Armando and the team are great communicators and were always responsive to our questions or needs. They are fantastic hosts. The home is perfect for a group, and they’ve have added lots of helpful and thoughtful touches, including instructions for the showers, earplugs, and even umbrellas. The walkable neighborhood is very lively at all hours with restaurants and cafes all around. We loved the closeness to so many of the city’s sites. We would happily stay again the next time we visit CDMX.

Armando’s place was very clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location. We really enjoyed staying in Roma Norte, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and parks within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place!

This place was exactly what we needed, a clean comfortable place near the Angel de Independencia. The apartment had multiple private spaces and a large living and common area. It's a shame we didn't spend more time in the apartment because there are so many places to visit locally and plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Highly recommend.

Armando's place is amazing! The apartment itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured - it was perfect for our family of four. It is spacious and clean and the location is ideally located in the heart of Roma Norte - it's also easy to walk to Condesa. There are endless restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance, as well as a grocery store just a few short blocks away, which was very convenient - they had everything we needed. The kitchen also is well-stocked and the appliances work well for the (few) meals we made at home. In addition to the wonderful apartment itself, Armando is great at proactive and friendly communication. He made several helpful recommendations and was incredibly responsive to the multiple questions we had. We could not have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to CDMX!

Armando was a wonderful host., responded quickly to all our queries and was as helpful as he could be. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. No complaints at all. Beds were comfortable and clean. bathrooms were clean and comfortable. dont hesitate to book this airbnb!

This apartment is in a fantastic location with many restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. We felt very safe in the area and everyone was very friendly. There were some negatives that are important to note. The elevator only allows three people on at a time or less than approximately 400 lbs. Not great for a group of six. Hot water was inconsistent and working the hot water heater was frustrating since it lacked proper indicating lights. Lastly, there was frequent sewer gas coming from the two bathrooms in the downstairs bedrooms. Armando sent someone the next morning to address the issue, but it came back that very night. I'm sure he would have sent someone back to try again, but our schedule was too full to wait for a maintenance person. So we came home every night to foul smelling bedrooms, which literally made my wife sick one night. For the price, we expected better.

Based on this message, we understood that the matter had been fully resolved and that you were satisfied with the outcome. Had we known that you were continuing to experience any difficulties during the remainder of your stay, we would have addressed them immediately, just as we did when you first contacted us. Regarding the odor concern, our team attended the property promptly after it was reported. Since we did not receive any further communication indicating that the issue had returned, we had no way of knowing that additional attention was needed. Our maintenance staff is fully trusted and regularly assists guests even when they are away from the property, meaning we could have investigated and resolved the matter without interrupting your plans. In many cases, guests return later in the day to find the issue already addressed. We completely understand that unexpected maintenance matters can be frustrating during a vacation, and we always encourage guests to let us know if anything is not fully resolved, as our team is available to assist quickly throughout the stay. Thank you again for staying with us and for recognizing our responsiveness and efforts to help. We truly wish we had known there were still concerns, as we would have been happy to continue assisting until everything was to your satisfaction. We appreciate you letting us know, and we’re already working on improvements so future stays are even smoother. Armando’s apartment was the perfect stay for my family of five. This was my first time bringing my children to Mexico and my first time coming back in 20 years. The location was exactly what I wanted for my family. Armando was extremely responsive whenever I sent a message. The apartment was bright and inviting with the perfect space for all of us. I would definitely stay here again when we return to CDMX. We walked all over the neighborhood and enjoyed the foods, cafes and shops.

We had a wonderful stay and would gladly stay here again. Armando was an exceptional host, always responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. After a long and delayed travel day, arriving late at night to find the refrigerator stocked with beer was an incredibly thoughtful touch and much appreciated. It was a great way to start our stay after a tiring journey. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to a wide variety of excellent food options, from authentic street food to outstanding Italian, Argentinian, and Mexican restaurants. The Ángel de la Independencia was also within walking distance and happened to be the center of celebrations for the local soccer team’s victory, which made for a memorable experience. One of the highlights of the property was the beds. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and provided the perfect place to recharge after long days of walking and sigh

