Gustavo, Monica and Berenice's service was excellent. Helpful, hardworking and very attentive. They made our stay very pleasant. Ramiro always pending. Thank you so much,

Very nice house exactly as described and showed in the listing. Ramiro is a great host, responsive, helpful, and attentive. Housekeeper, Gustavo, is a great assistant in any matter related to the house: features, explanations, appliances, maintenance.. with an additional fee, cleaning and cooking help is provided, we highly recommend it, it made our stay more comfortable and pleasant. Also, with an additional fee we were able to enjoy a heated pool, in winter times this is highly appreciated. Overall, the house and it's ammenities are great to have a relaxing time in Valle de Bravo. Thank you, Ramiro.
