Excellent stay. Very good location within San José del Cabo.
The space was as beautiful as the photos. It was perfect for the weekend in Cabo. The location was great. A lot of restaurants and things to do right in walking distance. We also loved the rooftop pool. It was very safe and the staff onsite was always available. We will definitely come back!
Host was very quick and responsive to all my messages and made me feel at ease knowing there was someone there at all times! Was great staying there

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, the beach, and a lovely park/playground right out front. The building is new, modern, and clean, and the apt itself is stylish with a beautiful wraparound balcony. Beds were very comfortable, and the space worked perfectly for our large family, offering both togetherness and privacy. There were a few quirks: the jacuzzi never got very hot, showers became lukewarm after the first day, and the BBQ required advance booking (with no tools or charcoal provided). Garage access was also inconvenient, requiring security assistance each time. The main issue was a non-working washer, which impacted our stay. Management was responsive but unable to fix it. Post-stay communication about a small refund became uncomfortable and felt unprofessional, though it was later resolved with an apology. Overall, a beautiful place with great potential, but some operational and communication improvements are needed.

Thank you for sharing your experience. As the owner, I was involved in all communication with our co-host. As you yourself mention, her stay was positive: she highlighted the location, the apartment's comfort, the cleanliness, the design, the balcony, the beds, and the ideal space for her family. They also noted that the service was helpful and responsive. The only operational drawback was the washing machine, which unfortunately experienced an unexpected malfunction. As soon as you reported it, our co-host made sure that your clothes were laundered immediately so that your stay would not be affected. Everything remained friendly and hassle-free until the request for a refund came up. Even so, she was offered reasonable alternatives, including a 10% discount, with the aim of reaching a balanced agreement. We are sorry that, after not accepting the proposed options, the communication was interpreted as “uncomfortable” or “unprofessional,” as this perception does not align with the actual message history, where at no point were there any threats or improper practices. We always act with transparency, respect, and a willingness to resolve issues within reason. It is clear that the situation changed only with regard to the refund, as up to that point everything had been positive. Thank you for your stay
We loved this Airbnb! We had 9 girls go down for a bachelorette weekend and there was plenty of space for all of us! The home was nice, new, well decorated, and spacious. Pool was great. Liked being walking distance from the beach. Lots of construction in the surrounding area which was kind of an eye sore walking around but not the end of the world. Easy taxi to the art walk and restaurants. Would recommend! Oh they also have an epic playground across the street for kids.
We had a PERFECT stay for our whole 12 day trip to Cabo. We were 9 people, my husband and I with our twin 2-year-olds, and 5 older adults. The location was perfect for all of us; the grocery store (which is the best BTW-better than any Canadian grocery store), amazing restaurants (we went to LATERAL Crudo Asado at least 5 times for tacos and burritos!) and beach were all very walkable for the toddlers and seniors alike. The unit is very spacious and better than the photos. The common spaces were set up really well for 10 people. Three of the rooms have ensuites and one has a bathroom right outside. The linens were nice, there was a beach umbrella and beach chairs for us to use too, which was very handy and appreciated it. The building is spectacular, we spent lots of time at the pool and on the roof. Security was nice too. We ventured to Cabo san Lucas and into downtown San Jose del Cabo, and we were so grateful to be staying where this unit is located as it’s less touristy.
Great stay! The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Smooth check-in, great amenities, and excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay here; the photos were completely accurate and the place was even more comfortable in person. It was perfect for our group of nine with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The pool and kids park were a huge bonus, especially for families, and made our downtime really enjoyable. The location was also very central which made it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it.

Estefanía was our host and she was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was lovely with great AC and fabulous ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room. What a plus for those of us who like circulating air especially while sleeping. Great bedding and lots of extra blankets to snuggle with for movie nights. Then there was the amazing pool with a wonderful view! Wow! 🤩 So nice! Another plus is there is a huge supermarket within walking distance to easily stock up on groceries or any missed items in your packing. And last but not least gated unground parking to keep our rental car safe. Great place. Thank you Estefanía!

Excellent service, everything very well stocked in terms of towels and toilet paper. I think I would give it a plus if there was bottled water, a view and the place is excellent. The only problem is the reception for the entrance to the condominium. It's a problem that the reception staff are never available. I almost always had to go to the reception to open the gate for both entry and exit, and this happens because they don't see the cameras and they are not available. And yes, it is a bit uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything is spectacular

The apartment was very clean & spacious. The front desk was nice very easy check in process restaurant nearby and McDonald’s for food. Nice park by Airbnb host was very responsive and helpful only thing it’s a 30 min drive to clubs & other restaurants but overall 10/10
Wonderful stay! The front desk was kind and welcoming, always happy to help. Everything was spotless—the kitchen, rooms, and bathrooms were very clean and well cared for. It felt cozy, inviting, and like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay again!
It looks just like the pictures ! Supper spacious and have a lot of things to do around it ! Also has a cute park beside it I thought it was pretty awesome ! Supper family friendly

Very spacious and cleanly apartment. The area was very quaint - there were a couple of really nice restaurants near by as well as a grocery store very close to the apartment. Front desk staff were friendly, and overall, the building was very quiet and clean.
Great communication. Assisted w transportation. Always available if we had questions. 🙏 Easy access to the condo w number key pad on the front door. No need for keys or cards to enter the space.🤙 The Living room and 2 of the bedrooms have big slider doors out to the front patio. The other 2 bedrooms have big slider windows to allow a cross ocean breeze through the whole space. The top deck infinity pool provides an amazing view of the surrounding area and you even get a view into the Dolfin amusement park…for free!🐬🐬 Pickle ball court is literally below the front door in a courtyard that also includes a public Barbecue area. Makes it easy to watch games or BBQ and still be connected to the Condo space. Elevators are fast, which is a big plus when you’re going in and out a lot. 🤙 Huge grocery store that carries everything is a block away! An easy walk from the condo. Ubers are cheaper than LA🤙 go into town and try El Toro Guero! Great place and then walk around. Enjoy!✌️
Wow this place is absolutely incredible! Better than the pictures and more spacious! We had 9 girls total and plenty of room. The location is amazing. Walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, and beach. Rooftop pool and view there is stunning. Can’t say enough good things about this place..you’re going to love it just like we did.

Everything was excellent!!! I really liked the accommodation, very comfortable and clean, the people there are all very friendly, very comfortable to go to buy things , the area is very quiet , very recommended, I would definitely stay there again