We had a great stay in in Roma Norte. The location was perfect! It was close to so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. It was easy to walk everywhere and explore the neighborhood. The apartment was very comfortable and made for a relaxing stay. Armando was a wonderful host. He was very responsive to questions, and was really helpful before the trip. He also included a lot of extra touches which made the stay special, including a basket of snacks, some cold drinks in the fridge, laundry detergent for the washing machine, and coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our third time visiting CDMX however, Armando’s place made it by far the best. My family is very big on comfort, and Armando’s listing provided just that. The fact that each bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed and AC unit in each room was amazing after a long day of walking/exploring. From the cozy pillows to the fresh towels and charming decor, everything was perfectly curated for an exceptional stay. Armando’s place is in Roma Norte which is walking distance to a lot of popular restaurants and bars that were on our list to check out. For longer trips where we needed to order uber, the building was easy to find for our drivers. Armando played a huge role with being responsive, accommodating, and kind. We would be more than happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay in Mexico City. Communication with Armando was quick and easy from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress free. The place itself was very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was also excellent, super convenient and made it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Armando and his team really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience. We even accidentally left something behind, and they reached out right away and offered to help get it back to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience. This place felt special from the moment we walked in, beautifully done, super comfortable, and just easy to live in for a few days. We loved how everything around us was right there, especially being so close to Ángel de la Independencia, which made exploring feel effortless. We had a wonderful stay with Armando in Mexico City! The apartment was very comfortable and having AC made a big difference, especially traveling with kids. This was a great spot! Armando was incredibly communicative, and gave us lots of helpful hints about what to do and where to eat. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this apartment for a week...lots of room for us to spread out and relax between sightseeing adventures. The location was fantastic; amazing restaurants within walking distance, and everything we wanted to see in the city was within a 30-minute uber ride.

We absolutely loved our stay—this was the perfect home base for our Mexico City girls’ trip! The Roma Norte location is amazing. We walked to fantastic restaurants, cafés, and even to Arena México for Lucha Libre. There’s also a nearby Sumesa grocery store with incredible empanadas. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a group, and we really appreciated the UV-treated drinking water. We had a couple of small hiccups at the start (wrong door code and one mini-split not working), but Armando and his team responded quickly and took care of everything. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was a beautiful apartment with a lot of space to spread out. We traveled with some friends and had enough space to have some privacy, as well as to spend time together. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful and nearby great restaurants. The apartment was clean, safe, and nicely furnished. We had a great stay and would certainly return!

This place was perfect for our small family and little one. Highly recommend if you have kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and there is so much to do! The space was clean and decor was so unique it really added to our vacation. We would totally book with Armando again.

Wonderful stay for our girls trip! Beautiful space and very smooth check-in. The host was responsive, thoughtful, and shared great local recommendations. A temporary water outage (out of their control), was handled with care by providing water and a one-night refund. Truly 5-star hospitality—highly recommend!

Great stay in Roma Norte! The apartment was spacious, super stylish, and perfectly located near cafés and parks. Super comfortable with king beds, AC in every bedroom, and great amenities. Clean, kid-friendly, and well-equipped. Armando was amazing, he was responsive, helpful, and made everything easy. We’d definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Armando’s place in Roma Nte. Armando and his team were incredibly responsive and timely in accommodating all our requests. The apartment was beautifully decorated exactly as shown in the photos and very well equipped. Each bedroom had extremely comfortable beds (we slept like babies 😊) and the bathrooms were spotless and well maintained. The living area was bright and inviting, with a full kitchen that had everything we needed. The location is unbeatable, within walking distance to great spots like Mi Compa Chava (a must for authentic Mexican seafood), Páramo, Panadería Rosetta, and many more. Our favorite was breakfast at EMMA, which is literally attached to the building. Highly recommend staying here and would absolutely come back.

Nice clean apartment in a great location. Nice that it has 3 king size beds and a small kitchen as well. Very walkable location to many great restaurants. Would recommend.

Armando's place was beautiful! I loved the design it felt real authentic. The host was amazing and we enjoyed our comfortable and peaceful stay. This was a very easy home to live in with the family. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the dining area was the perfect spot for us to gather to eat and plan our days. We really appreciated the small touches like having the high chair and crib ready for us. It is a stylish space that is also very comfortable, which is exactly what we look for when traveling with kids. The layout worked great for everyone and made the stay feel effortless.

We were in Mexico City for one day to meet up with friends and could not have had a better time at Armando's apartment! It's centrally located in the beautiful and walkable La Condesa neighborhood, withlota to see and do nearby. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the kids. Definitely recommend for family stays in Mexico City!

This was such an easy place to stay with the family. The host was very thoughtful and provided a crib and high chair which saved us a lot of stress. We loved being in the middle of Roma Norte but having a quiet, stylish home to head back to. The kitchen is fully stocked and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a total lifesaver. It really felt like a home away from home.

Staying in this Roma Norte apartment was one of the best parts of our Mexico City trip. The location made it easy to walk to great cafes, parks, and museums, and the space itself had everything we needed, comfy king beds, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches throughout. Perfect base for exploring the city!
