Loved our 2 week stay at Casa Artistica. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved having the pool, the well stocked kitchen and responsive host. We walked to great restaurants and also made incredible meals at ‘home’. We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable home that is a 5 minute walk to great surfing. From sunrise to sunset it's a perfect spot to hit the waves, swim in the pool, rest on the lanai or in the air conditioned bedrooms, cook a meal. We were warned of construction and power outages but were not bothered by either. Overall the home is super comfy.

We will definitely be back. The house is comfortable, everything works well, and the kitchen has everything you need. The best of all is the host's service. Quick responses and always willing to help. The information provided answers all the questions, but if one has additional inquiries, they are quick to respond and help. Location is GREAT to walk to the beach, and even though the house is on a main road, you do not hear anything. The parking is outside the house. We left two cars parked there, and they were safe.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Dos Cocos. The outdoor space, including the two lounge areas and the pool, was spectacular! The location in Guiones K Section was very close to the beach (less than 5 minute walk) and very walkable to restaurants (exactly what we wanted). Though Guiones beach seems very safe and in previous visits to the area we haven't felt the need for more security, it a nice bonus that the house is located in a gated community. It was very peaceful and quiet in the house and in the back outdoor space. The indoor space had limited natural light but we spent most of out time in the back outdoor space which we were really impressed by. It was comfortable, clean, bright and beautiful. The pool was also bigger than most and was a highlight for the group!

Great location, great outdoor space (two separate shaded sitting areas, great pool etc). The only downside is the inside of the house feels like you’re in a basement (rather dark, doesn’t have the indoor/outdoor feel we would have hoped for). Bedrooms are good though!

This is a perfect place for a small group with easy walking access to Playa Guiones for entertainment Nd food but also comfy enough to make it a home away from home.

The house is in a good location . But the property looks quite tired. The furniture pads had stains , the rooms had a strong sulfur smell. Because of Security, we weren't able to open the windows and air out the house. The pool needed cleaning the kitchen was poorly stocked with dishes and glassware. It's obvious this house gets rented quite a bit.
