This location is amazing, tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance, not to mention the beach access. The room was great and felt really safe.

Great little get away spot! Super clean, very comfortable bed, all necessary amenities for my husband and I. I highly recommend.

Jean’s room and balcony offer you a bird’s eye view of paradise (literally). The area is centrally-located, the building staff is kind and helpful, and the views are spectacular. Wake up with the sunrise and hit the rooftop for sunset!

We had a great stay at Jean’s place. It was close to our off shore fishing trip from playa Herradura (15 min drive). The Pelican restaurant cooked our catch at the end of the trip. Jean was responsive and his apartment was clean and comfortable! Thanks for sharing your place with us🤍

This room is dream for a couple looking for a great get away. Wake up to the ocean and mountains every morning. Very walkable to town and plenty of tiki bars along the beach.

Exceptional place! Location is perfect as well. A block from the main street w/ all the bars / restaurants but also right on the beach. Great views, clean, secure parking garage, AC worked great and Jean is an outstanding host. He communicated and responded to us before, during and after our stay. Even sent us an email before our arrival letting us know we'd be able to check in early if we wanted. Perfect place for a couple visiting Jaco.

Beautiful Airbnb! You have a perfect view of the beach and Jaco. Super cozy and had everything we needed with helpful and easy to follow instructions. Host was quick to respond and super helpful! It is in the heart of Jaco with so much to do near by such as clubs, restaurants/cafes, stores, supermarkets, pharmacies and excursion bookings. Easy pickup for excursions as well. Beach was right there outside the entrance. Definitely recommended if you want the true Jaco experience with luxury at the end of the day!

Jean’s airbnb was perfect. I travel solo and this was definitely a gem for me . You’re in the heart of everything !! Orange pub , restaurants and close to activities . Definitely would book again my next time around !! Take their suggestions for transportation you’ll save money and activities! A/C blew great !! View was amazing 🏝️

Great place! Plenty to do near by, food, casino, beach, pool, and a gym. We had a great time. The place is small but never felt it was too small for my girlfriend and me. Had everything we needed. Hot water, good pressure, modern toilet. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. The view from the bed is incredible. The condo was very clean and the pool and gym were both great. The gym does not have AC, which normally would be tough, but I got one hell of a sweat in and I loved it. Parking was easy, and safe. AC in the room was ice cold too.

This was a great stay. Jean's communication was great and he gave clear checkin instructions, which has been a source of frustration for me with many Airbnbs. Having access to a washer and dryer was great. Once checked in, it was easy to get in and out. We could get from the room to the beach in one minute which was nice. We saw scarlet macaws everyday flying from the mountains to the beach. One thing I would mention is that there is an electric skillet thing to cook and utensils, but there isn't a standard kitchen with a sink, so we had to clean the dishes in the bathroom. Not a big deal, and was clear in the description, it just threw us off a bit because we are used to a kitchen when we can cook. Still give this place 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Jean was very detailed and responded to communications promptly. Great location, amazing view of the ocean, and an awesome onsite gym. I had a great time and would definitely stay there in the future.

We loved our time at jeans place!

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in April, this was her first visit to Jaco. We arrived a little later than expected, and security was very helpful getting me what I needed and pointed in right direction. Place was very welcoming and beautiful. We both loved the space, property, view and the curtains(which move by remote control). If we return to Jaco, and we probably will, I would not hesitate to book Jeans place again. Jean's Jaco studio was beautiful and looked just like the amazing photos! I loved waking up to see the beach and birds. The view is simply stunning. The property is extremely secure with 24 hour staffing by very friendly people. Jean provided very detailed instructions (including for checkout, wifi, AC, blinds and remotes, and was responsive when I didn't quite understand the code for entry (I needed to do a better job of reading, is what it came down to). Jean called me and talked me through the issues I was having and was very friendly, which I appreciated! I wish I had more days to enjoy the pool which was clean and inviting. Jean let me lay at the pool with a friend, which is a private area, and that was super nice of Jean to allow. I wish I had more days on site! The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in. Bathroom was beautiful and featured nice shampoo, body wash & lotion, and everything worked perfectly. Next time I'm in Jaco I will be going to Jean's!

Jean's place is on the beach with a great view and large patio windows. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants or shopping and even though the street may seem a bit unkept, I would not consider it dangerous but just use ordinary caution when walking at night as you would anywhere. The building amentities are beautiful and the building itself very clean with underground parking which was very handy. The condo is cozy and had everything we needed.

This little condo is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Jaco! If you love the busy hustle and bustle and more of a nightlife then this area is just for you! Beautiful beach views and a very clean and accessible place to stay! Laundry on site was a great addition for us as we were in CR for a week! Also loved the ability to go to the pool if we didn’t want to be sandy from the beach! Jean was very responsive and accommodating for our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

I would have mounted the tv on the wall next to the wall where it was because it was really hard to watch from bed where it is now. Jean was very thoughtful and provided little extras that usually are not in an AirBnB and were appreciated. View was lovely and room was comfortable, great for a short stay. Thanks Jean!

