We love Playa San Miguel and this is our favorite house that we have stayed in on the beach. The house is comfortable and spacious and the beach is steps away. Great for a big family or a few couples. We will be back.

The house is lovely and has all the amenities that you would consider needing for an extended stay for a week or weekend. Especially the upstairs is great for entertaining and having dinners .

We had a fantastic stay at Greg/Stephanie's place! The location was one of the biggest highlights — super convenient and close to everything we needed, which made getting around incredibly easy. The space itself was perfect for our group gatherings, with plenty of room to relax, spend time together, and make great memories.

Perfect in every single way. This home is highly recommended for family or friends to enjoy a restful and pleasant stay. This home has everything you need to feel right at home. The views are stunning and if you don't mind getting your feet a little wet, you can have access to the beautiful beach. Hope to be back soon.

We stayed for three nights with our adult children and their partners, and had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, spacious, and well maintained, perfect for both relaxing and spending time together. The location is ideal, close to Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe, with easy access to everything we needed. The host was attentive and quickly helped us with little things that came up. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would happily recommend this property to friends and family.

The Villa was incredible with a stunning view. The spaces inside the house are very open and allows for a lot of air flow and light. Greg and Stephanie were very friendly, attentive, and understanding and made our stay very pleasant. I 100% recommend this stay.

Greg and Steph’s beach house in San Miguel is truly one of a kind. The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The house was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for enjoying Baja. It is also in a great location close to the Valle de Guadalupe wine country and many wonderful restaurants. Greg and Steph were wonderful hosts, warm and responsive and made everything so easy. We cannot wait to come back again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, the pictures don’t do it justice! It’s very spacious and just steps from the ocean. Far enough away from the bustle of Ensenada for a relaxing getaway, but an easy 10 minute drive into town when you want to be in the mix. Power went out in the whole neighbor on our second day, but Greg was very responsive and sent a handyman immediately to make sure everything was running smoothly. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was spotless, spacious, and incredibly accommodating. From the moment we arrived, everything felt well thought out and welcoming. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful, especially when we had questions about the propane tanks. They made sure everything was taken care of right away. The home had everything we needed and more. It felt like a true home away from home. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone considering booking. If you’re reading this and still deciding, don’t hesitate. We were torn between a few options and are so glad we chose this one. It exceeded our expectations and will definitely be our go-to spot whenever we’re in Ensenada.

Can’t say enough good things about this spot! The house is incredible. More spacious than the pictures, and everything was in great condition. The view from the house is amazing. If you just sat on the balcony all weekend you’d have a great trip! The gates and locks worked perfectly. We felt incredibly safe, while also being able to access the house easily. Lastly, Greg is incredibly responsive and all of his directions were clear. He also forwarded us a number for wine tours to Valle de Guadalupe. We got a private driver to visit the wineries and had a great day. All in all, this place made our trip to Ensenada.

Very nice house and perfect for our family

We loved Casa Pulpo! The house is beautiful and has an incredible view of the ocean. We took advantage of the two fire pits on the property and the terrace was perfect for sipping coffee early in the morning. We really appreciated having a safe place to park inside the gate. Steffy and Greg also recommended Baja Wine Love to do a wine tour in Valle de Guadalupe, and it couldn't have been a better experience.

Beautiful stay for a girls weekend!! Couches and bedding were very comfortable. It did get a little warm during the day because of the nice big windows but wasn’t too much of an issue with the fans running. Would absolutely love to come back!!

We stayed at Casa Pulpo to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. The property was great, it had everything we needed, was located in a nice area, and we felt pretty comfortable and safe. The host provided clear information on passwords/combination locks, how to get there, and was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was an overall great experience, and were are thankful for everything. Stay here with confidence, knowing that you'll be comfortable, will enjoy great views, and will have a great host that strives to provide a fantastic experience.

Did a bachelor get away here. Place looked exactly like the pictures. Super nice, clean open concept. View is amazing as you walk up the stairs. A lot of things you need are there. Highly recommend it

This is the perfect place to stay with a group of 8 for exploring the VDG wine region. The house is beautiful and the views are spectacular. There’s plenty of space to hang out inside or outside and cooking food is easy with the modern kitchen, grill, etc. Most of the places we visited were <30 minutes away including those deep in the Valley. Would stay again.

This location was magical, peaceful and a true escape. Only 15 minutes from the valle entrance and 15 minutes from downtown Ensenada. The space was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. There were a few things we noticed - like a slight sewage smell from the upstairs bathrooms, the dining room chairs upstairs made a super loud noise downstairs and it was a little cold (we were there in January), BUT the fact that you could watch the surfers, walk out to the ocean, and had a gated house was spectacular. The ambiance and supplies in the kitchen was amazing too! A very special place! Tagging it to return again.

Our stay at Casa Pulpo was amazing! We stayed for my friend's bachelorette party and it was perfect for 8 girls. We all had plenty of space and the view are the best part! Pictures don't even do it justice. There is no A/C so during the day upstairs was warm however night time was really nice and so were the mornings. All of the bedrooms had fans as well. The house was a little difficult to find at first but we had no problem after we located it once. We did have some issues with our drivers/ taxis finding the house so my one recommendation would be calling out the house number within the address ahead of time. It wasn't included in our initial directions. Otherwise, the house is so beautiful and walking to the beach in the mornings was the best! Thank you for everything.

