We were very comfortable. The apartment is very spacious and everything is very cozily furnished! The people at the front desk are always very helpful and friendly! The apartment's location is excellent. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Pandora House in Mexico City. The location was fantastic—within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and many of the city's top attractions, making it the perfect home base for exploring CDMX. The property itself is beautiful, stylish, and very well maintained. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or anything we needed. One of our favorite parts was the rooftop, which had a great atmosphere and was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Pandora House exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and charming place to stay in Mexico City.

Spacious apartment (4 bedroom) in heart of all nightlife and restaurants. Only issue is the unit has no AC but plenty of portable fans provided. Highly recommend!

One of the most incredible stays, super central. Everything is close by. I really liked it a lot. It's super spacious and comfortable. I loved it from start to finish. There are always people taking care of things and being attentive. Luxurious facilities. You feel a really cool vibe for spending time together.

Staff are always available and are very friendly. All the Roma Norte restaurants are walkable. We had a great time

Excellent location, and everyone was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back. Other reviews have mentioned a lack of AC which is true, but fans are provided. Thankfully during our stay it wasn’t hot but I can see them being needed when temperatures rise. Area can be noisy but we didn’t mind one bit as it adds to the experience of being in the city!

Great location, lovely building, great for what we needed. Communication with staff was fast and the building is secure. The building and neighborhood is hopping so may not be what you need if you’re looking for a quiet stay.

It's a good place to stay - accurate description and the location is fantastic. They do mention it in the description - but the bar upstairs can be pretty loud & the lack of AC does can make the place pretty hot. Can't hold it against them though since they do disclose that. The apartment had a portable AC unit which helps and with earplugs the noise was tolerable. If you're cool with those two things - it's a perfect place.

We loved staying here. It had complimentary drinks at the rooftop and bar below. There was a pharmacy and a 7-11 right below and many walkable stores and good options.

Our stay at Pandora House was wonderful! I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was a small oversight with extra towels and trash service, but aside from that, everything was amazing. The space was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooftop bar was absolutely incredible. The location is perfect—very walkable to so many great spots.

A perfect place for our group of 5 to stay during our weekend in Mexico City! We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We felt very safe and the location was excellent—nice area, walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The rooftop bar was a great bonus and a fun place to unwind. Easy communication and smooth check-in. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay overall! The location is a 10/10 and truly unbeatable. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the vibes were immaculate. The photos didn’t match the unit exactly, but I believe that’s because there are two penthouses—we may have been placed in the other one. While it wasn’t the exact unit shown, it still matched the same aesthetic and quality. The unit is located beneath a rooftop bar, so there was some noise, but nothing overwhelming. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Airbnb in Mexico City. My friends and I were in town for a wedding and really lucked out with Pandora House. Feels like a boutique hotel, has a spa, cafe and rooftop bar in same building. Location is amazing and very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Host was very nice and responsive. We had an unexpected water leak in our unit. Host responded right away and provided towels and maintenance to help clean and assess the damage. Highly recommend this place and would stay again!

Everything was excellent!

All bedrooms have a bathroom. The Art Deco architectural design is amazing. Its terrace and general area are super comfortable and cozy. And the location is very strategic between Roma, Condesa, Paseo de la Reforma and everything downtown.

Excellent stay! Loved that each room had its own en-suite, and the location was great. So many awesome coffee shops, bars, and restaurants around. Also, the rooftop bar in the building was a pleasant surprise!

Excellent and very spacious

A great place, tidy and with plenty of space.

Traveled with a group of 5, one couple and 3 singles. The space is a 4 BR apartment style arrangement with a private restroom in each bedroom. The kitchen, eating and living room is an open space and very spacious. This place is in a 7 floor building with a restaurant and bar occupying the top 2 floors. We were on the 5th floor and never noticed any noise from the restaurant or bar. The building is on a semi busy street so during the daylight hours it is a bit noisy but we were hardly in the unit during the day. At night we hardly noticed any of the street noise. As with many accommodations in Mexico City this unit does not have central A/C but the BR do have fans and portable A/C units which we didn't use since the weather outside was amazingly cool. We would keep the sliding doors open during the day and closed them at night when it was colder. Also guests staying in the building get a complementary drink in the bar every night. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent—close to everything we needed—and the apartment itself was very spacious, which made our stay comfortable. The rooftop bar was definitely a great bonus and added to the experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment for its location, space, and amenities.

My stay was very comfortable, the girls at the reception were super friendly, they helped us, they gave us recommendations, in general it was good, we only had one issue, the day we left there was no hot water, we traveled with 2 babies, so it was something important, they told us that the person who could fix it came in later, so I had to take a cold shower as a farewell 😅
