Anyone that visits Samará is extremely lucky to have the opportunity to stay in this home. We are a family of five. This home was perfect, with a beautiful pool front view and set in what is a lovely, warm and pristine beach community. The management team of this property is world class. They could not have been more prompt and attentive. Howler Golf Carts (Tim and Troy) worked with our host and delivered a cart to the house prior to our arrival. Having a golf cart served us well. We often walked to the beach as well. Samará is a real community comprised of real people that care for one another. Everyone is kind and appreciative of the surroundings. The food is healthy and excellent. We are extremely grateful for the experience.

What a view! We loved lounging on the patio and looking off into the distance, listening to the waves roll in. There are so many beautiful colourful birds flying around the property and a limon tree in the back, and papaya tree that produce fruit. It was so neat to hear the howler monkeys at night, and we loved having the opportunity to see them making their way through the trees which was easily observed from the patio. The beach and town were very accessible and walkable. There is a hill to access the main Sámara area however this added to the privacy /security. Caro was there to greet us when we arrived and was very welcoming. Heather sent a manual before hand with very detailed instructions for accessing the air bnb and where to find things. This was so helpful! We travelled with children and all of the amenities needed for the beach and the pool were available to us. It was such a neat experience swimming in the infinity pool and watching the sunset!

House in a great location with walking access to the center of Samara and the beach. Amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. Very nice little pool. Good communication before arrival and helpful tips on site.

We had three unforgettable days in Samara and this accommodation is a big part of it, especially the view and the very nice pool for the children.

Wonderful house, amazing views, great pool! Easy to get to town, place to park your car if you need. Would 100% recommend! We will 💯 be back and stay here again! All around a great house and wonderful location!

My friend and I had a fantastic stay and loved many things about this place: perfect sized deck, portable umbrella for max shade, comfortable outdoor seating, incredible views from the gorgeous pool, outdoor clothes hanger, fresh fruit upon arrival, safety bars/gates on windows/doors, a/c in bedrooms, adjustable sun shades on deck, proximity to beach and we loved happy hour + sunset from Bahia restaurant. The walk up is a bit challenging but totally doable at a slower pace in the heat. We had an issue with one of two toilets and the host had it fixed very quickly which was much appreciated. Caro recommended a boat tour which was a major highlight of our visit to Samara. Water pressure was fairly low but was not an issue for us. Definitely recommend and would love to return! Also highly recommend using Samara shuttle for transportation from the airport.

Really great place and we all absolutely loved it. Fab location and perfect for our family. There was a robbery in the house next door- which was apparently rare- but important to know that these thing can happen - so just make sure you use the safe and are aware to lock doors and windows etc. We felt very safe in Samara and the house but think it’s important to know. Thank you very much to Caro and the co-hosts for hosting us. They were very attentive. We had a small problem with an A/C and they came to see it right away and the problem was fixed. The sunsets were perfect. They asked us for recommendations for some local activities. I recommend it without hesitation:)

We had an amazing stay at Heather’s place! From the start, our co-hosts Jess and Carolina were wonderful—so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location is truly breathtaking, with panoramic ocean views and the soothing sound of waves crashing below. It’s just a scenic 5-minute walk down to the beach, perfect for morning walks or even strolling into town if you’d rather skip the drive. Yes, the walk back up the hill is a bit of a workout, but jumping into the pool afterward makes it all worthwhile (and you’ll get your daily exercise in!). We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the evenings, watching the lightning bugs light up all around us—it felt magical. The house itself was comfortable and well equipped—we especially appreciated the strong water pressure in the showers—and we felt very safe the entire time. Highlights of our trip included dinner at Café Casa Esmeralda, the Outback ATV tour, and the delicious gnocchi at Ahora Sí for Italian food. Roots was also a
