Hi Jon, thanks so much for your feedback! We’re really sorry about the AC and toilet seat , both have already been fixed. Our place actually has three air conditioners (most apartments in the area only have one), plus private parking, which guests usually find super convenient.<br/>We always include oils, salt, pepper, and coffee, tea , but housekeeping forgot to refill  the coffee, our apologies for that! The window system is fully isolated, but we still recommend keeping them closed to keep things quiet and comfortable. And since Costa Rica is quite rainy, it’s always a good idea to bring rain gear.<br/>We’re so glad you enjoyed the area , Sabana Park is one of our favorites too, especially with great spots like Furca (for aged steaks), NUNC (amazing cocktails), and Mocapan (delicious bread). It’s such a safe, lively neighborhood surrounded by embassies and green spaces — perfect for walking or running.
