we loved this condo, newly decorated, fresh, clean, well equipped kitchen, nice linens. Nice to have the washer and dryer. Beautiful pool, chairs for pool. can walk to town and the beach, find the dirt road. Taxi is between 3 and 5 dollars one way. Great fresh market Thurs and Friday, check times, too far to walk. Distance to town is over a mile.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've ever been to. It made me smile as soon as I walked in. It is beautifully decorated and well equipped for a comfortable joyful stay. Host was responsive and friendly. The pool in the complex is great too. I cannot wait to return!

This Airbnb is fantastic! Maria is a great host. I love this place because it’s on the north side of the city, the quiet side of the city. But jaco isn’t a big city so your still close to everything. The main strip is walking distance from this Airbnb. Also, it’s a short walk to the beach. I walked most mornings with my coffee to the beach. the apartment is brand new! Best apartment in the gated community 100%. The security is very nice. It’s a safe gated community. The security are very friendly and helpful. There is a big super store called Maxi Pali just a short walk away. I would go there for groceries and everything else you need. Amenities in the Airbnb are all brand new, and work very well! the Airbnb is decorated very nicely! It’s very comfortable to stay for short term or long term. I stayed for 2 months and very much enjoyed it! If you’re going to stay in Jaco and don’t want to be right in the middle of the downtown night life, this is perfect !

We really enjoyed it, the host is a nice person, the condominium has a good location, it is away from the noise of the center but close to everything. We will certainly return!

The studio is very nice, safe, comfortable and everything is exactly as indicated in the description of the place. Maria Laura and Silvia's attention is friendly and best of all, they take care of everything very quickly.

Maria Laura is an excellent host, I mostly reached out to her co-host and she is extremely kind. The place is very nice and quiet, the apartment is the same as what is shown in the photos, in addition, it is very clean and has all what is needed. An important aspect is that in the Condominium itself there is the person who collaborates with them, so if anything is required, it is easily within reach. Also, hosts always respond quickly. I would definitely come back.

Very modern and with all amenities. Even the Sofa is delicious for sleeping, the bathroom clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything. Inside a property that offers privacy even during high season. Very well located near areas of interest, beaches, restaurants, restaurants, supermarkets. The hostess is very kind and always good communication. Highly recommended.
