Gabriela’s place is exactly as described and better than the photos. I spent my 40th birthday with 4 other friends and we had plenty of space and privacy. Views from both decks are panoramic and absolutely stunning. Gabriela was quick to respond to any requests or questions we had. Location is higher up so we didn’t want to walk to town, easy and cheap uber so it was not an issue for us. Views and peaceful surroundings are worth it. I would highly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be staying again. Much appreciation and made my birthday very memorable.

I rented this place for a week and i was a little concerned that it was uphill out of town a little but after getting there and realizing you pretty much walk downhill to get to town which is a very short walk especially using the little shortcut trail by the bridge it was very easy and uber rides are SO CHEAP that it doesn't matter. This place has the best view, you get privacy in the rooftop pool for the room, the view was absolutely what you see in the pic, we were in penthouse #1. I would rent this place every time I go, I was sad to leave lol. The host is very responsive, the place is huge, 4 bathrooms as well. Washer and dryer, fitness room downstairs that I did not use but looked very nice. The staff at the front desk were really nice, I will be back next year!!!

Amazing apartment! Definitely stay here. Be aware of strict policies and unforgiving owners/management, but our only complaint is the door staff being fairly difficult. We obeyed all of the extensive rules (maybe another complaint) but had too much difficulty with nighttime door staff. Arman who worked in the daytime was the absolute best!!

Gabriela’s penthouse is something right out of the movies, panoramic ocean views from 2 floors, a pool that blends into the ocean, spacious, close to enough to the city that uber costed $3-$8 per way to almost anywhere you’d like to be, but higher up and private enough that you’re away from the noises of the city, highly recommend for anyone coming with their family and will definitely be coming back when visiting PVR next.

We’ve stayed at many places in PV, and this was by far the best place we stayed. Communication by text was great before arrival. Front desk staff was so lovely, especially Herman. The place itself was even better in person. The pool is much bigger than pictures. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great showers/water pressure. As others mentioned, the hike up the hill is difficult, but nothing a $3 uber ride can’t fix. We also used the chef recommended, Jose, and it was a magical sunset dinner on the balcony.

We loved staying at this place. The kids had a terrific time, and there was enough space for 2 families to spread out. The views are out of this world, and we especially loved the sunsets here. As other reviewers noted: it's not walkable due to being up a steep hill, but the views you get from top are well worth it. The dryer did not work for us and that caused us some minor headache but the hosts were responsive and found an alternative arrangement. We tried a bit to get the Sonos and the TV/airplay to work but gave up after a while (we did not contact the hosts about it, I'm sure they would've helped). We had to wait 40 minutes after stated check-in time due to cleaners taking a while, and as a minor note I would've loved if they could have let us in (we wouldn't have disturbed the cleaners). On the plus side, we forgot to drop off the keys at check-out and I appreciate the hosts letting us get it back to them a couple of hours after check-out.

Gabriela’s place is absolutely stunning! I stayed here for a week with some friends for my 40th birthday and it was the perfect home base for our group. The views really do look like the pictures, it feels like you’re on top of the world! We loved hanging out on the terrace and taking dips in the private infinity pool. Everything was clean and well appointed, and the front desk staff were very helpful whenever we needed anything. The building was quiet, secure and felt very safe. One thing to be aware is that the building is up some VERY steep hills so it’s not the most walkable area, however Ubers into town were cheap ($50-100MXN) and readily available. For a private getaway, I would definitely stay here again.

The views from this penthouse is nothing short of amazing. Every time we enter through the front door, we would be mesmerized by the sweeping views. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was great, just a short 3 minute uber ride to the center of Zona Romantico. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Loved Gabriela’s place. We walked everywhere, definitely easier going down than up, but we didn’t mind since it got our steps in and we felt very safe. The condo has everything you’d need, and the view from the pool is perfection.

Beautiful home to stay at for a weekend in PV. Nothing beats the views from the PentHouse!

The view alone was WORTH every dime. it was stunning during the day and picture worthy during sunset. Walking down to malecon or just shops was about 15mins. There is a little hike down where you can find taxis too. If ya want to order uber best to order car in your room. Cell service and wifi was a bit spotty at times in lobby area. overall place was clean and had everything listed and the host was very responsive when inquiring about place. 10/10 will definitely be rebooking when we come back.

The home felt like an oasis. Stunning views, great pool, the outdoor space is perfect to eat dinner and relax.