Beautiful unit, beautiful building. Quite a bit of noise (partying) could be heard in the room between 2am-5am. Other than that, it was great!

the view was breathtaking. the balcony was huge with electric shades. A/C and a fan which was perfect!! The listing pulls up when you ask for a kitchen but you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink. You do get a microwave, small refrigerator, electric skillet, toaster and coffee maker. We did not cook because it really isn't good for that. I would describe it as "great for leftovers" which is a plus to be able to take your food back, store it and heat it up properly. But if you want to cook, I would request a unit with, at least, a sink and a stovetop. The neighborhood on our side is a little sketchy but a short walk to the main street.

We loved our stay! Big comfy bed, air conditioning, snacks and clean. Great value for price considering other options in the area. Safe and secure. Would recommend!!

My stay at the condo was fantastic. I felt comfortable right away. The unit had everything you’d need for a few nights. Amenities in the building were top notch. Great gym and pool and rooftop deck. Located right on the beach with amazing views of the mountains and ocean. Jeans place had a very comfortable bed and all towels and linen provided and such a cute little place. I would highly recommend staying here on your visit.

Beautiful ocean views from this 8th floor, brand new condo. One block off the main strip in Jacó and steps from the beach. Perfect place to stay for a beach getaway!

It was a lovely stay with no issues and a great view and amentities which is uncommon in Costa Rica!

The place is exactly as described, great instruction manual, well stocked with everything you need and extras which was a nice surprise. Perfect location to everything, and everyone we met at the pool were so nice and welcoming. The building is new and everything works perfectly. The bed is so comfortable and the view of the ocean from your bed when you wake up and open the blinds is amazing.

Jaco itself can be a pretty crazy party town. Jeans place at Pacific Point was a place of sanctuary from the wild parties. The pool overlooking the ocean and the sunset overlook on the roof were major highlights. I think the best aspect though was the balcony itself. Being able to sit and watch and hear the ocean was a huge bonus. The soda next door Jacomar was absolutely excellent a must visit for a cheap (3,000 crc) breakfast. At no point did I feel unsafe or unwelcome. 10/10 would stay again.

A beautiful place, clean, well cared for, with very friendly hosts and willing to help in any way. The view is beautiful and the location facing the sea ideal and close to the main street of Jacó.

The condo was very nice. The amenities were great and the location is fantastic. About 200 steps and you are on the main street filled with restaurants, grocery stores and souvenir shops. The building is brand new and has a great pool that is oceanfront, a gym and other working spaces. The residents have a weekly Happy Hour on the amazing rooftop and guests are invited to join them. I highly recommend!

Jean's place it's a gem. The location is great, very close to everything in Jaco. The building is brand new and it's very modern, lot's of technology, great pools, even a laundry room in the basement. The Studio is perfect for a couple and has everything you could think of to make your stay perfect and enjoy a romantic weekend with your S.O. Best place in Jaco to enjoy the sunset from the building's rooftop terrace. Jean's communication is outstanding, answering your questions in short time, always helpful. Definitely would come back again. The little details really make a difference, we enjoyed them very much, thanks again!

Very nice studio , a little cozy but had great bed and AC and TV worked great!!! Blavk out screen helped but still sunny! Pool was great and rooftop 13 th floor was awesome ! We watched sunset both nights !!!! Staff very helpful and friendly . Parking garage clean and very secure!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Perfect experience, the apartment is located by the sea, it is convenient to go out to the supermarket or eat, the public facilities are complete, the pool is clean, the front desk staff is very friendly, the rooftop has the best vision, you can see the sunrise and sunset.In addition, the host's arrangement is very attentive, the blue tone of the sea is all over the corner.The beddings are clean and the tableware is also aesthetic enjoyment.The most memorable thing is that you can see the macaws fly by the balcony.

Jean was a great host and the location is fantastic. You’re literally on the beach, you can’t get closer unless you’re on a boat. Very clean and it had amazing views from the bed.

The description of the beachside studio condo was spot on! The place was spotless and very cozy! Very very comfortable bed with a wonderful view of the beach/ocean! The balcony was also very comfortable and a wonderful pĺace for morning coffee! Everything was very secure and the building had great amenities! Jean was great and very responsive! We will definitely be returning!

I felt totally safe entering this very well-lit building at night, with security agents to validate my identity and even a safe to secure my valuables inside the condo. The owners made it easy to check in with barcodes, clear and hassle-free instructions, all in simplicity. I felt even safer and enjoyed the calm in my room on the 8th floor. I had bad experiences in the past elsewhere and I would like all the rentals to be like this one. The next morning, I woke up to the sound of the waves, coffee in hand, provided by the host, on the terrace overlooking the ocean, then came down for a brief workout in the new gym. I was then able to attend a meeting. I used the workspace near the gym. I'll be back for sure and for longer by the way, I totally recommend it.

As much as the apartment and the tower are beautiful. The apartment is impeccable, everything is tidy, clean, modern and very beautiful. It has a wonderful view. The two pools and the amenities of the place are excellent. Jean was always attentive and proactive to answer any questions and even get ahead of what we needed. I would totally come back.
