If you are looking for the perfect place for a playa del carmen vacation- THIS IS IT! The view from the apartment is beautiful, ocean views, palm trees, beautiful sunrises! The area outside is gorgeous. The size was perfect for our family of 4. We have a 4 year old and a 10 year old and had plenty of space for both. We loved the master suite also. The place is very well maintained and was sparkling clean when we arrived. They even left little snacks for us. Everything you will need is in the apartment. Izela was very communicative with us. We stayed 6 nights so had one cleaning service in the middle of our stay. This location is very walkable to restaurants and Quinta Avenida. Right around the corner is 38 which is absolutely gorgeous. We rented a car to get to our activities but it wasn’t necessary to be honest. The beach club is great but just steps down the beach you’ll find a bit better stretch by Mamitas which is the best beach in Playa.

We have stayed at the Elements many times but it was the attention to details in this unit that made a big difference.

The accommodation is a 10, equipped with everything you need, as a family we felt very comfortable, safe, very spacious spaces, with privacy, very quiet, the pool is amazing, we would definitely return

A great facility for families, especially with infants. Safe and well located. A pool where the very small splashing and the slightly larger can swim. Beach not particularly nice but is almost in playa del Carmen on all public beaches, Izela can't do anything for that. Restaurants and the famous 5.Avenida with many bars, shops, restaurants, etc. within walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning property! The free access to the beach club and the pool were also a highlight, perfect for relaxing and cooling off after a day of exploring. The location was perfect, just a short walk to 5th Avenue and all its shops and restaurants. Izela was incredibly helpful and responsive.

The condo was exactly as described and shown in the photos. Communication with Izela was quick and easy, and the check-in process was seamless. The property is in a beautifully maintained location with 24/7 reception. It's quiet and peaceful yet just minutes from Calle 38 and 5th Avenue, with great restaurants and shopping nearby. The property has its own private beach club and a short easy walk to the beautiful north beaches. We absolutely loved the location and would definitely stay at Izala's condo again. Highly recommend!

Superb apartment, spacious, very bright, very well equipped, comfortable, with beautiful views of the pool and sea. Large pleasant pool, private beach club with snack, all under the supervision of the kind staff of the residence. Quiet neighborhood and quick access to restaurants and commerce. Water bomb on request at the reception delivered to the apartment. To be booked without second thought. Luxurious!

Amazing condo that looks just like the pictures. Spotlessly clean, plenty of space for a family of five. Washer and dryer were provided alongside plenty of towels for the pool. Izela even left us some treats when we first arrived. 20/10 stay and host - thank you!

The apartment is exactly like the pictures The ocean and pool views were perfect The staff to check in was so kind and explained everything clear and calmly very kind all Izela was waiting for us with some snacks and drinks in the apartment that made everything feel at home. We had a great stay in Izela's apartment. The space is spacious, well-equipped, and looks just like the photos. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, the beach is right across the street, and the giant pool was the biggest plus for our son, who never wanted to get out. We can't wait to go back!

THE PERFECT APARTMENT IN PLAYA DEL CARMEN! It has everything you need to have a holiday with the utmost comfort and the pool and beach club space is spectacular. Izela and the staff are very friendly and always willing to help to make the holidays the best.

This was a great option for our family to spend the Holidays. The apartment is fully equipped, the pool convenient as well as access to the private beach club. Izela is the definition of Super Host: responsive, attentive and extremely helpful. 100% recommend. We will definitely be back!

Check and check out was a breeze. All the staff are helpful and accommodating. We felt safe ar the complex as well as in town. we walked around town alot, all different times of the day. The first day there was a hiccup with pool construction starting so early with lots of noise but Izela was on top of reporting our frustration to the property manager. They paid us a visit to apologize and offered free drinks at the beach club! Izela also gave us 2 days of housekeeping during our 10 day stay complimentary for the noise inconvenience. my suggestions would be to provide more basic supplies for the kitchen like foil, ziplock bags and basic spices. Also, seperate gym towel since the complex no longer provides them. other than that we have a great experience and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay here. We stayed six nights with our two young kids and we loved the pool with various depths for different swimming abilities, the condo was immaculate, the host was super responsive and helpful. The beach club was small but nice enough. The condo is walkable to the main strip and not a long ride or taxi to other areas. We have absolutely zero complaints.

!Perfect for family! The stay was great. Very easy check-in from the Cancun airport. The hassle-free check-in/Out. It is a quiet place, the beach is excellent, the pool and adjoining areas clean. The department has everything you need. The Chedraui is nearby if you want to use the kitchen. Close to Xcaret, Tulum, Beaches, Cenotes.... etc. Izela was always attentive to doubts and/or any details to deal with. We were delighted with plans to return to the same place.