We had so much fun in the pent house! We hosted a bachelorette weekend here and could not have been happier. From the amazing views, literally waking up and watching whales from the bed, to the fully stocked kitchen. Gabriella has thought of everything! All of her recommendations were great, and she was very responsive when we had questions. Check in was easy and we were able to easily walk down the hill to all of the bars and restaurants. I would 100 percent stay here again!

Gabriela's place is quite stunning from the moment you enter the door. The sweeping views of the city were wonderful and we and our kids made great use of the private pool. Beds were very comfortable and during our February stay we found we didn't have to use the AC at all. The Marcela restaurant a short walk away was quite nice, and otherwise walking down the hill into the city was fun for us. Would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed at beautiful condo for 7 nights in December 2024. Was spacious for the 5 of us and the pictures don’t match how beautiful the view was. We were even able to see whales from the patio. We had a few questions after check in and they were answered in minutes. My kids used the gym daily and there were enough weights/machines for them and we used the clean common pool a couple times too, which was rarely used. We used a chef that Gabriela recommended and Jose came in and cooked a great meal. We walked to beach or restaurants every day (I am 61) and it wasn’t a bad walk. We always Ubered back and never waited more than 5 minutes for ride. Smaller Uber was about 60 pesos and larger for 5 of us was about 100 pesos. A small tip. Several restaurants only took cash (USA or pesos), so bring some money. But we would stay here again when back in PV.

The stay with Gabriela, Consuelo, in Puerto Vallarta was amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The penthouse was beautiful and comfortable. It was centrally located near the top of the hill, and the amenities were great (private pool for unit, public pool for building, air condition in rooms + living room). It's walkable if you are fit but I wouldn't recommend it if you have trouble with elevation. Ubering to and from the unit was hassle-free. Would come back again and highly recommend to all!

Right when you walk in and see the view you know you made the right choice. Walking distance to most places. House was very clean and comfortable.

The most breathtaking views, day and night. I recommend you pay the additional fees for AC. Totally worth it during the summer, as it gets really hot in PV. We had wonderful stay.

This was one of the best air Bnb stays I’ve had. The pictures are VERY accurate, it is absolutely gorgeous! I was nervous about it being on a hill, but ubering is very easy and inexpensive so it’s not an issue at all. We had 9 of us and it was spacious and comfortable. Gabriela and Consuelo were very accommodating to our group, had great communication, and thought through every detail of this space. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time here! The view and overall ambiance was amazing. I’m usually one to be out of the hotel as much as possible but this unit was so beautiful I didn’t mind having a night in. My family loves to cook so we appreciated the good cooking gadgets. Don’t skip out on the community pool!! We went by chance to wash off after the beach and ended up staying down there for a swim. I had a few questions during our stay and Gabriela was very responsive. One of the ACs was not working and Gabriela had a worker come in less than an hour to help. The front staff were also very friendly. Walking down to zona romántica was not too bad on the roads. We tried the stairs as a shortcut. Although it was a shortcut it was quite steep so beware for those who are balance challenged! We mostly took ubers and taxis which were priced reasonably.

GETTING THERE FROM THE AIRPORT — WALK to the PEDESTRIAN bridge and call a uber (a lot cheaper). TAXIS are so expensive. ..

The view was spectacular!! A perfect place to enjoy family time and memories that I'm sure our family will talk about for years to come.

First Off, the view is worth paying for again. The home was so cozy and comfortable, we were a party of 9 in total. My Brother in law, his wife and 7 year old son slept upstairs in the master suite. Myself, my husband and 3 kids along with my Mother in law slept in the bedrooms on the main floor comfortably. The Kitchen did have everything we needed, which was awesome. The House was incredible overall, it had so much space. The Balcony, living room and private pool upstairs were our favorite spots to hang out. The walk to the Romantic Zone and Malecon were not far at all. We were able to get down and up by walking, even with the littles and a stroller. We were able to request Ubers and Taxis if needing to go further. I definitely recommend this place! We all gave it 5 Stars! The Host was very responsive and she didn't lie when she said the pool towels are amazing. We loved them too and now looking at purchasing some of our own. We'd definitely stay here again! Highly Recommend!!

This place was amazing! The views are truly incredible, especially sunset. The space was clean and perfect for our group of friends. Warning, the hill is a bit of a climb, but we thought it was worth it for the views and it was easy to walk down and uber up.

