The unit was well-furnished and immaculate. The complex was very secure, easy to access, and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The only negative was the loud music on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at the bar next door. The good news was it ended at 9p each night and you had a front row seat for the fireworks on Saturday. But even with the door closed it was loud.

Amazing place!! Couldn’t have been better! Will bring my two little kids next time as it’s very family friendly ! Loved the pool, views, location, and space! Added bonuses were the massage’s you get right in the building for just $400 pesos and lotsa whale viewing from the balcony!!

An excellent place for a family vacation, the location was perfect.

The pictures don’t do justice for how gorgeous this place was! I cannot get over the views each room had, especially the living room. This place was neat, clean, super spacious, and most importantly toddler friendly. There was so much to do at this tower, and there was so much close by. Communication with Nisha and Ricardo was so easy, and they were so flexible with check in and out. I travel to Puerto Vallarta once or twice a year and I can definitely say I’ve found my go to place. I would recommend this place a thousand times! Worth every penny!

This is a great condo in the perfect part of town, we loved being just a little ways away from downtown as the beach and surrounding area was not busy but a quick cheap taxi over. The condo was beautiful and fit 3 couples comfortably. Loved our stay!

This unit is located on the 14th floor along the C line of tower 3 and has beautiful views of the ocean from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Two of the bedrooms have walk out patios that face inland. The third bedroom is inward facing and doesn’t have any windows. Most of the bathroom amenities you would expect at a hotel are provided except for shampoo. There is a hair dryer even though the listing indicates there isn’t. While the kitchen has cooking utensils, supplies such as dry goods, bottled water, etc are limited to what previous guests have left behind. Nisha was generally great at communicating before and during our stay. She does not live in town though and all in person communication is handled by Ricardo, the unit manager who also does not live onsite. There are some (relatively minor) annoyances that others who have stayed in this and other units in the condo have noted that you’ll need to deal with should you choose to stay here: - There is a bar next door that plays loud music 12-9pm Fri-Sun. You can hear it anywhere in the unit, even with the sliding glass doors closed. - Adults need to wear a wrist band 24/7 for the duration of your stay. - The three towers operate very independently of each other (e.g., if there are cleanliness issues at the end of the pool not directly in front of tower 3, you need to contact those towers directly to address). - The gym is only open 6am-10pm. If your exercise includes running, you can get about 1/2-3/4 mi weaving the property premises. - Plumbing is sensitive. - There are weird rattling noises that you may hear at night when trying to sleep. Maybe it’s the vents?

Nisha's place is beyond amazing. First, the pictures don't show how truly awesome the condo and the amenities are. The views from the balcony have to be the best in all of Puerto Vallarta. The condo was perfect and is in the best location. Very clean with tons of space and a gourmet kitchen that we never used because of all the great restaurants. No waiting ever for an elevator. The pool and beach were so great we never wanted to leave. Awesome poolside service. Very secure building and extremely friendly staff. We only want to stay at Nisha's place next time we are in PV. Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo, spacious 3 bedroom, incredible views, great location, lots of restaurant choices, corner stores and groceries in walking distance. Cab rides to malecon only around 200 pesos, great communication with host, amazing security and Inexpensive poolside food and drinks, would definitely go back

Nisha's place is fantastic. The view, the condo facilities, all the staff from pool attendants to security so friendly welcoming and helpful. Nisha is so easy to communicate with and also Ricardo who is on site to welcome you and take care of any issues you may have in the condo during your stay. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and had everything we could possible need to cook (which we didn't as there are so many great food options in PV) enjoy the pool area, beach and just relax and enjoy balcony and view. You will need to bring shampoo/conditioner and lotions but soap is provided as well as dish soap, detergent etc for the dishwasher, washer and dryer. The concierge Crystal can help with local info and calling taxi's which seem to arrive within minutes. We booked a few excursions through Vallarta Adventures who run a first class outfit and have something to suit everyone. There is a supermarket within easy walking distance near the marina where Vallarta Adventures are located. We got our covid tests for the return to the USA at Hospital Joya a 10 minute walk away in the same direction, it was very easy no appointment needed takes a few minutes and they email the results within a couple of hours. There is so much to see and do in the area but if you want to just relax and enjoy the beach and pool there is no better place to do it than at Peninsula. We can't wait to get back.

