This is an excellent house that is highly recommended, and Alex's service is very good.

The house is wonderful, with many bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped, the rooms have air conditioning, and the property is very well maintained. The only thing is that the access road is a bit difficult for low-riding cars, but the accommodation is perfect.

Our stay was excellent. The house was very clean, just as seen in the photos. The hosts were super friendly and attentive. The area is quiet and you have a lot of privacy. The view is very nice.

We had an excellent stay. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and has everything you need to spend a few very pleasant days. It is as shown in the photographs and, in addition, it has an incredible view of the lake that you can enjoy very much. Alex was very friendly, attentive and helpful at all times. We had a small problem and they came immediately to solve it, always trying to make our experience the best possible. It's definitely a highly recommended place, and we would love to return.

The home was beautiful. I loved the privacy. It had a barbecue, bar and tv and great place to lay by the pool while the husbands watched their football.The pool with waterfall was amazing and relaxing. We stayed when it was very warm, and so the rooms had great mini splits. The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets and the bedding were wonderful. If I needed anything all I had to do is contact them. I would definitely go back to stay. I highly recommend this place. I didn’t have to share the Pool with anybody,It had everything ! Private but close to restaurants … I’m definitely going to go back again. Don’t miss out on such a wonderful place

Very nice; I would just put fans inside; it's very hot.

The house is very nice; the rooms are spacious and clean. Each with a full bathroom, plus an additional 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. Because of the climate, we noticed that ants quickly appear if there is any leftover food. It might be a good idea to have insecticides or other basic products in the kitchen that can be used. The facilities are great, but as for toiletries (such as toilet paper), there was only 1 roll per room for the entire stay. The check-in is a bit confusing, but that's due to the lack of signage in the area; however, with the directions they gave us, we got there without any problems, and they were always available to help. Overall, it's an excellent option to spend a few days in Teques, and we will definitely be back! The pool and garden are beautiful!

Beautiful view and a very nice place

This is our 4th visit, and we have always felt at home. Alex is an exceptional host; his service and attention to anything is incredible, which is why we no longer look for another option when staying in Teques! Our favorite place.

I have nothing but good comments about my stay at Alex's house. Arrival was very easy, except for the climb you have to make to get there (which is not the responsibility of the host, but I think it's important to take into account, especially for small or low cars). Since we arrived the place was spotless and communication was always quite fast and available. The house is amazing and the views are spectacular. The exit to the lake is quite close and there are also very good restaurants less than 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much Alex!

The house is better than what you see in the photos, each room has its own bathroom, the glass doors insulate the noise well, comfortable beds, and it has everything it describes and even more. We loved it.

I'm not afraid to say that this is the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The house is better and bigger than in the photos. It was difficult to access because they were fixing the street, but apart from that, it was an excellent stay and Alex was super attentive and responds super fast. I would definitely come back on my next vacation...

Our stay in Teques was very comfortable, the place is in perfect condition. Alex was always attentive to us and promptly answered all our questions. Since it is a developing area and the streets do not yet have a name, the directions to get there could be clearer. Once you locate the house, it's very easy to access. The internet signal is weak throughout the area, so sometimes it was necessary to use cell phone data. Other than that, I highly recommend this house. New, clean, with all the comforts for a great vacation.
