Amazing place! A 10-minute walk from downtown. The house is SUPER comfortable and has everything you need. The hosts were always attentive. Easy check-in and check-out. The residential complex is very safe. Only the pool was a little dirty.

The location is a 8min walk from the center, very easy to walk if you don’t hassle with steep hills. The host was very nice and accommodated our needs quickly.

A beautiful place to stay

The house was absolutely amazing! Great views, we all had our own bathroom which is always great when traveling with a big group. Only trouble we really ran into was accessing the home, I think the lock was malfunctioning but the host got us in. The pool was a great the kids really enjoyed it, it is in the deeper side so make sure to take flooties. The neighborhood was quiet and it being gated makes you feel really safe. You could practically walk downtown but it is a lot of up hill and down hill so we used uber/taxi to get around which ended up paying 60-80 pesos each time. Also a lot of van transports pass by so easily you can hop on those as well. If I ever get the chance to visit GTO I would book here again.

Our group of 8 had such a lovely stay! Beautiful views of the city from the balcony. Rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the hosts even went out of their way to bring us extra coffee. Definitely come prepared to walk up a lot of stairs/hills. Super quick walk to city center and great restaurants. Would 10/10 recommend for a large group!

The house is beautiful, all the rooms are very complete, with a bathroom per room, the decor is very nice, it has a beautiful and unbeatable view from the terrace, where the main monuments of the city of Guanajuato and the Cerro del Cubilete with the image of Cristo Rey are visible. It's very close to downtown and Juarez Theater

Erandeni's house is beautiful and fully equipped, plus safe and very quiet subdivision. We could walk downtown in less than 10 minutes and find the top attractions and restaurants for everyone. There was a small damage in the house, nothing serious or that will complicate our stay, and Erandeni was very well behaved and was super aware of the situation. We would definitely stay at home again, we really enjoyed it!

This is hands down a 10 out of 10 stay. The place is even better than shown in the pictures. All 5 bedrooms had their own en suite- the beds were heavenly and the water pressure was excellent. The hosts were friendly and communicative and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great place. The location is super good. Close to downtown. Everything matches the pictures and description. Impeccable with cleanliness.. super attentive hosts. We asked to check out a little later and they were very flexible. In each room I had a coffee maker and that was an amazing touch. And the beds are delicious. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The house is better than in the photographs, muuuy comfortable beds, everything is impeccable. Very complete and clean rooms. Very close to the center, but if you are walking the climb is a little heavy. Attention for anything very fast. Definitely a place to recommend and return.

Highly recommend. Really beautiful house. Very good area, quiet and with a lot of privacy. All furniture in excellent condition. Really comfortable beds, and very clean. You're homey. Very frigid barbecue area. With a spectacular view. Without hesitation I would come back again.

Erandini’s home was better than what we had expected. The pictures do not do the place justice. Each room has its own restroom, tv, and coffee maker. We loved the colorful yet subtle decor which reminded us of various states in México. The home is in a gated complex just 10 minutes away from Jardín Union (Downtown). The walk down is fun with lots of places to stop along the way for photos, but be advised, the walk back can be steep. Do yourself a favor and have a glass or two of wine on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful city of Guanajuato at night. The city is lit up in the shape of a heart. You can also view the Pipila from there. Adios Guanajuato, asta pronto!!

Beautiful home and in the most perfect area. Host was incredibly kind and responsive. Regret not staying longer.

This spot was majico! The views, the bedrooms, the beds. You feel like a princess. Anything we were offered Hugo there was to communicate with. I don't recommend this place for big people. It's a lot of walking and lots of steps. Still, it's a beautiful place.

Erandeni’s house was sensational with excellent amenities, very clean, safe gated community and very comfortable for our group of 8. The city center was a few blocks away where we could find many restaurants and attractions in the beautiful city of Guanajuato. Eranderi and Hugo are exceptional hostess. Highly recommend this house!!!!!

Everything is perfect, the place is BEAUTIFUL and they take care of every detail! I recommend it 100% just a detail, when we arrived the code that happened to us would not open the door and we had to wait 20 minutes since they did not answer us, just check that with Hugo and Erandeni so that they do not go through that detail

Honestly the pictures do not do this place justice. They thought of everything and each room is like it’s own little hotel room consisting of it’s own bathroom, coffee machine, steamer, and smart tv. I would recommend anyone stay here and will definitely be back. Not only an amazing place, but amazing hosts. Couldn’t be happier.

Everything is good, the room is new, the stay is very comfortable, but you need to take turns to have hot water in the bath. At the same time, there is a problem with the lock at the door. Everything else is great, the location is also very good, the room also provides board games, very clean, recommended for everyone to stay.
