We had a wonderful stay. It's on a quiet and quaint tree lined street with great restaurants and only steps away from all the activity on 5th avenue and a few minute walk to the beach. We typically like to stay right on the beach, but many of those locations in Mexico are isolated, so I believe this is a perfect combination between a beach stay with all the amenities of stepping into the vibrant culture (at least the tourist culture!) of Mexico. I know that all of our grown "kids" enjoyed the nightlife on 5th avenue after a nice a quiet dinner on Calle 38, where this condo is located, especially on New Year's Eve! The entrance has 24 x 7 security where access is from a friendly face behind the security desk and the condo is on the backside of the street, which is very quiet. There are no buildings facing the outdoor patio, so it's very private. The listing says it sleeps 10, but I believe the sleeping arrangements would be very tight beyond 7-8 adults. Great stays and attentive hosts!

We loved staying here! All the suggestions were so fantastic. it was like they were our free tour guides via AirBnb. We loved the 24-7 security and they were also very friendly. We felt safe enough to go on our own while our teens enjoyed some quiet time. The pool was amazing and we were usually the only ones up there. I loved being next to the jungle and we saw so many animals. For our first time in Mexico as a family, I was nervous about the language barrier and other things, but with the with this awesome location and the helpful host, I could actually relax and enjoy this amazing country. Thanks for everything!

Nous avons profité d'une superbe semaine à l'appartement de Chris. Tous les essentiels sont fournis avant même notre arrivée ce qui nous permet de profiter de la plage et de la piscine dès notre arrivée. Le guide fourni est très complet et des codes QR dans l'appartement nous permettent d'obtenir des recommandations dans le secteur (épicerie, restaurants, etc). L'arrière de l'appartement donne sur une grande forêt ce qui rend l'ambiance très paisible. À l'avant du bâtiment, c'est beaucoup plus animé avec les nombreuses terraces des très bons restaurants qui s'y trouvent. Prévoir 8-10 minutes de marche pour atteindre de très belles plages. Emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de restaurants comme nous. Hôte très réactif. Je me suis trompé de code une fois et j'ai obtenu du soutient dans la même minute. Nous avons également suggéré des correctifs à notre départ et ils ont été réalisés aussitôt.

Perfect location, plenty of restaurants, beach close by and the pool on the roof was a plus. Communication was easy and full details were given to us in advance made for a pleasant stay. Loved the area. Located in an area where there was plenty to do yet private enough that we could return to a quiet, relaxing condo.

This was a great Airbnb in every way. The host was very responsive and proactive, the Airbnb itself was great and matched the pictures and the location is very good. Plenty of room for 6 people, clean and quiet. I would definitely book this Airbnb again if I’m in the area and it is available.
