Absolutely worth the money to stay in this villa! The concierge and property staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. The villa is beautifully designed, offering privacy for each room while still feeling cohesive and connected as a shared space. The beach is directly behind the property, which is a huge plus. The only drawback is that the shoreline is very rocky—you can’t comfortably stand in the water or swim out without getting hit by the stones—so it’s better suited for surfers than casual swimming.

A superb house right on the beach that we were able to leave without worrying about belongings and locking which was a great treat. We loved the local vibes in El zonte and the house team were on hand to book reservations, when needed , sort out cars and trips. This is a great house for two families to share
