Excellent accommodation. Arturo was always attentive to us. The arrival at the accommodation was easy. There are many restaurants nearby. It's central. The pool water was always warm. I highly recommend it.

The house is spectacular, and the service from Arturo and the people who help him was excellent. We will definitely return with family and friends!

Our stay was very pleasant. We really liked the host's flexibility with check-in and check-out times, as it made our arrival and departure much easier. The location is excellent, very close to downtown Cuernavaca, which made it very convenient for us to get around and explore the area. The pool and hot tub were particularly nice and were what we enjoyed the most during the stay. Overall, the space met our expectations very well. As the only observation, we believe that the cleanliness of one of the rooms upstairs could be improved, specifically the room with bunk beds. Apart from that detail, everything was great and we really appreciate the host's attention and flexibility.

I really liked the house. It's just as shown in the photos. Small details, such as two bathrooms, were not 100% clean. The pool had a bit of a green tint, which made me a little unsure about the cleanliness, but nothing that can't be improved. Maria, who gave us the keys, was super attentive. Congratulations to her. Totally recommended for a great stay with family and friends. Yes, we would return to spend another pleasant day.

Honestly, I would rent the house again for a weekend. As for Arturo, he is an extremely amazing host. She answers questions and messages quickly and is very friendly.

The place is large and clean, the kitchen is equipped, and communication with Arturo was very good. It exceeded our expectations. However, if you go in the hot season, it's advisable to bring a fan for the living room, since it's the only room that doesn't have a fan.

Super spacious, perfect for large or medium groups who want comfort. The only thing is that I wanted a pool with a boiler for the time of year and I was told that there was a solar heater at no cost, however it practically does not heat anything so we could not enjoy the jacuzzi much, especially at night. The game room needs a bit of maintenance but it's very enjoyable. Other than that, everything is worth it in terms of space, attention, comfort and available amenities.

Very nice and spacious house, the host is always attentive to everything, but it lacks a lot of cleaning as well as maintenance, it would be ideal if the pool had a boiler because the water is icy, the showers were not very useful, there was a lot of dust in the house, dirty blankets, many swarms of bees and also insects but the house is very nice and comfortable, the area is safe and easy to access, supermarkets, Oxxo, super close. Recommended, just take care of the details mentioned.
