacy with plenty of room for delicious family meals. Juanita and the staff took care of our every need from shopping for groceries and beer, daily cleaning and arranging transportation. The complex was beautiful and very well taken care of. There were five pools and a small restaurant. We had incredible views and saw whales and dolphins daily from our patio. The private beach was so soft with no rocks – the kids loved playing there everyday. The location was perfect. It was a quick taxi ride to La Cruz, Bucerias and Punta Mita. Thank you again once Enrique, Juanita and all the staff. We would definitely return.

We were delighted with the condo, everything was great! Both the location and Enrique's service and the service from the girls was a 10. They definitely left us wanting to return, an excellent alternative to relax and have fun in Punta de Mita!

Enrique is a very good host; the apartment is very nice and luxurious, with 5 bedrooms and several pools; it overlooks the sea, and the service is excellent. Enrique was very attentive to us. We'll definitely be back soon!

It is a spacious place with all the amenities, the condominium has 3 very nice pools and the beach is also beautiful. The only thing is that I would not recommend it for the elderly as there are quite a few stairs to go down to the beach, but the place is very nice, better than in the photos and the service too, we had a great time!

Our stay at Fernanda's went beyond expectations! There were a few surprises that made the trip extra special. The two women who cooked, grocery shopped and cleaned daily were a special treat. We were prepared two meals a day and the food was delicious! We paid only for the food that was purchased and tipped them at the end of the stay. We also had concierge support for ordering taxis and looking into possible excursions. Fernanda was also very quick and helpful in responding to questions, both before we got there and during our stay. All of the support made the trip stress-free and very relaxing. There was a bar/restaurant within the condo complex. We visited the bar for frozen drinks. There was also very nice security. When we forgot items outside overnight, they collected the items for us to get the next morning. These extra perks of the condo complex made for an extra stress-free stay. The private beach was also exceptional. The sand was soft (no rocks!) and the water was calm and clean (no seaweed). The same is not true all around Puerto Vallarta. One of my friends went snorkeling and saw some neat fish. We played several games on the beach (ultimate Frisbee, football, etc). There were three large pools and two smaller, warmer pools. We bounced around between them all. The cabanas and chairs were very comfortable. The set-up of the pools and palm trees is beautiful. We visited in February and we practically had the place to ourselves. I highly recommend choosing this Airbnb! Excellent quality at an affordable price!

It was a great experience. The place is amazing, excellent location, beautiful and comfortable apartment. Nice view, amenities, access to the beach and a nice cooking team. Fernanda was very kind and helpful with directions and making us feel at home at every moment. Great beds, peaceful and spacious.