We had a great stay here! Check-in was very easy and fast. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and has everything that you need. The view and the pool area are absolutely awesome! We will stay here again when staying in Playa del Carmen. Highly recommended!

Everything is excellent. The apartment, the condominium, the Internet, security, equipment, everything. You can tell the concern about the host's details, counting on everything to get to and make use of the apartment, worrying far beyond what we expected! This unit was in good condition and full of amenities. The complex was secure and clean. The beach club was a nice perk. The location was walkable to restaurants and had beach access. The kids enjoyed the pool. I would recommend it.

We had a great stay at Izela's place. The house is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. We have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this is one of the best (its also super, super clean, which makes a huge difference). It's close to the water and the beach club is great. Only potentiaI downside that is not even worth mentioning is that I wish we didn't have to wear wristbands, but that's not within Izelas control.

This space exuded luxury and was absolutely stunning. Every small detail was beautiful and purposful. Izela was responsive and the unit had very thoughtful amenities. We had great rest as the beds were very comfortable, the room sizes were great and the outdoor patio was a dream space. We enjoyed the pool, private beach access and the view which was the best part of the morning. We will definitely be back very soon.

One thing I can say is Wow. I absolutely loved this condo and community. It is such a refreshing experience to enjoy the natural sunlight coming into the dining and living areas. It’s even better to have such a large terrace to enjoy the gorgeous view of the pool and ocean. I can’t imagine having chosen a better place. The pool and hot tub area is perfect for families and young children. My 3 year old loved it. Izela was available to help us when we had difficulty turning on the stove. She had someone show up right away to help us. I would definitely stay here again. It’s an excellent location away from loud Quinta Avenida area but still close enough for a short drive to the action.

Impeccable accommodation, we felt like we were at home immediately. Izela was very kind and responsive to our requests. The only negative point is the beach. Unfortunately for a few years now, the beaches of Playa del Carmen have eroded. The listing photo is not really up to date. Otherwise, I highly recommend this listing.

Izelas apartment was actually our first Airbnb stay. The apartment was in a great location far enough from the hustle and bustle of 5th Ave but close enough to walk and be there in like 5-7 min. The Apt is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the amazing large pool and beach. We really enjoyed the Beach Club included free with your stay. We had a few drinks. Included are beach chairs, paddle boards and kayaks. No food is offered. But there is a great little place next door where we had lunch. The apartment is very large and has all the amenities you would need for a pleasant stay. We always felt safe. There are guards in all entrances. Also, parking is free but it is on the side of the building. We never had a problem finding a spot but we always got there early and later at night walked to 5ta Ave. We will definitely be back!! This place is worth it. It is so close to 5th avenue and 38th street (walking distance)! The pool and beach access is everything you need to relax and the Apt it's self is very clean, stylish and gorgeous. The staff is very nice and always willing to help, but Izela is even better. I has a few questions through out our stay and she was very quick to respond and kind! Thank you so much, we will be returning to this very spot again!

Everything is very good

The property is very much as indicated in the photos. Pool area is lovely, with limits on when it gets sun on which side of the pool but lots of chairs; the beach club has plenty of seating and a small but effective bar. The unit is clean and well appointed. The property manager is very prompt and between him and Izela, there is no shortage of information. The staff at Elements are very responsive whenever the property manager is not around. To us, the best things about the property were that it is exactly as the pictures indicate and the location is close enough to the main entertainment area in a very short walk but far enough away that there is no extra noise from the entertainment area.

Our stay has been exceptional. The appartment is superbe very confortable, design and very clean. Izela is super responsive and she put us in contact with Miguel who was also great! All the staff at the complex are great, polite and very professional. It is the perfect spot to relax. Superbe pool, superbe gym. I will stay there again if im ever back in Playa del Carmen. A spectacular place with all the necessary for an excellent rest. He lacks nothing. Everything is exactly as shown. The beach didn't give us a problem with the sargassum.

Wow, what a wonderful and clean place to stay! Our host had amazing communication with us and made sure we had everything provided. New bottles of water were sent up daily, clean towels, etc. The staff at The Elements were also very accommodating. We felt like family by the time we left! Please note they are strict on music being played after hours. Overall, great experience! Very close to pharmacy and 7/11 for cheap drinks and necessities. The pool is routinely clean and the beach is secured and safe. We also went deep sea fishing from a gentlemen, Andy, we met off of our beach

Great place to stay! Beautiful accommodation and the staff at Elements at super helpful. Miguel gives you the run down of the place and anything you need or questions you have he responds lightning fast. You can relax on the balcony, by the pool or go across the road to the beach. Located next to the beach and just a couple streets away from some great restaurants and 5th Ave. Highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic vacation in Playa Del Carmen. The accommodation was everything we hoped for and more. The condo is very conveniently located, close to 5th Ave and just across from the beach (there is a private beach area). The pool and poolside area are really nice. The condo is very well appointed and was very clean. The building is secure and we felt safe.