Gabriela's penthouse is as described, with breathtaking views. The place is fully supplied with drinking water, soaps, shampoos, cooking ware, laundry and plenty of beach towels. The only thing we needed to buy was food and beer. Consuelo, Garbiela's mother, was super fast in her responses to questions we had during the week. I especially appreciated her replacing our broken coffee maker within 30 minutes of contacting her. It's a fairly easy walk down the mountain to downtown and the beaches, and a cheap $4-5 USD Uber ride back up the mountain; we never had an issue getting an Uber. There's also a nice elevator up to the penthouse. I look forward to staying here again!

An extraordinary view and comfortable setting helped to make for an outstanding stay in Puerto Vallarta. You’ll wake up to remarkable panoramic views overlooking PV’s Zona Romantica and beyond, and the small private pool and ample patio space (on two levels) give you and your group lots of room to enjoy it. Great communication from the hosts, and good building security that is present but friendly and not overbearing. Would strongly recommend, and hope to visit again

Me and my friends loved staying at Gabriela's place. The views are absolutely stunning and it was exactly as advertised. Check-in was incredibly easy. I agree with the other reviews that the hills can be a little steep to get to/from the main nightlife area but it was really easy to call an Uber or hail a taxi home. I cannot recommend this place enough and would definitely book again. Thank you for making my birthday one I will never forget!

This beautiful home had spectacular views of the ocean. It’s nestled up in the hills on a high mountain slope. However, it’s a short Uber from the Zota Romantica downtown area. The home was kept in excellent condition when we arrived. We had a minor issue with the water heater, but Gabriella responded promptly and fixed it. Two of the three bedrooms overlook the ocean, and the house has a giant rooftop terrace facing the ocean. The views are breathtaking! The only things I think could improve are the beds are too firm. So firm, that several friends in our group said their sleep wasn't as great. Last, the host could leave enough drinking water, toilet paper, and paper towels for the stay. But that still wouldn't change my 5-star review of this property.

This place is more breathtaking in person, what a lovely place to call home for a week! Everything went so smooth. Gabriela provides such amazing detailed recommendations that we used and were great excursions. Ubers are really cheap making it easy to get around. Walking from the house to somewhere is pretty brutal… very steep and cobblestone hurts. Can’t wait to come back again !

We loved our stay at this airbnb, I never wanted to leave! The views are absolutely incredible and the condo is clean and spacious. Perfect for large groups. We loved the private pool and all the seating outside for watching the beautiful sunsets every night. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet but just a short walk away from all the bars and restaurants in the romantic zone. We actually really enjoyed walking up and down the hill every day. The building staff were all really friendly and the hosts were so helpful. They sent tons of great recommendations and were happy to answer any questions we had very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay at Gabriela's place. As everyone says, the views are stunning! Everything was clean and check-in was easy. Both Gabriela and Consuelo's communication was prompt and helpful which we appreciated. We were happy most of the time to walk to and from restaurants that were down the hill but it is steep in parts so when it was raining or we were tired we caught an Uber which was super easy. We were very happy we chose to stay here.

This place is amazing, our vacations was so pleasure and mostly because we feel so comfortable and safe in Gabriela’s place, the best AIRBNB that I aver stay in. So clean, so safe, kitchen full equipped, amazing common areas, great view, my family and friends loved it so much and for sure this please will be my favorite place where I’ll stay when I come back to Puerto Vallarta. Our stay at this penthouse was amazing. The view of Vallarta during the day, but especially at night, is absolutely stunning. The penthouse has all the things needed to enjoy your time inside and also at the beach. The private pool was nice perfect temperature. The hosts communicated swiftly. Traveling to restaurants/ bars is super easy via uber and there are multiple grocery stores that can deliver to the penthouse (both foods and beer). If I could, I would give this place 10 stars! Highly recommended.

I can't say enough positive things about this airbnb! It was so clean, beautiful, and convenient as it was close to both the Malecon and the beach. The view from the two-story balcony is breathtaking and what you see in the pictures is truly what you get in this airbnb. If we had questions or needed help with anything Gabriela and Consuelo were quick to respond. The people who worked at the front desk were so incredibly helpful and kind, we became friends over our trip! Great place to stay! The pictures are exactly what they show. The location is perfect just keep in mind that there will be a need to get taxis instead of walking. The pool is beautiful with immaculate views. The building itself was in the newer end and the concierges was very attentive.

