Juan Manuel

The place is beautiful. However, the host is requesting additional cash payments for many things that are not specified in the descriptions (mandatory service, access to certain parts of the listing present in the photos, access to the lakes). In addition, the fee was declared at the checkout without ever talking about it before with a notable lack of courtesy. If you rent this place, I would advise you to check the fee for everything and keep proof in writing for checkout.

I would describe it as an unforgettable experience. Casa Duque is simply AMAZING. Adela, Adriana, and Efraín were always attentive, providing unparalleled care and service. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Bogotá. Thank you for everything, María.