Nisha’s place is amazing. It’s centrally located to everything. Loved that there’s security too enter the premises and to enter the building itself. The apartment itself is perfection. It’s big, the view is fantastic! We needed an iron and ironing board and the place didn’t have one, well they brought it to us. Communication was perfect. Everything was great. Hoping to go back with my family again. Definitely recommend. Also, we were kinda annoying as we went for a wedding and needed makeup artists to go into the place and the owner was so responsive and helpful. Truly a magnificent place!

An amazing and beautiful condo with gorgeous views. The pool was huuuge and we enjoyed every last minute of it. The location was basically in the middle of everything, about ten minutes away from the malecon and marinas if you're doing any activities. We really would definitely stay here again. Nisha was great at communicating!

Very enjoyable stay at this condo.

The location and view from the condo was amazing. We were in walking distance of many activities and a short cab ride from downtown and old town. The pool and beach are were not too crowded. We were always able to find a spot. We would definitely recommend this location.

It was a perfect stay for our family. Easy to stay safe and cook for ourselves. Excellent safety procedures from all peninsula staff. The condo is beautiful, the view is incredible, there were always chairs and a palapa available at the beach. It’s the biggest pool I’ve ever been in. Simply perfect.

5 stars all around! Nisha’s fabulous home was absolutely incredible. This trip was during the pandemic so we were definitely looking for something peaceful and relaxing and this definitely suited us well. This home is overall so modern and close to everything. I would 100% stay here when I come back. Nisha thank you for being the most fantastic host.

Absolutely perfect. We loved the location being a short can ride from town. Not as far and secluded as Nuevo but just close enough for a quick and cheap can ride to old town. The private and gated property has 24 hour security, the largest pool we have ever seen and a well appointed and seemingly private beach. A short walk down the beaches and a quick look at other resorts and condos only solidified our decision to stay at Peninsula. There was never a fight for a beach chair or lounger by the pool. Other resorts seemed crowded and chaotic. The pool at Peninsula sits up above the beach and feels private, tranquil and secluded. There is a locked gate to the property from the beach that keeps beach vendors from wandering into the property and selling goods. A few good restaurants, shopping mall and supermarkets are within walking distance offer enough for the lazy days. A wealth of restaurants and bars a short cab ride away for the nights out. Really can’t say enough good things about Peninsula overall and our host Nisha. Communication was perfect and always available when needed. We were greeted on time and shown everything we needed in the condo. There was a good mix of owners and rentals and a real pride of ownership here. The pool area was cleaned every single morning to immaculate perfection. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for a group of 5. Having an ensuite bathroom in all 3 rooms and a full kitchen was such a treat. No fighting for space in the mornings when getting ready! Too many great restaurants to stay in and cook dinner but was great to have the option for breakfast and lunch. Everything was spotless upon arrival. A washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit was great to have as well. The large deck sits right above the pool and feels as though you are sitting on top of the ocean at times. As an added bonus, there is a skydiving school right next door and they land right on the beach multiple times a day. Watching a dozen parachuters land at sunset every day was a real treat. For the price, amenities, location, hospitality, cleanliness, security, beach, pool and friendliness of the security staff and concierge I’m not sure I would bother looking for any other place to stay when in Puerto Vallarta again. Thank you Nisha for your wonderful communication and for sharing your home with us. Hope to be back in the future.

We are a family of 5 from Canada and we loved everything about this place. Clean, spacious, well decorated and well equipped with everything. The view is incredible. The pool is massive and gorgeous. The building itself is well maintained, spotless and very secure. The condo has everything you could need. Tons of towels, large kitchen, pool toys for the kids, chairs and coolers for the beach. Nisha was a great host. There’s no doubt we will be booking this place again.

The 3-tower condo complex is located in the hotel zone, with walking distance to nearby restaurants and groceries and short inexpensive cab rides to downtown and the marina. The space is incredibly generous and tastefully decorated. The floor to ceiling windows in the family room/dining room give a spectacular view of the ocean and mountains. While seated on the spacious deck, it gives the impression of being on a cruise ship. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen and comes with beach towels and beach chairs/umbrellas to use. Nisha always responded to our messages promptly. Check in/out times were flexible and we were met onsite by Ricardo who gave us a tour of the unit, and answered all our questions. Great value for a great space and a great vacation.

The view as amazing from this unit. The Peninsula is one of our favorites in the Hotel Zone. The owner Nisha and the staff are very helpful. The pool and beach is to die for. The 3 bedroom apartment was a great fit for our family. The unit was spotless and furnished well. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta since and it is one of our favorite places. The hotel zone is close to everything you would need and a short taxi ride to the Malacon. Hope staying here again soon!
