20/10⭐️ Don’t second guess it, book it! Excellent location with an Oxxo at the road entrance. The pictures do no justice for how beautiful and spacious the home really is. It has a good size pool with a splash pad and an outside bathroom/shower. Charcoal grill area with sink and countertop. The rooms fit many guests comfortably without feeling like you are bumping into each other. There is a second living room on the 2nd floor with a tv. Really helped with the kiddos/teens watching YouTube videos. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and all appliances are in perfect condition. The Terrace views are amazing! You can see the ocean 🌊 and the Tetawaki mountain 🏔️ The host keeps great communication. Can’t wait to come back!

The stay at the house was excellent. It felt like being at home, and there's nothing better than being able to get the whole family together. The host's service was excellent. He was always attentive and flexible with whatever we asked. I would definitely come back and recommend staying there. Thank you for being part of this mini-vacation for our family 🙌🏽

Stayed a week here with a family of 15 and it felt like home. There was space for everyone one to sleep. The kids had fun swimming in the pool. The home was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again. Thank You for sharing your home with us.

we just came back from San carlos. we stayed in Kurt's beautiful house. we had rented this house cause we needed the space for our big family,the house was the perfect size and above all very well maintained and on top of that the house was spotless all the appliances and outside amenities were in working order. Above all we give it a 5 star stay. thank you!

This home was very spacious for our family vacation of 12! It had a mini split in every room and public area and large seating areas. When we needed more towels the host promptly brought more for us. They were very attentive.

The whole family had an amazing time. The house is the same or better than in the photos, super clean and with everything you need. Kurt was always attentive; he responded instantly to any questions we had. We would definitely come back. 100% recommended for large families.

The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything you need to spend a few days comfortably. The kitchen and grill have everything you need to cook, the rooms were impeccable, very spacious, comfortable and all with beautiful views. The pool was the right temperature and very clean The terrace is a super plus, you have a beautiful view at sunrise and sunset The hosts and co-hosts were always available to answer any questions or resolve situations. I will definitely stay at your beautiful home again.

We would gladly return, we felt right at home, relatively close to everything. Private subdivision so you feel safer. The house with the pool is highly recommended 100 by the way
