Thank you for your review.  We are of course very sorry your experience was not up to the standard you were expecting.  We clearly missed with a number of requests including the AC and providing you with adequate sheets and towels on a timely basis.  This is very unlike the norm for Beach Management.  Grace who is one of our key staff members and is in charge of guest services was very sick during your stay and consequently there was a disconnect.  One comment about the AC and the dishwasher, we always have appliances checked following check-outs and they were all working properly including the AC in the living room following your departure.  We have had no complaints since that time. We were unaware of the dishwasher issue that you mentioned.  The water is not something which is advertised and was a complimentary gift.  There is construction everywhere in Nosara and in terms of the construction nearby it is nearly complete and without serious complaints from our guests.  We apologize this caused you disturbance.  The bicycles which we had in the past wore out and the decision by the owners was not to replace them.  The information from the Airbnb site has been removed.  If you ended up renting others, please let us know and we will refund you this amount.  The person with the blond hair leaving the property was a guest staying at the property.  As far as the guard leaving before 9pm we were told by the security company he left at 9:16. When you say he was inside during the day I think you must have meant by the pool, he is also the Gardner during the day. If this in not correct we need to know this information right away as our maintenance crew does not have the codes to the houses.  I would be happy to discuss the matter of the missing items at any time by Whatsapp.  In conclusion, once again we are sincerely sorry for all the issues you had during your stay but please also understand we have never before had a negative review reported for any of the Flow houses, quite to the contrary.
