The house is amazing, in a great location, and has everything you need to feel right at home.

Jay’s home was the best to stay at! We will be saving this home for next time we come again. It was cleaned and also smelled cleaned. My family loved it as well we felt right at home. It was cozy and Jay was amazing with instructions didn’t have a problem checking in or checking out. Definitely recommend!!!!

A wonderful place to enjoy, everything is very close, the neighborhood is quiet and the pool area is unparalleled for having fun all the time. Very complete, the house had everything, even beach umbrellas to go to the beach, we will definitely return when we visit Mazatlan

We had a wonderful time staying here. We only had to walk like 3-5 minutes to the Main Street, where all the restaurants and stores are. The house was clean and even bigger than what the pictures show. The heated pool was amazing as well and every room and restroom had extra towels in case you forgot yours. Jay even let us check-in a little bit earlier and always responded my messages fast. Would definitely be staying here next time.

Very spacious house, clean and the place is very quiet. Super search for the golden zone. Excellent heated pool. The host's service is very fast and super friendly. It was pretty much like being home. Thanks Jay !

Overall, the house is very nice. The pool is a plus since it is heated. The rooms are very comfortable. You sleep very well since the mattresses ensure a good rest. The TVs they have are large and of recent models. It has everything you need to have a pleasant time with the family. The furniture in the living room is very comfortable. Also a very spacious dining room. The kitchen has everything you need. In general, everything is very clean and a good host.

Without a doubt, the house is very nice, as shown in the photos, it is quite spacious, and the pool has heating, which made our stay more enjoyable. All the rooms have air conditioning and the house is very conveniently located to be able to get to the beach or tourist places. We had a small incident that Jay resolved for us super fast, he was always attentive and we received the house clean and in perfect condition. I would definitely rent it again if I return to Mazatlán, since for the cost it was completely worth it. The Peña has all the amenities and is very nice

Everything was great! Jay was always available and responsive when needed. Only downside was that the pool was not heated when we arrived so we missed out on a day. Other than that we enjoyed our stay to the max.

Everything was great, fully equipped, clean and very spacious. Close to the beach, the internet failed a little but it was not very relevant to us because we were on vacation. We would go back without thinking about it and I recommend it too.

Jay’s home was Great! Loved that it was very close to El Malecón and other stores and restaurants. The home in general was great, enjoyed the pool and backyard very much as well as the rest of the home. Will definitely look to booking again in the near future. Jay is a great Host.
