Traveling with a big family can have some issues however this home has enough spaces for us to hangout or have some privacy. Upon arrival everything was clean and there were enough towels for all 11 of us. The community is safe with 2 gates entrances and security checks. The cenote within the community is a nice surprise! Overall a great stay and responsive host. We had a tiny issue with a blind that was quickly resolved. Great home, great location and great host. Thank you!

Great accommodation, I would definitely come back

Excellent stay. John was always attentive and willing to help. He let us in before check-in time. The house is beautiful, cozy, and has all the amenities to be comfortable. The beds are comfortable. We will definitely return in August!!! I recommend it. 5 stars for this wonderful staff.

It's an amazing place, a good size for groups or families. There were 8 of us and we were comfortable at all times. They have towels for the bathroom and for the pool 💯 the area is private and very nice They are always available by message and are very attentive, thank you very much we would definitely be back here.

We urgently booked the place because we had come across an unsanitary Airbnb. And that's good in the end! This Airbnb was perfect, clean, in a beautiful secure residence with a supermarket nearby. The villa is spacious, beautiful, well-equipped. Hosts are responsive and available. In short, we recommend 100%!

Very nice house, located in a very secure environment with a beautiful park. The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant (it just lacks a dishwasher). The proximity of children's games is a real plus. Communication was excellent throughout the stay: very responsive contact and clear information. We encountered some technical issues during the stay. A French window problem was quickly resolved. On the other hand, the hot water and pressure in the showers took a little longer to be restored. The washing machine also experienced a breakdown and, although the problem was taken care of, the repair took a few days due to the holiday season. Despite these points, the setting, the overall comfort and the quality of the exchanges largely contributed to a good stay.

An amazing house, an excellent space to share work activities and have a great experience I went for work but I will definitely come back on vacation!!!

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Thank you to the host for helping me experience an amazing bachelor party with my friends

Me any my family realy enjoyed the stay in this huge villa. The beds is super comfortables, kitchen well equiped and the pool with jacuzzi its amazing. The host very helpful, he offered good restaurant nearby and he answer very fast to all questions. We will came back for sure.
