The house is very nice and in an excellent location. The gentleman who takes care of the house was very nice, and I recommend hiring the cook's services. Communication with Arnoldo was good at all times. The only thing that needs to be improved is the energy consumption system, since the current meter does not read correctly, but Arnoldo said he would change it. I recommend this Airbnb and would definitely do it again.

Beautiful house with wonderful view of the sea. Great pool. You can exercise in the garden. Kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped. The rooms were comfortable and warm, but there is an air conditioner that can be used as needed. Easily accessible by car. I highly recommend it!

Great property, great entertainment space

Stay here was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. My partner and I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery at the beach house while dipping into the amazing freshwater pool. The host Arnaldo was extremely helpful and flexible and understanding which went a long way. The way he was responses and communicated was one of the greatest experiences with the host that I have had. Carlos and Juana are the Home attendance which we’re both extremely sweet and helpful. We allowed Juana to cook a lunch/brunch meal for us and dinner. Please let her cook, white rice, beans, steak, scrambled eggs, salad, and freshly squeeze lemonade for you. You will not regret it! PS you must buy the seasonings and ingredients.

This is a perfect choice if you want a truly relaxing vacation in beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces. Kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable but basic bedroom. Plus, incredible outdoor spaces by the sea. Easy to get to Pochomil Beach activities via the beach. Excellent communication with the hosts and the property manager. Incredible pool. Tranquility assured!

Our family (2 adults, 2 young children) stayed here for over a month. Arnoldo was a great host— very helpful w/ planning. His friend & caretaker, Carlos, truly made our stay special. From keeping the house fresh & helping w/ groceries & medicine, to dropping off treats, finding surfboards, & helping when one of us stepped on a stingray, Carlos went above & beyond. He was patient despite my weak Spanish, & very responsive via text. The house is beautiful & right on the beach. The pool was the perfect temperature, ideal for daytime cooling off & nighttime swims. The beach location felt lively yet private, & an easy walk, bike, or horseback to restaurants while still staying quiet. The kitchen is equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable for our family, & utilities were reasonable for a month-long stay. WiFi worked great, w/ an e-sim helpful during occasional outages. We also recommend Roberto, our driver, who was safe & accommodating. Host like Arnoldo & Carlos are why we choose Airbnb

This place is a true oasis of well-being, where you can rejuvenate, recharge, and recover the physical and emotional health necessary to live a full and healthy life, especially in these challenging times. Its charm is genuine and unique; the sunsets are truly magical and wonderful, reflecting the natural beauty of Pochomil. Arnoldo is an extraordinary host. He recommended Roberto, an Uber driver well known to him and his family, who picked us up from the airport. He is a wonderful person and an exceptional driver. The trip and arrival with him were very pleasant. Entering this welcoming, open-air space, with an outdoor dining and living area, was a dream, gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves. The infinity pool is the main attraction, with a small palapa and a cozy hammock. Carlos and Juanita are charming with their attention and hospitality. We had a wonderful visit to this beautiful place on the Pacific coast.The pictures do not do this place justice it is a stunning setting with amazing beach views.Alanoldo arranged a pickup at the airport in Managua and a stop at the Supper Market for groceries we had a beautiful trip over the mountains to the coast.We found the house very clean and secure we felt very safe there.We spent many hours in the large pool that was right on the beach.There are several restaurants in walking distance up the beach We would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful house on the beach and we hope we can return again

Accommodations were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach. The housekeepers (Carlos and Juana) are always available if you need anything. We ran out of water, and Carlos went to the store and got us more in only a few minutes. Juana is a very good cook as well, and Carlos will pick up the ingredients if you want a particular dish. Ronaldo is always available and responds quickly. Ronaldo put us in contact with a driver who picked us up from the airport etc. I would not drive unless you’re a real adventure seeker. Use a driver for sure. Roberto was an excellent driver, and I always felt safe, but be prepared to speak Spanish here or use Google translate. The view of the beach is a million dollars. Simply incredible. The house and surroundings are super chill. We always felt safe too. I walked to town on several occasions, and I never felt threatened or uneasy. I even had people ask me if I needed help. Nicas are a very kind people. Overall, don’t hesitate to book here.

We loved Arnaldo’s very unique home . The pool was an absolute joy. We decided that we would love to have Juana cook meals for us and we totally enjoyed the meals prepared . A big shout out to Carlo’s the care taker. It was dark when we arrived-in Pochamil and we could not find the house. We reached out to Carlos and he met up with us and we were able to follow him to the house . No TV in the house which we loved . We totally disconnected for an entire week, it was awesome. We did have two power outages while we were there . One night very bad weather not sure what happened the second time . That is where the pool sure came in handy. Absolutely a beautiful view.
