The stay was amazing, comfortable, safe and with very easy access to everything. I would definitely come back.

This is centric and accesible to all kinds of services, mall is really close and it's about 15 - 20 mins away from downtown, you will need a car to move around and come/go from the Marina. It does have A/C in every room and space including bathroom. Good views, pool is nice and have it's own fridge and grill. We loved it.

The Casa Sanctuary in Cabo San Lucas was perfect for our family stay. We had 3 adults and 3 children on this trip and everyone enjoyed themselves. The private pool and hot tub were key amenities during our stay and loved by everyone. I highly recommend bringing dive toys for fun family games. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot tub for the first couple of days but we messaged Jessica and she spoke with the pool service person and was able to walk us through how to turn it on and we were able to enjoy the hot tub for the rest of our trip. Jessica was very responsive and informative. Everyone also enjoyed that the home was big enough for all of us to have a place to step away to relax and unwind on our own at anytime throughout the day. If you need entertainment outside of TV I would suggest brining some card or board games along as there are only a few. We also appreciate the onsite washer and dryer so we could rewash towels and clothes throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

The house is beautifully situated on a hill with great views. The pool was the perfect size for our group. Spacious bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. water is drinkable. Good pressure for showers. All the amenities. Great Stay

This was a great stay and a very easy location close to the downtown area and not too far from the hotels. Jess was lovely at communicating & the house was perfect for 7 people.

My family of 8 (6 x adults and 2 x kids) enjoyed our 5-night stay at Casa Sanctuary. Hosts Jessica and Austin were helpful in addressing some minor issues that arose, and were very amenable to working with us whenever possible (and relatively quickly) to find adequate solutions so that our stay was not negatively impacted. The house felt huge, and everyone had plenty of space and common areas to hang out. The pool, outdoor kitchen, and 2nd floor deck were highlights for us. Odds & Ends: - A couple Uber drivers had trouble finding the place and/or getting us back home from downtown (this could be more their fault than the home's address). - At the time of our stay, several bedroom and living room fans were not controllable (either stuck "on" or stuck "off"). - There is quite a bit of construction on all sides as the area is being built up, but the noise wasn't really that bad. Bring a Bluetooth speaker for pool days; otherwise you can't really notice it indoors.

Our stay here was incredible. Our group was six adults, a toddler, and a six month old and the place was perfect for all of our needs. It was spacious, clean, and welcoming. The pool was the perfect day hang out and the kitchen/living room area was great to have meals together. Getting to restaurants was super easy with Uber. We loved that it was just a short drive from all Cabo San Lucas had to offer but still peaceful enough that we felt we had the city to ourselves. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Incredible experience in Los Cabos. The house is simply spectacular: beautiful, very well maintained, and with every detail thought out to ensure you enjoy your stay to the fullest. Everything was spotless, and it felt even better than the photos. We really enjoyed the amenities and felt very comfortable the whole time. Special thanks to Jessica, who was an exceptional host: super attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything was perfect during our stay. Definitely a place we would go back to and highly recommend.

We had a great time at Jessica's villa. The views of the water and arch were incredible, the pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect, and we loved the fun decorations all around. It felt like someone had actually put thought into the decor unlike most Airbnb's. The area is still under development and has a dirt road and construction noises during working hours, but it generally wasn't too much of a bother. Jessica was also very responsive with any issues we had.

Wow I’m still speechless about my stay. I just got back to celebrate my 30th birthday and Jessica was amazing! The house was super clean, great access to get uber and it just felt like home. We had an amazing time in Cabo celebrating my bachelorette. The house was even bigger and nicer than shown in the pictures. We loved the pool and hottub. We had so much space for all of us and loved the view of the arch and seeing the boats coming in. This is an awesome choice for any groups traveling. It is within 15 minutes drive to most spots in the Cabo area.

The location of the accommodation is very central, it is 40 minutes from the airport, and 15 minutes from the port. Near the accommodation, there are several supermarkets where you can buy everything you need for your stay. It has a Jacuzzi and a 10/10 pool, a gas grill and a well-equipped kitchen. Our hosts were always willing to help us with any situation, we will definitely be back.
