Casa Sun Sand Surf is a charming beachfront home in Pochomil, approximately a one-hour drive from Managua. Set about 27 feet above beach level, the property offers sweeping ocean views and a spectacular infinity pool measuring more than 40 feet.

The Space
Designed for guests who enjoy tranquility, ocean views, and the soothing rhythm of beachside living, the home features a seamless connection between its indoor and outdoor spaces.
Upon entering, you are greeted by spectacular 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean. The open-air areas are sheltered beneath a traditional thatched roof and include:

- An open-air dining area with a rustic wooden table
- A fully equipped kitchen with essential cooking supplies
- A gas barbecue on the terrace
- A kitchen glass door that opens completely to showcase the ocean views
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home accommodates one or two couples or a small family.
- Both bedrooms include a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.
- One bedroom has a king-size bed and a twin bed.

Pool and Beach Access
A few steps below the home is a spectacular infinity pool measuring more than 40 feet and facing the Pacific Ocean. The pool area includes a sitting space where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
From the pool, a short walk leads directly to the beach. During high tide, you can swim beneath the water curtains known as Las Cortinas. At low tide, tidal pools form along the shore. The extensive beach can also be explored on foot to the north or south.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Toller Pool. Im Garten kann man sich sportlich betätigen. Küche etwas klein aber ausreichend bestückt. Die Zimmer waren bequemen, warm aber dafür gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die man nach Bedarf nutzen kann. Gut erreichbar mit Auto. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Stay here was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. My partner and I really enjoyed the beautiful scenery at the beach house while dipping into the amazing freshwater pool. The host Arnaldo was extremely helpful and flexible and understanding which went a long way. The way he was responses and communicated was one of the greatest experiences with the host that I have had. Carlos and Juana are the Home attendance which we’re both extremely sweet and helpful. We allowed Juana to cook a lunch/brunch meal for us and dinner. Please let her cook, white rice, beans, steak, scrambled eggs, salad, and freshly squeeze lemonade for you. You will not regret it! PS you must buy the seasonings and ingredients.

C’est un choix parfait si vous voulez des vacances de pure détente dans des espaces extérieurs très bien aménagés. Cuisine, salle de bain et chambre confortable mais de base. Espaces extérieurs incroyables en bord de mer en plus. Facile de rejoindre l’activité de plage de Pochomil par la plage. Excellente communication avec les hôtes et gardien de maison. Piscine incroyable. Tranquillité assurée!

Très belle maison, nous avons particulièrement apprécié les espaces extérieurs, la piscine et la vue sur la plage. Les lits étaient confortables et tout était propre. Carlos faisait le ménage tous les jours et s’occupait aussi de notre épicerie pour très peu de frais, ce qui fut très apprécié, parce que la maison est loin des services. À noter que la route n’est pas finie et en très mauvais état sur 2km, donc assez difficile d’accès. Village pas du tout touristique, donc parfait si vous voulez être dans votre bulle. Les restos du village laissent à désirer, mais nous avions l’essentiel pour cuisiner à la maison. Arnoldo était toujours disponible par message si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit, puis Carlos qui est à côté était très disponible et gentil.

Our family (2 adults, 2 young children) stayed here for over a month. Arnoldo was a great host— very helpful w/ planning. His friend & caretaker, Carlos, truly made our stay special. From keeping the house fresh & helping w/ groceries & medicine, to dropping off treats, finding surfboards, & helping when one of us stepped on a stingray, Carlos went above & beyond. He was patient despite my weak Spanish, & very responsive via text. The house is beautiful & right on the beach. The pool was the perfect temperature, ideal for daytime cooling off & nighttime swims. The beach location felt lively yet private, & an easy walk, bike, or horseback to restaurants while still staying quiet. The kitchen is equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable for our family, & utilities were reasonable for a month-long stay. WiFi worked great, w/ an e-sim helpful during occasional outages. We also recommend Roberto, our driver, who was safe & accommodating. Host like Arnoldo & Carlos are why we choose Airbnb

Toller Unterkunft mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer. Schön ruhig gelegen und alles war so, wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Ich würde hier nochmal übernachten. Arnoldo ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich um die Anliegen. Vielen Dank.
