The accommodation is amazing, the house is beautiful, the service is among the best I've ever had on the app, and the location is unbeatable for those arriving by plane. Those who complain about the noise from the planes are exaggerating; seriously, sometimes you don't even notice it. Honestly, everyone who works there is super friendly, and I have a nice memory of my stay. The house is huge!!! And everything was excellent. Although the pool is shared, it is super clean and the water is warm. Honestly, staying there is 100% recommended.

Great place to stay that is near the Marina & Airport. It is a little far from the Zona Romántica if you are looking to spend most of your time there. A special thank you to Marilyn for being accommodating during the crazy cartel blockades and allowing my family to remain sheltered and if needed extend our stay to remain safe.

Our family had a great time at this beautiful,modern, spacious and well decorated house. The house is well equipped. The house is in a nice and secure area in Puerto Vallarta. We recommend this property 100%, we hope to be back soon. Notes: We found the ironing board, unfortunately couldn’t locate the actual iron, which we could have used, one TV was missing in one of the rooms. All the air conditioning units worked great, however, the one in the living room was leaking.

We loved our stay here! Location was great, house was clean, and the communication was incredible! We truly enjoyed our stay!

The house is in excellent condition, despite it being winter it was very hot and the accommodation was very comfortable since all the rooms have air conditioning, it has nice decoration, there is everything, fully equipped, very close to Soriana and restaurants, in a good area, we will return!

We traveled with 12 friends and we all fell in love with the house. It is spacious, organized, comfortable, modern, has a TV and Alexa in each room and you can't hear anything between them. Everything was luxurious, we loved it, only the room with the 2 single beds is a little small, but everything was fine, very close to the marina and the airport. :)

It was absolutely amazing experience for our arrival, everyone had space and the home felt special and near the places we needed to be. Convenient & Lux with that vallarta touch, in a safe zone and amazing hosts.

House with very nice rooms, the kitchen has the essentials for cooking, in general the house is very nice, the pool is very good.

If you have the chance to go, I recommend it!

The place is super comfortable, great location and the price is very affordable for the capacity of the accommodation, I would only recommend that you check the check-in time. Because in my opinion, the check-in is very late. I hope you can go through it in about two hours

The house is beautiful, the rooms are spacious as well as the closets the kitchen has everything, you leave 1 full water garrafon parking is only 1 car but it is a quiet area, it feels safe you hear the airplanes very often but it's not so annoying everything is very good

In general everything is fine, they are only very sensitive to the issue of noise although this one was not so loud the neighbors complain

Just stayed at this beautiful home from May 12-15th with my whole family & we all fell in love can’t wait to go back!!! The house was very clean , the area was peaceful & also very close to many restaurants & stores. Everyone was very helpful & the house is truly stunning. Everything worked perfectly & there is great hot water!!!!! Awesome find.

Highly recommended

A great place to visit Vallarta. Its location is really nice, in a nice and quiet area. It is next to the airport and although you can hear the planes a lot, nobody bothered us. It is only 10 minutes from the beach (walking along the side of a very nice large golf course). The house is like new and equipped with everything you need and more than necessary, luxurious, and a very tasteful decoration. Undoubtedly to come back.

Family all loved the location said it was beautiful and kids were happy to be there!

The house is beautiful and very large. Everything is as described in the description. You arrive at the beach 7 min walk from the house, in front there is a golf course. The house has everything needed, the only bad thing is that in that location the wifi and the signal therefore you can't watch the TV. The airport is right away, so the planes are heard when taking off and landing.

The place is as shown in the pictures, very clean, tidy and well equipped. It is in a very central and quiet area.

This house is amazing!!! Fully recommend! The host Marilyn is the sweetest, she was very comprehensive, helped us with our trip, and the house is very fancy and clean, 20min. Away from zona romántica.

The house is as described, it is very easy to access taxis or Uber to get around, it also has a beach nearby that you can take advantage of in the day, the pool area is quite pleasant. The only problem was with the scenery, but they responded quickly and fixed it. Any questions we had or inconvenience was quick to answer.

Very nice place with A/C , it has everything you need and above all very clean the place is very clean and beautiful . It is close to Soriana and airport as well as places to eat And clean Alberta Excellent Lugar for vacation

Host was helpful as we arrived later than expected with time change. There was a leaking A/C unit in the living room but is out of their control, but should be fixed. Check out was easy and on time.

Excellent house, much nicer than in the photos, very well equipped, which makes your stay comfortable. The area is very quiet and easy to get to, close to the Marina, stores and the beach. Marilyn and the people who hand over the keys were always attentive to everything, even before we arrived. We'll definitely be back.

The house is very nice and modern, the spaces are spacious, and everything was very clean. It's exactly as shown in the photos. By accident, we locked the door to a room with a lock, but they quickly helped us. The service was always prompt and friendly.

Very attentive hosts. We did wish the location was closer to the centro of Puerto Vallarta, since it was a couple of us. However the place it’s self was great! So glad we had AC, the weather was very hot during our stay.

Very nice house, with luxury finishes, very well equipped, and the beach is very close. Just as a recommendation, provide the keys to the rooms as well, since we had children with us, and without knowing it, they locked the doors, and it would be nice to have an outdoor shower in the pool area to wash off the sand from the beach... The house is exactly as shown in the photos; it is comfortable, spacious, and in an excellent location, and the host is always attentive to everything and flexible with the schedule as long as it is not rented.

Easy access. Close to the property by car, supermarket, gas station, bank; 5 minutes from the airport. I would gladly and confidently stay there again.

The house is very comfortable and conveniently located, as it is very close to the marina and right next to the airport. The only thing to note is that you can hear the planes passing by very close, but it is not excessive noise. The house was very clean and comes with everything you need to have a comfortable stay :)

Very modern, clean home in a great location near the Marina. Only a 20 minute Uber/taxi to the Romantic Zone. Only issue that we had was the loud noise from the airport, but quiets down at night. Great Airbnb overall.

We loved staying at Marilyn’s place in PV. It was so clean and beautiful and modern and was very comfortable for all 6 of us to stay with plenty of space for everyone. About a 25 minute walk to the marina or 20 minute Uber/taxi into PV made it a great location to be near the action, but not directly in the action. Also not a far walk from the beach! Being so close to the airport runway did not cause any noise problems as there are no flights overnight and we were gone exploring most of the days, but even then, the planes were not disturbingly loud. Marilyn was so helpful and responsive if we needed anything and was so lovely to communicate with. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Five Stars ***** DON’T THINK TWICE The house was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable, it had everything we needed to have a great and pleasant time with the family. The area was very nice and secure (The Marina always has that charm) The beds were as comfortable as can be. It seems everything was though of before our arrival. Thanks for having us and will definitely stay here in our next family trip to Puerto Vallarta
