Samantha’s Airbnb was nestled right in the heart of La Veleta, super close to so many awesome spots. Great view from the bedroom balcony, as well as the rooftop spa/tub. Thanks for making check in and check out super easy and being flexible with the times! Will definitely rent again if available next time I visit Tulum 🙂

The perfect place, wonderful to have a relaxing vacation, in a very welcoming atmosphere with everything you need, very good location and always very attentive to what is offered during your stay. The best is the private terrace. Perfectly wonderful, I will be back soon for sure.

Our stay was great. Samantha always served us very well and promptly, as did her Karla assistant. The apartment is great, spacious, as well as in the photos. The location is very good, with many facilities around. My family loved the experience.

We loved our stay! The apartment is so spacious and bright. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Easy access to one of the beach roads too. The rooftop was amazing, both during the day and at night to star gaze. Samantha and her assistants were very responsive and communication was empathetic and kind. I would love to rent this space again.

Great stay! The apartment was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the private terrace and shared pool. The location was peaceful, with some nice restaurants on the street. Just keep in mind that it's not very walkable, so having a bike or scooter would be helpful for getting around the city. Samantha was very kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed.

Our family loved staying at Samantha’s place! She was beyond helpful, checked in frequently to make sure we had all we needed and shared lots of great local recommendations. The apartment was exactly what we needed, in a lovely, safe neighborhood with plenty to do close by. We loved spending time on the roof deck, too! Highly recommend.

Excellent place, spacious and with a good location. It has a private jacuzzi at the top that has a very nice view of the surroundings. I would certainly stay with Samantha again in the future.

The apartment's location is a gem, the streets are super nice, with parking space exclusively for the building, very close shops and an oxxo on the corner, delicious restaurants steps from Samantha's place, very quiet neighborhood at ALL hours and the space of the apartment is amazing, we enjoyed it immensely! My puppy was the happiest inside the apartment. During our stay my girlfriend and I were working remotely from the apartment and the very stable and fast internet connection. The jacuzzi is the perfect close for your day and you have a very nice and green view to appreciate!

We had wonderful stay at Samanthas place cant recommend it more! Very close to the center but still removed enough to where there isnt too much noise at night!

This was a last minute booking, it turned out to be a perfect stay for the week, delicious restaurants all around, quiet, relaxing, and it’s own private jacuzzi.

This Airbnb was exactly as listed! It was in a great location and walkable to lots of restaurants and the main street. The apartment was very spacious and the host's assistant was very helpful and accommodating. Only downside was that the bed was pretty hard.

This AirBnb was great! located close to the main street with lots of bar, restaurant, and shop options. The layout of the apartment was great too. The private terrace entrance to the pool was very nice as well. Samantha is a great host and communicated very often making sure my stay was going well. I would definitely recommend her place and if I am ever in Tulum again, I would stay again :)

Beautiful space in my favorite neighborhood in Tulum. Brought two of my people to Tulum for their first time. This was a great space to show them the magic of Tulum. Awesome private rooftop to catch beautiful sunsets.

The space is big and so cute! It has its own terrace that makes it unique ! The location is perfect since nearby there are restaurants , pharmacy, supermarket etc. The house has almost everything to be able to cook or have breakfast I loved the place and the view of the kitchen was green ! I am already missing being there. Thank you Samantha

Great stay! We stayed a bit more than 2 weeks, place is safe and comfortable, you get free cleaning once a week! Mostly no problems except power was out for more than 6 hours for two days, so had to run to downtown for remote work. Other than that no issues, roof top is nice, a lot of places to eat around, bike/scooter rental just around the corner. Apartment itself was cozy, always was happy to get back home after long day out. Wifi had no issues (assuming power was on:). We used second bedroom as a work room but I feel like it would be great stay for a party of 4 as well.

Samantha and her apartment made my Tulum stay what it was. Samantha reached out immediately to make sure check in process was understood and I had everything I needed which included a ride from the airport to Tulum. Once there her communication continued with check-ins and sending me contacts and local tips. Her apartment was equally as great - centrally located which means you can walk to whatever you need (or walk to a bike/moped rental for the longer trips) and lots of food/drinks spots and convenience stores. The apartment is spacious, well-lit and the washer/dryer is key for those sweaty clothes. Rooftop pool & jacuzzi will be your best friend for chilling/decompressing. Wifi is super fast and stable. Can't recommend enough.

Staying at Samantha’s place was the best decision me and my friend could have made. Not only the place was great (spacious, welcoming, clean, fully equipped, and so much more) but also Samantha happen to be the most welcoming, diligent, and helpful host we ever had. Samantha really cares about the comfort of those who stay at her apartment, and is always willing to provide you any relevant information or contact you might need (taxied, restaurants, etc). In sum, “home is a feeling”, and that’s exactly how we felt during our stay there.

The penthouse has the amenities to make your stay very enjoyable. Without a doubt, an excellent option.

I had an amazing time. I was treated so well. We were in a nice area that was walking distance to everywhere. I loved my time here ! Also an amazing price for such a gorgeous, clean home !!!

Samantha's place blew our expectations out of the water. We knew from the pictures that the place would be spacious and modern, but in person the space was even larger and felt like home. The couch was comfy, the fans and AC were perfect to let that Tulum breeze in, or out, and the kitchen was definitely the highlight. I also loved the design touches in the living room and bedrooms. Although there was construction right outside (this is everywhere in Tulum) the sound never bothered us and we could only really hear a low hum most of the time. The guests before us had lost a set of keys, but Samantha and Carla (the woman in Tulum during our stay) quickly got us a copy to make our stay even better. We were able to rent bikes for the week right around the corner and there was covered bike parking in the courtyard. Everything we needed was already in the apartment, including an abundance of towels and extra blankets, and all the kitchen equipment we could dream of. Samantha was also a great host and was understanding when our plans changed and helped us to change and get settled in the apartment with the help of Carla. Carla was an angel and so patient with us as Google Maps did not like the apartment address and she guided us through the neighborhood to the place. The neighborhood was great, tons of small, cute cafes and restaurants, close to the main road which is packed with shops, tour companies, restaurants, and street food. I walked or biked the hood every single day as a solo woman and had no issues. (Except don't run by the dogs, as they think it's time to chase). I don't have one complaint, even in the midst of a hurricane on our final day! Go ahead and book this, you won't regret it!

The apartment is spaceous and bright. Kitchen is big. The private roof terrace has a jacuzzi and there is a common use pool on the roof as well. We never saw anyone else up there so it was practically private as well. Lovely place and Samantha was always quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Samanthas place was very clean and she was very responsive. He home was comfortable And in a safe neighborhood. The balcony was great to watch sunsets and sunrises, I would stay here again! Thank you!!
