The house is amazing and Ricardo was an excellent host. I definitely recommend this amazing house. Everything was spotless and the pool was amazing. Has all the amenities and more. Than you si much Ricardo!

A new house, spacious rooms and bathrooms, a very complete kitchen with modern appliances. The pool is heated. Although the area is not very populated, it is private and very safe, and 13 minutes from downtown. It is worth the price we paid since there were 6 of us.

There were 8 of us and we loved the house. Comfortable rooms, the house is spacious and there are many very well-designed spaces to spend time together. It's a house that's designed to spend a lot of time in and is 100% worth it. The decor and layout make you feel comfortable. Estela was very friendly and nice, she was attentive to what we needed. Ricardo, the host, was also very helpful and communication with him was very good at all times. About the noise, the train does pass by often, but it is not a noise that bothers you. The only thing is the construction on the same private road, but nothing serious. During our stay we were never able to use the pool because they had to do maintenance on it due to the rains. The truth is that it was somewhat uncomfortable because, in addition to the fact that we could never get in, a person went every day to check it and we had to go out daily to downtown San Miguel, when our plan was to spend most of the time in the house. Other than that, everything is excellent.

We were fascinated by Ricardo's house! The amazing location, the design and comfort of the house were spectacular! It looked like a boutique hotel! With all the atmosphere of San Miguel de Allende! Very clean and tidy. Of course we would rent it again!

I would have stayed forever if I could have! The house looked straight out of an Architectural Digest magazine, and our whole stay was just as comfortable. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and flexible with late check ins and late check outs, and they even sent a cleaner twice during our stay to keep the space and pool spotless. The location takes a little getting used to — be prepared to double check that your taxi or Uber knows where it’s going and have a pin drop just in case. But the remoteness made the space feel extremely safe and quiet (except for an occasional passing train). I can’t wait to come back, thank you for everything!

We were happy in Ricardo's house (Aida house) we spent Christmas and they had the detail to put arbolito and decorate the house with great taste. The super equipped kitchen!!! Everything was very nice and the people who helped us in the house (Estela and Juan) very attentive and reliable. 100% recommended My family and I want to come back in summer :)

Overall, a great experience! The house was spotless, and the host was friendly and quick to respond. Access was easy, making it very convenient. The only drawback was the beds, which were a bit too firm for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Beautiful house, it has everything you need. Very comfortable beds, amazing common spaces. You just have to get used to the train pass because the noise awakens at night and the workers because it was the only inhabited house of the condominium, the others being in works.

Beautiful new home. Clean. Comfortable. Well decorated. 15 min from town. Lots of construction noise. Hard to find. Not on maps. Hard to get ubers

The house is beautiful, super comfortable, it has everything to feel at home and cook.The area is super quiet and we were able to rest. Ricardo and his team are super friendly, they always helped us with everything we needed and were always attentive. I recommend this house without a doubt, I already want to go back to spend another weekend there! :)

Very nice residence, it has everything super good and in good condition. They resolved the problems that arose very quickly. The pool is at the same time but it is not an issue that would prevent the children from taking a dip.

I absolutely loved this house I felt right at home. Everything was perfect, the house was spotless, amenities were provided, the cleaning lady was thorough, and Jose was very helpful. We discovered a way to walk in to the town and the local store was about a 10 minute walk. Even walking to the centro was about a 45 minute walk. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Ricard for your house and your hospitality!

A super nice place. The only issue is that it is close to the train tracks and the train passes by very early. Apart from that, everything is really nice.

Ricardo’s place is beautiful. The open concept and aesthetics of the house were amazing. We enjoyed the pool each day of our stay. Each room has its own restroom!! Definitely recommending it for others to stay. He was very responsive and provided great recommendations, we tried several of the recommendations provided and it exceed our expectations.

Loved our weekend stay. it was the ideal space to relax and enjoy our time together. Ricardo is a great host and took care of every details. We cannot wait to go back. A week later and we are still enjoying our sun kissed skin from the day in the pool. What a treat.
