Great stay!

We loved our stay! The rooftop plunge pool & sitting area were our favorite part! We spent each morning lounging, drinking coffee and enjoying breakfast at the outside table. Lovely! The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all six of our family members. Cobra 1 always had a receptionist at the front desk, which we greatly appreciated. All were very kind and helpful. The surrounding area was quiet, but is growing quickly and has lots of construction in progress. The condo is very well located. It is close to Tulum Central and the hotel zone. It is also close to lots of attractions!

Jenn’s place was absolutely stunning, exceptionally clean and well appointed. The deck lounging pool area was amazing, felt like our private oasis.

We had a good stay. The property was clean and we felt safe as there was someone at the front desk at all times.

We enjoyed staying at Jenn's place. The pictures were very accurate. The roof top area with the pool was our favorite part of the condo. Especially at nights when it was a little cooler.. Jenn was quick to respond with any questions we had. She had clear instructions with recommendations for places to eat and taxi services. The location was very great with easy access to the beach and downtown areas.

The apartment is very nice, clean and has all the amenities. Great location and good communication with Jenn. it's definitely a great option to stay!

This is hands down one of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever booked! It’s the perfect spot for a group of friends who are looking to enjoy a beautiful spot in Tulum. The neighborhood is quiet but still central to all the things you’d want access to in Tulum. Lots of restaurants and little shops are in walking distance, although there are also bikes you can rent. We had a car and driving in the area was very easy. Jenn was extremely helpful with local recommendations, was flexible with check in, and was always very responsive. The beds are very comfortable, water pressure was good, and the kitchen is well stocked. My favorite feature of this place was the rooftop pool. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Jenn!

Superb apartment and very nice terrace, everything was clean and very pleasant to live in. Jenn responds quickly and is super friendly. No complaints, would recommend!!

Great place to stay! We loved our time in Tulum and the Aldea Zama area is an amazing escape but still close to great restaurants and beaches.

We stayed 1 week with my family in Jenn and Alex's penthouse. It's really comfortable, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It is very well equipped, to ensure a rest and enjoyment with family or friends. It is very well located, in the area of Aldea Zama, a very short distance from beaches, restaurants and beach clubs; also very close to a supermarket, and small shops. It is a very quiet area, with respectful neighbors of the rest. Regarding the hosts, I can only appreciate the willingness to respond quickly, clearly and kindly. As a family we were delighted with Tulum and Jenn and Alex's place: we count the days to be able to return.

Jenn’s place was awesome. Walking distance to the local commercial center with lots of restaurant options. Jenn was very communicative and helpful with any questions I had. I would stay there again.

Our stay was amazing! The location is a perfect combination of private and quiet and super close and easy access to the Tulum nightlife and restaurants. Our host was very responsive and provided all instructions and recommendations for nearby shopping eating and entertainment
