Our stay was perfect--I can't imagine a better place to stay. The condo is literally on the ocean with perfect views of the pool, beach, and ocean. There is an incredible amount of space to spread out in. Our family of 7 easily fit and each was able to find privacy/quiet from others if needs. Pros: - Location couldn't be better: sandwiched between the beach and Quinta Avenida (the pedestrian-only shopping/restaurant strip) - Quiet and peaceful despite immediate access to everything - The outdoor space is incredible: a balcony with seating for 6 with outdoor stairs that lead to a roof with seating for 8 at a table or 6-8 in comfy/pillowed chairs/loungers. A grill is available on the roof as well. - The condo was clean and amply supplied with all our needs. Cons: - None that I can think of. - My kids didn't like the lack of locks on the bathrooms but they learned to knock before entry : ) I can't emphasize how beautiful the condo and its views are. Can't wait to come back!

This location was fantastic around the corner from Calle 5. Relatively centrally located close to the ferry to Cozumel as well. The unit is great and clean. The views from both the balcony and the private rooftop were wonderful. Pool was perfect. The restaurant next door on the beach was top notch with cocktails and food that exceeded expectations, including great presentation. Playa del Carmen is suffering with the sargassum this summer, but the beach in front of this unit was always cleared relatively quickly, and the booms were more effective here in reducing landfall in many places. The host was incredibly communicative, and was helpful in suggesting service providers, like massage, drivers, excursions, etc.

The condo was absolutely amazing. The location was fantastic and the view from the condo was beautiful. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Sally went above and beyond answering questions, providing information and making all kinds of local recommendations. We had a fabulous time and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back.

Location was great. Just steps away from 5th Ave. Jaime our driver, was awesome. Always on time, and very helpful with some of the options we had planned. Some great recommendations as well. Sally was very informative with everything from our arrival to local restaurants and everything in between. Edith and Luis onsite were also very pleasant and helpful when needed. Pretty much like all the other reviews on this unit, they were spot on reviews. Our 9-year-old daughter was very sad leaving and said "We met so many nice people-I don't want to leave" Awesome place, awesome people, perfect location. Can't wait to visit again! Hopefully next month!

Great location, and the host was extremely proactive and accommodating. She made sure instructions were very clear, gave great recommendations, and was very kind. Would definitely stay again. The private beach access with service is a great attribute.

Very responsive host, Luis and Edith on-site were also very responsive and helpful when necessary. This building is a real hidden gem - right on 5th and the beach, quiet and clean. Highly recommend!

Loved having the space and amenities of a condo (full kitchen, separate bedroom for kids, etc) plus the convenience of a beach service. The team (host+Arturo on the beach+Edith) provided an incredibly high level of service.

Location was perfect. You are right in the heart of 5th street where all the restaurants and activities are. We did not rent a car. We used Jaime for transportation to and from the airport. The condo offered a private beachfront with chair service, and Arturo arranged our beachfront food and drinks while on the beach. There is a condo manager at the front desk at all times which gave us a sense of peace and safety.

I couldn’t have chosen a better condo to enjoy playa del Carmen . Tonya’s unit at Luna Encantada is a smaller complex , a peaceful retreat in the middle of the busy 5th ave area , location was fabulous. The complex was occupied by a mix of owners, and renters mainly family groups and respectful adults . I feel noisy party people would be out of place here . The unit was beautiful, clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen . The private rooftop deck with ocean views became a favourite for morning coffee and after dinner evenings . The pool lovely , beach side loungers and umbrellas available at any time during the day . The staff were amazing from ,Sally the booking manager , Edith the onsite manager, Aturro our beachside attendant and Victor at the front gate, all were so attentive and friendly . I would come back here in a heartbeat !

Sally was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful! The Luna Encantada is beautiful, great location on the beach and walkable to everything! We can't wait to come back again!

Awesome place, awesome people, definitely worth the stay!

Ok so the ONLY negative comment about this place is that if you stay here….. I promise you will never want to leave Mexico or the apartment….. it is beautiful there n every way and has everything you need and more for a great family vacation…. But again.. be warned … you will not want to leave this apartment or Mexico …. Really really great place

Best vacation we ever had. We did a lot around this area, everything was super organized. My children loved the pool, but my oldest one loved the ocean too. I loved walking on the white sand beach, and fill myself with earth energy. Loved waking up early to watch sunrise. Absolutely stunning!!!! No words to describe the feeling. We loved 5th Avenue too, walking around at night, have some deal with fun people. Overall, it was absolutely so much better, than an All Inclusive hotel. If you want the real experience in Mexico, I definitely recommend this apartment.
