We also generally recommend renting an SUV or a vehicle with higher ground clearance. While standard vehicles can reach the villa, the final section of the road is steep and uneven, and an SUV provides a much more comfortable and stress-free experience. Guests who plan to explore the region often find that an SUV is the most suitable option for local road conditions. As for parking in Tamarindo, your advice is very helpful. Visitors should indeed be aware that public parking areas are generally free, and while some individuals may offer to "watch" vehicles, this is entirely optional.