Where can I start. This place is just beautiful and very safe. From the views on the beach to how clean the house was was phenomenal. The rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable. Will definitely book again.

Greg and Stephanie were beyond accommodating for our group. Beyond being flexible and willing to work with us for our situation, they were so communicative and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Greg and Stephanie connected us with a driver for going to/from Valle (highly recommend if you're planning to go to the valley) and were extremely helpful during our stay. The home is 12/10 perfect with ocean views, multiple fire pits and couches for relaxing, and a beautiful open kitchen for cooking and relaxing. I would not hesitate to stay at Greg and Stephanie's place again!

Went here for a girls trip with a group of 5 and we LOVED our stay. Even better than the pictures. We enjoyed the upstairs fire pit to the sound of the ocean waves every night! Even spitted some dolphins from up there in the daytime! Magic! We also felt extremely safe and the rooms and beds were remarkably comfortable for an Airbnb that already had so much going for it. Could definitely have fit way more people comfortably here as well. We hope to be back!

Everything was beautifully made & decorated, with all the amenities we could need. Our bachelorette group had the best time chilling at the house & loved that it was an easy drive to the Valle. What made our trip even better is how great Greg & Stephanie were. They were super helpful with recommendations & all my questions beforehand. I had to reach out to them during our stay & they responded immediately. By far my best airbnb experience & I can’t wait to come back!!

My friends and I had a beautiful time staying at Casa Pulpo. The house exceeded our expectations. Greg and Stephanie were amazing hosts, going as far to help with some questions we had about crossing the border with an expired passport. The beach is extremely private, with a great view of the busy surf spot. We enjoyed walks in the succulent garden and along the rocks. The house is located around 10-15 minutes from downtown ensenada and the roads are easily accessible at any time of the day. We enjoyed the extra security provided by the front gate, but the neighborhood itself is calm and very safe. You can tell a lot of thought and attention to detail went into this home - comfy beds and couches, tons of blankets, fully operational kitchen, loads of natural sunlight, a beautiful garden, designer furniture, and great art. It felt like a home away from home for us. Can’t wait to come back with my family during the summer!

Everyone loved their stay. When you enter there’s an area to watch TV and 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is the master and open area with kitchen overlooking the ocean. There’s surround sound and multiple fire pits to use during your stay. Everyone slept great, the beds are super comfy!! We were a group of 8 and it was perfect. The is the only house (that I saw) with a gate so we felt extremely safe leaving our cars parked for the weekend.

Amazing, beautiful, modern stylish, comfortable house in a fantastic location on the ocean and central to Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. We changed a lot of our plans and just relaxed at this perfect home away from home. Book it ….you won’t regret it ! Only recommendation is take the first immediate right after the toll booth … if you’re watching your directions app ….you’ll miss it.

Greg’s home was spacious and beautiful. It was right next to the water and the views were very scenic. The location was close to Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. It was just a little hard to get transportation. Greg himself was very accommodating, flexible and quick to respond! I would def stay again!

This was perfect for our trip to wine taste in Valle for the weekend. The beach access was such a treat, but bring water shoes if you’re planning on getting in. Once you walk upstairs get ready to have your breath taken away.

This place was unbelievable. Our group loved the views and the indoor/outdoor areas. The beds and furniture were incredibly comfortable. the kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for quick meals. The water pressure was strong and hot water reliable. We also loved the layout of the house. The security of the house and of the neighborhood. it's in a great area perfect for a weekend of wine tasting in El Valle or for a trip into Ensenada. Would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I arrived to this beautiful home with a wonderful beach access that was honestly even more beautiful than we imagined. It was very spacious, extremely clean, had beautiful views, and was within walking distance to the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable allowing us to rest well each day we were there. They had a few near by brunch restaurants including terra noble with an amazing ocean view and delicious food. My friends and I plan to return in the future and recommend this location to anyone interested in a safe, quite, and beautiful home.

If you're thinking of going out to Ensenada, Rosarito, Valle De Guadalupe (wineries) this is the place to stay!!!! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY (CHEFS KISSSS). This location worked out perfectly for our stay. We had plans to go to the wineries and it was so close and we did not drive far. You have the beach front view, the perfect balcony, space, safety, every little detail you can think of as far as appliances, amenities and communication (customer service) a plus! Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend! THANKS SO MUCH! :):)

Absolutely our favorite place we have stayed in in the area!! We frequently visit and it is hard to find a better space or location. Literally 5 steps from the beach and at San Miguel, and 5 minutes from the ruta de vino! Quiet, which is hard to find in this area. Unbeatable view from the second floor deck. Peaceful rock and succulent garden was a very usable and enjoyable space. The house is clean, brand new, all the appliances and kitchen materials are of amazing quality and everything you need to cook in and enjoy all the moments you can at the house. We would stay here every time if we could!