We had an amazing stay up on the mountain at Gabriela’s place. The private plunge pool was amazing. Place was beautiful and clean. Any questions or requests were responded to promptly. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hills to town. We mostly took Ubers back up as the hills are quite steep. Overall a very unique and fun stay. Thanks Gabriela!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at PH1!! Everything was as described and Gabriela was very responsive. The private rooftop pool and balconies were amazing for hanging out in the sun taking in the amazing views! I will be booking this place again in the future.

Few times in life do you have your breath taken at a beautiful view. Gabriela's penthouse is one of those moments. Each time you walk out to the balconies or sit in the private infinity pool, it feels like you're a bird perched upon the best point in Puerta Vallarta. We had a magical time in the house which was better than pictured, and with a host that was friendly, responsive, and willing to help at every turn. Personal Chef Jose who was recommended was also a highlight of our trip. The only downside to the unit was that it's located at the top of a majestic hill, making driving into it and out of it a bit of a challenge, but once you do the trip - it's not a big deal. UBERing would be easier and you can always walk to great restaurants, however, those with kids, seniors, or disabilities would find it very challenging. It's a minor inconvenience for the beautiful view. We'd love to come back one day to share the experience with family that couldn't come. Thanks Gabriela!

Perfect sized private pool and lots of seating/conversation areas throughout. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

The view was absolutely stunning. The home was perfect for our group! From check-in to check-out everything was amazing.

Phenomenal views overlooking the ocean and City. We spotted whales on several occasions! Most of the apartment was well equipped and as described on Airbnb. It would have been nice to have a working umbrella on the main deck and also on the top pool deck (where there was only a stand). A helpful handbook made it easy to understand how to use the equipment. We used the private chef Jose and he was great….highly recommend. Front desk staff were very responsive to our needs. Just be prepared for the steep climbs and steps returning from the town, especially with children. Thank-you Gabriella for an enjoyable stay.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Our family (3 couples) stayed here for a week, and we were thoroughly impressed! The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the outdoor table can easily fit 10+ people. The pool isn’t heated but worked great for a quick cool off. The views are probably the best in all of PV. We saw whales a few mornings, and the lights at night are stunning. Upon arrival we were told the AC in the main bedroom wasn’t working, but the maintenance crew were great and brought an entirely new one the next morning. We also used chef Jose as recommended by the host and WOW. I would highly recommend this during your stay. Jose was incredibly kind, cooked us the most amazing birria, and even brought my mom flowers as it was her 60th. The only note is that the property is up on a hill, so we typically walked down and took an Uber back. No problem as Ubers are very affordable! Super responsive, helpful hosts. Would stay here again the next time I’m in PV, thanks Gabriela!

This was one of the most breathtaking airbnbs I’ve stayed at in PV. It was perfect for a large group and had plenty of space with the outdoor patios and private pool. It was a perfect space for us to celebrate a special friend’s birthday. Gabriela provided such great recommendations, ideas, and local contacts. The front desk was friendly and always attended to us. The place was stocked with cooking essentials and soaps. In unit washer and dryer was wonderful to have as well. Hoping to be back soon!

Gabriela's condo PH1 is nothing short of breathtaking and amazing! We loved the two level layout, the amazing views and the awesome pool. One downside was that the AC in the 2nd floor suite stopping working on the second day and we were without for nights 2 and 3, of four nights...BUT Gabriela and her team jumped right to action to try to get it fixed the moment I reached out. The portable fan helped to keep us cool enough so that we were still able to sleep in the room. We understand issues happen and when they happen on a weekend it makes it harder to fix, so while it was small inconvenience, I still think Gabriela and her home and hosting abilities deserve a 5+ Star Rating!!! We plan to visit PV again and will definitely be staying at Gabriela's place!

My friends and I absolutely loved the penthouse! It had beautiful views and lots of space. The private pool was great, the only thing we wished it had was more lighting at night time. It was close to many restaurants and bars. We took Uber everywhere and had no problems with pick ups. The place is uphill and the streets are rocky and not smoothly paved, so the ride up can be bumpy, but like I said Uber didn’t seem to have any problems getting up there. We appreciated the cleanliness and easy check in. We got to the Airbnb earlier than the check in time, but the place was ready and we were able to check in with no issues. I recommend the penthouse 100% you will not be disappointed!
