Very nice house exactly as described and showed in the listing. Ramiro is a great host, responsive, helpful, and attentive. Housekeeper, Gustavo, is a great assistant in any matter related to the house: features, explanations, appliances, maintenance.. with an additional fee, cleaning and cooking help is provided, we highly recommend it, it made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. Also, with an additional fee we were able to enjoy a heated pool, in winter times this is highly appreciated. Overall, the house and it's ammenities are great to have a relaxing time in Valle de Bravo. Thank you, Ramiro.

The house is amazing, super comfortable, clean, in the woods... We loved it and would come back a thousand times :) a little complicated to get there but they help you get there and are super attentive.

Delicious to spend a weekend in a country house, surrounded by trees, the hot pool, the common area (dining room-kitchen-terrace) large and pleasant, the service staff is very attentive. We were three families with kids and it was perfect.

The house is very nice, the service of the people who attend the house is excellent. We had a great time! I would rent it again. However, I do not recommend it for small children or older people because the stairway to the upper floor does not have a rail and may pose a risk to people of that age.

The decor and accommodation is spectacular and provides several Environments to interact with family! Maybe for the cost I expected a space with more garden area to interact more with the Naturaleza.

The house is recently built and is located deep in the forest which makes it very pleasant, however due to the location it is colder than normal since it does not receive much sunlight during the day. As a suggestion, the house should have heating to make it more habitable. The water pressure in the shower must be improved since when I was bathing there was not enough pressure. They need to fix the resting mesh located on the second floor since it is not well placed and is a risk for the children. Gustavo, who is the housekeeper, is very friendly and helps with everything that is required during the stay.

The house is amazing, Berenice and Gustavo make the experience off another level

Ramiro was so attentive and thoughtful from our first contact he made us feel so welcome. The space was ample for the three families and we especially loved that you could open the huge sliding glass door and open the living space to the outside. The grill and two dining spaces were perfect for feasting and imbibing with our friends. There were ample linens and blankets, the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, and Gustavo was always available to help with the pool/fireplace or any questions we had. One thing to consider, if you haven't visited Valle De Bravo before it might be a little tricky to find but Ramiro was helpful and sent us extra info like location pins and fotos and we arrived no problem and even facetimed our friends to help them arrive safely. If you can pull yourself away from this restful oasis we highly recommend visiting Solar for a delicious brunch!

The house is in very good condition, the services are excellent and the service was always very good. The pool is ideal because it has a heater and the temperature helps a lot even if it's windy. Rebe and Gustavo helped us with everything we needed and Ramiro was very attentive and precise with all the details. We would definitely come back!!

The house is beautiful, in the middle of the forest with a very beautiful view, it is clean, new and it is better than in the photos. It has everything to enjoy a weekend with family or friends and have an excellent time. The owner's attention was the best and the house support staff strive to make the stay very enjoyable.