Izela is fantastic! her Elements home is beautiful and in a perfect location with the pool right downstairs and the private beach for the condos an easy and quick walk. She was able to coordinate having groceries ordered and delivered in advance for us to be ready. Mostly breakfast and snack items to allows leisure mornings or quick breakfast before going on our next tour. Miguel our Elements concierge was quick on everything and providing us with guidance. While we have visited Playa before and didn't need as much guidance, the Elements team are ready and willing to help plan. The pool was very nice and a great relaxation and not very deep for the kiids. I would recommend bringing or buying toys for the younger kids to play in the pool. Five stars! Thanks Izela.

This condo is very well maintained and in a beautiful location within Playa del Carmen. Izela was very easy to communicate with, and while on property all our needs were met by a rental company representative. Our kids LOVED the pool and found many other children there to play with. The beach is conveniently located across the street. The street has little to no traffic so no worries there. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing I might say is if you're really going for a beach experience (long walks, beautiful sandy beach, not too crowded, etc), the beaches within Playa del Carmen are not as nice as those we experienced outside of town...but, I think that should be expected. Playa del Carmen provides the amenities of a larger town, and The Elements is wonderfully situated just outside of the really densely populated section of 5th Ave. Great restaurants are within easy walking distance. All in all, this is a super place, and we'll be back I'm sure!

Expect a clean, well appointed 2 br apt. view of the pool at night is relaxing. Sunrise off the Caribbean sea is amazing.

Izela's apartment is unbeatable, it has a very nice decor, it is very well equipped, it has everything you need for your stay. The ocean and pool views are amazing, as is the beach club. Izela was wonderful and communication was very quick. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

This place was perfect. It is the perfect location near the beach. The property has a nice quiet private beach area and a great pool. Miguel was awesome. I give all his food recommendations a 5 star rating. It is very nice and easy to communicate with.

We spent a wonderful vacation at The Elements. Izela's apartment fulfills everything that is offered. It is very well located near 5av. and all parks. It has very good communal areas, a spectacular pool and a nice beach club, a short walk from the pisina. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Thank you Izela for everything!!!

This was a spectacular place. My fam walked through the doors and all said “wow.” View of ocean and pool. All window on two sides. Modern and beautiful, meticulously cleaned. Very kid friendly with sand toys included. Awesome service.

Since I made the reservation, Izela's response was very quick, friendly and clarified all my questions. The apartment is spectacular! Cleaning, decor everything excellent. The view is very nice, it's in the pool and the terrace is a great place for breakfast. The location is perfect, very close to 5th Avenue and with many very good restaurants and super close in addition to shops and other places to visit. The beach club is just a few steps away, you don't have to leave the apartments to move to the beach. Definitely a place to go back to!

We had a great time. The apartment is fully equipped. Miguel, who helped us checking in, was very responsive. I asked for baby crib and baby bath tub and they were able to provide them both (even a chair booster for the little one). I was worried about the noise at the beach club after reading some reviews about the Elements (the apartment complex), it was not much of an issue for this apartment because of its location. Unfortunately, the beach was full of seaweed, but i think it's a general problem with the entire area of PDC, Tulum and Cancun, there is no much they can do about it.

Izela’s place is exactly as described and truthfully the pictures do not fully capture it’s beauty. We thoroughly enjoyed her beachfront property along with the living like a local experience. We were close enough to take daytrips to Isla Mujeres, Tulum and Xcaret. Ideally located with superb amenities and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone who is open to the many fantastic local experiences. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Izela has an absolutely beautiful condo at Elements. Location: The location is fantastic. It’s close to 5th where a lot of bars and restaurants are but it’s far enough to be peaceful when you are back at the condo Hospitality: Everyone at this complex is very nice. Izela was always quick to respond to questions while we were there before and during our stay. Condo: She has seriously thought of everything!!! There is everything from vases to blenders to steak knives. There is even a grill. We went over to Mega (grocery store) to go shopping and then did some cooking/grilling there. The decor is so pretty. Internet was good. Pool/Ocean: Everything is great. Def one of the best pools in Playa. I really cannot day enough good things about this condo. We plan to be back!!!

Izela is a complete joy to work with. She is very responsive. The condo is amazing with very high end finishes. We wish we had booked for a longer stay. Miguel, our concierge, was awesome as well. He is very helpful and knowledgeable of the best places to eat. I highly recommend this place.
