Fantastic Stay in Playa del Carmen! We had an amazing time staying at Chris’s place! The location is absolutely unbeatable—everything you could possibly need is within easy walking distance. You are just a short stroll from the beach, as well as tons of great local bars and restaurants, yet the property itself is surprisingly peaceful and quiet when you're ready to unwind. Chris is a fantastic host, and a huge shoutout to Gisel, the co-host, who managed everything seamlessly for us throughout our trip! They were both super responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail to ensure a smooth stay. Highly recommend booking with them if you're visiting Playa del Carmen!

I have been to Playa Del Carmen many times over the years but somehow I have never stayed in this particular area. It's has a lot of great restaurants and is very walkable to the beach and 5th Ave. The condo and the roof top pool exceeded my expectations, and I will most definitely will stay at the condo again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Chris and his team were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The condo had great amenities, including everything we needed for cooking and basic hygiene products. Very comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and felt right home. The location is great and the pool was awesome. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The host checked in with us regularly and took care of things quickly. There are tons of restaurants and shops around. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay! The Welcome Guide is literally the best thing ever. Also, Gisel is the sweetest and most hospitable co-host. Chris did very well explaining everything in welcome guide and I still was very amazed by the actual location and atmosphere.

This place was amazing. Just as the pictures they provided. The team was great. I thought I would have an issue leaving the AC off while we were out but it wasn’t an issue.

--- **5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** An exceptional stay in this beautifully located accommodation on Calle 38, a short walk to 5th Avenue and the beach. The location is really ideal in the heart of the most beautiful street in Playa. The apartment perfectly matches the photos and description: spacious, clean and well-equipped. The host was proactive and very responsive throughout the stay, answering our questions quickly. Smooth communication that made our stay stress-free. We had a wonderful stay! Our group enjoyed the beautiful home and the many cute restaurants right outside the door. The host provided recommendations for the area and was extremely responsive. We would love to go back and definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was super comfortable, and having plenty of bathrooms was a huge plus. We even had a little hiccup that got fixed right away, so the host was really responsive. Overall, it was a great experience

Great location! Nicest street in playa del carmen. Lots of good restaurants around building and you can walk to and down fifth street from apartment. Very clean, nice apartment too. Nice bathrooms. Good beds.

That’s the host that you want! Communication A1 with an amazing guide of everything that we need to know before arrival and while there. Condo was really nice and it’s for me the best location ever! On the most beautiful street in Riviera Maya (Calle 38) with a very very very short walking distance to the beach and/or the fascinating Quinta Avenida! Thanks for the 20l of water and for the always very fast answer! The pool on the top of the building is awesome too. Large enough, very clean and with a magical view of the sea!
