The penthouse is very nice and comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and there are enough air conditioners. Everything was very clean and pleasant. The only thing I could mention is that when we arrived, the elevator was broken, and yes, it was the fourth floor, but in two days it was fixed. The terrace and pool are also very good. They can only be used at appropriate times since there is no shade.

We had a great stay. The location is unbeatable. Everything is very close, and it was very easy to get around. The host's service was excellent from the start. He was always friendly and attentive. The place was spotless, very clean and in perfect condition, exactly as shown in the photos. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

It is very conveniently located; there is a bit of noise because it is on a busy street, but you can walk to many places. The apartment is very nice and well-equipped; we didn't lack anything.

We had an excellent stay. The place was super clean, very comfortable and as shown in the photos. The location is very good, with everything close and easy access. Communication was quick and check-in was very easy. We definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

We stayed at the penthouse condo for 4 weeks. The property management team were excellent and very communicative. They addressed the small issues promptly (eg providing more kitchen towels, booking the BBQ). The space is lovely with enough room for 3 couples to spread out. It’s located close to the Malecon but far enough away that sound was generally not an issue. The only thing we were not clear on and that was a disappointment was lack of access to the unit’s laundry facilities. We expected a washer & dryer. We clearly did not read the listing carefully enough as this would have been a deal breaker for us (given the length of our stay). They offered the cleaning staff to do our personal laundry once a week so we managed around it. Overall a great place!

Great place. Walkable to marina and Malecón. Still very quiet. Nice to have parking, but be careful not to get too large of a rental car. Pool and gym nice touch. Great views.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was beautiful, amazing views, and pretty close to really good restaurants and a variety of places to hang out while enjoying the beautiful views.

We had an amazing few days at this place. The beds, pillows, everything was very comfortable. The view is amazing and there are several rooms inside the penthouse, we liked that a lot. The common area is also very nice with a beautiful view from the pool. It's very close to the esplanade so you can walk, but not so close that you can hear music or noise from cars, people and so on. Since we booked the Airbnb, Karen has given us exceptional support. He was attentive to our questions at all times and helped us organize the entire itinerary of the trip: hiring the chef, renting a yacht, making reservations and shopping at the supermarket. Thanks to your attention, we were able to enjoy ourselves without any worries. The apartment is beautiful, in a good location and equipped with everything you need. Upon arrival, the purchases were already arranged, which made our installation quick and comfortable. Karen really made our experience in La Paz perfect. The stay was excellent!! The accommodation has spectacular sea views, perfect for enjoying the sunset from the balconies. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was very convenient to leave the car on the premises. Password access is super convenient and the rooftop pool is a great plus for relaxing. A very nice and very well-kept place. Would 100% recommend!

I've been coming to La Paz for years, this penthouse has been my favorite Airbnb. It's spacious, clean, a very good location, it has EVERYTHING you need. The water pressure is good, the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is complete. The pool is super comfortable with a spectacular view. I definitely recommend this place!

We were very comfortable! We went to celebrate the birthday of one of my children. Very close to the Malecón. We felt safe on the property. We'll be back!

The apartment is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are complete. The location is good as it is next to the Malecón.

The stay was excellent, Karen responded very quickly and promptly solved a small problem we had with the air conditioning in one of the rooms. The apartment is great and clean and new. The building is also very well located.

We had a fantastic stay at laiva phuno. We loved the beautiful view of the harbor, and the neighborhood felt very safe with lots of locals and tourists walking around. The space was beautiful. We didn't cook much while we were there but we noticed that the kitchen had great amenities. There was a good variety of cooking tools. We also enjoyed using the chairs and umbrella for the beach. The rooftop pool was a highlight. The children loved it! Our host Karen was fantastic and very friendly. We managed to lock ourselves out on the first day (completely our fault) and she was very helpful and responsive in fixing the situation even though it was a Sunday. One thing we especially enjoyed about the space is that it has two living rooms on separate floors. This gave us a kid hangout area and adult hangout area so my husband and I got to feel like we had a vacation alone sometimes. Thank you, Karen!

This penthouse condo is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfect. This is the second time we’ve visited La Paz and I’m glad we found this place. It took us about 3 minutes to walk to the malecón (boardwalk) which we loved. The condo is very spacious and beautiful. Very clean. Communication with Karen and Graciela at the rental company was great. Thank you ladies! I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The place was very clean, decorated nicely, and very spacious. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have everything you need. We enjoyed the private hot pool on the balcony, and the community rooftop pool. We loved how close it was to the Malecon (walkable), and how close it was to other restaurants and coffee shops. We felt safe in the area. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and helpful. We will definitely be back and book again!

This is a beautiful new Airbnb. They have created an excellent space for enjoying a visit to LaPaz. The home has all the right touches and many wonderful extras. Our group was so comfortable and loved coming back to the home to hang in the beautiful spaces each day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

5 star Penthouse is La Paz. Place was amazing and the perfect spot to stay. It’s close to everything in La Paz, the outdoor living space was great to watch the sunset! We will stay here again next time we’re in the area!
