We had an incredible experience at Rotem & Jessica’s place! They were not only accommodating but also great friends during my stay. The property was clean, well-located, and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My boyfriend, my friends, and I stayed at Rotem & Yessica’s place for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it. The design was unreal. It was private. The amenities were so good. Amazing kitchen, a lot of space to exist in. Beds were comfortable with great bedding. We had everything we needed and more. Plus, Rotem & Yessica were super helpful with just about everything - recommendations for restaurants, atv rentals, beach clubs, gyms, etc! Super accommodating and one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at!

The villa at Cuatro Cielos is wonderful! The neighborhood is great, close to fabulous restaurants, and morning coffee is just steps away! The provided scooter makes getting around super easy. Rotem was always available for assistance and recommendations, and was very proactively communicative. I have nothing bad to say about the place. It’s just lovely. Thanks for the great space to enjoy all that Tulum has to offer. Cheers!

This place is an absolute paradise and if feels like Rotem exists just to make you happy. I can't say enough about his responsiveness and taking care of every request before we could blink. The actual space is extremely unique. It's made up of four separate rooms that are connected by an outdoor courtyard and pool area. We have kids that are older and they loved the privacy. As parents we loved waking up and being able to use the kitchen and bathroom without disturbing anyone. The courtyard and pool area is so well designed and quiet it was a pleasure just to sit there an relax every morning. Although there is construction across the street, we did not hear anything. Totally quiet. The bedrooms are spacious and have great air conditioning. The beds are very comfortable and the space is absolutely stunning and its like every waking moment is part of the Tulum experience. The location is really good. We rented a car and everything was very close by. Highly recommend this amazing place.

The property was just as beautiful in person as in the pictures! Rotem and Yessica were extremely communicative and whenever I had a question they immediately messaged/called. Rotem had so many great recommendations for Tulum, I was nervous being it was our first time traveling to Mexico and not being at a resort but we truly felt so safe the entire time. Lots of new restaurants/shops right near by, really enjoyed the bicycles as well! Would love to book this place again the next time we’re in Mexico!

Rotem‘s Villa is Right in the newer part of tulum with many great Restaurants nearby! All the rooms are nice and just like in the pictures. Kitchen is well Equipment. The pool is super refreshing and well maintained! He is always available and helped us wherever needed. He knows the area well and has great recommendations. All in all, a great Place to Stay in Tulum.

This place is a designers dream. The space is absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. From the well thought out colour schemes, to the carefully selected furniture, decore and linens. Rotem’s place truly captured a homey luxury feel. I especially appreciated the black out blinds which not only allowed us to sleep in, but gave some privacy to the glass walls that divided the space. There is some noise due to all the surrounding construction, but you’ll find this in any sought after place in the nicer areas in Tulúm. We were out for most of the day and were able to come back to a very tranquil night of relaxation. The place is full of accommodations that assist travel through Tulum city, like the bikes, which is a bonus. Rotem was super friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions or helpful suggestions. Not only would I highly recommend this place, but I would certainly love to come back!

Staying at Rotem & Yessica’s place was a total treat. The pictures don’t do it justice as others have noted. I’ve never met a host so communicative, responsive, and as thoughtful as Rotem. If you want to stay somewhere private, gorgeous, and with all the amenities you could want/need that’s that’s not too far from Tulum Centro this is it!

The perfect place to stay in the best neighborhood in Tulum - the house looks better when you arrive than it does in photos, so much privacy it’s perfect! Yessica and Rotem and very attentive hosts, anything we needed they provided immediately - definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic time at Rotem & Yessica's place! The space was beautiful and hosts were very communicative.

We stayed here for a week in January and can attest to the other reviews that it is a beautiful unit just like the photos. We felt safe the entire time and there are plenty of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. We had a car rental and had no issues finding the unit or driving around. Rotem and Yessica were great hosts who checked in every day to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend!

The hosts made us feel safe and at home. Their space is very nice and above all the place is very quiet and super located. Walking there are several restaurants where you eat well. We want it to be the end of the year to return. Thank you Rotem and Yessica for your attention.

Staying at Rotem’s Villa was the highlight of my trip to Tulum. I loved the flow of the space with the indoor / outdoor set up. I love how all of the spaces were separated, giving me and my friend our own personal space. I loved how the home came fully stocked with everything we needed. Rotem was very helpful throughout our entire stay and even before my arrival. He shared so many suggestions with us and helped with so many of our needs. He always was available 24/7, very responsive and often checked in on me which made me feel that he really cared.

The place is very spacious, very clean, everything was very good , we hope to return soon

The best villa I’ve stayed in while in Tulum. The villa is amazing it’s like a slice of heaven on earth. The villa was spotless upon arrival and fully stocked. The communication with Rotem was great from the time I booked to after I checked out. The villa is top tier with a 5 star rating. Rotem provided recommendations and he was accessible throughout my stay. I will definitely stay again and more than likely I will be staying long term. You will not be disappointed so book the villa!

Beyond the apartment, which is beautiful, the photos don't do it justice at all. Rotem's attention was top notch, always attentive and ready to answer any questions. The service and cleanliness are simply up to the top of the apartment, first quality. An unbeatable location to be close to restaurants and cafes and nothing away from the beach. Beds, sheets, duvets, high quality towels, which you wouldn't normally expect on an airbnb, but this one has it all. Totally recommended!
