Securely gated, 2 pools, gym, co working area, barbecue area and an incredible 13 th top floor sunset deck with 360 degree views. Pura vida! The space Location, location, location. This is the absolute best location in all of Jaco. This studio is well designed so you can enjoy intimacy and privacy in a true Costa Rican vibe. Top safety and security: well lit building at night, 24-7 security guards at the reception, safe for your valuables, door lock programmed custom for you only and access cards to use amenities. Closed off pools and private yards are accessible only with resident's access passes. Top quality automatic electric curtains with remote control are at your fingertips along with 50 inch TV with access to worldwide programming with thousands of channels. Beautiful mini kitchen with small fridge, single burner stove top, microwave, coffee, toaster, pots, pan, utensils and shelves, all of which to make this place ideal for longer rentals. The access to water is in the bathroom 6 feet away. King size bed with views and more views. We have our own water filtration system, so the water is perfect to drink. A huge closet to store suitcases, clothes and belongings is very convenient for long term renters. When we are there, we live next door in a lock off so if you need anything, we are just next door. You can walk to a multitude of restaurants and many are within 500 feet. Everything is fully functional, such as the pools, gym, working area and the incredible 13 th floor rooftop deck. The pictures are the real deal so this property is good to go and take advantage of the special price as it will not last long. Your private deck has the best views over all of Jaco, including ocean, mountains and city. The view is not boring at all. We have full colored parrots flying by our balcony every morning. We are surrounded by a multitude of restaurants of all kinds, all within a 10 minute walk. Come taste the real Costa Rica. Pura vida. Please note: Since we have 24-7 security in our complex, we require all guests to provide full names and ID number, so that our security at the reception can validate your identity upon arrival. As a host, we will send you a QR bar code, for each guest and you will receive a blue wristband to make it easy to identify visiting guests. This is to avoid entries of all kind into our building and amenities. Guest access The studio is all yours to use as you wish and you will also have access to all amenities offered in our Pacific Point complex located on Bohio Calle. There 24 parking spots for visitors on the in ground lower level and 10 more spots outside in front of the commercial spaces that are in the building at street level. So you have 34 spots if you are driving and it is first come first served, if not there is always room in the street. We will send a bar code which gives you access to the building, but if you drive, you can ring the bell at the gate entrance and the staff will let you in. With your bar code, the reception will show you and give you access to the elevator for the 8 th floor and once you enter the unit, you will find your access card which gives you access to everything: elevators, pool, parking, gym, work area and rooftop. Always bring that card with you when you go out of the room. NOTE: Rooftop is only accessible via the elevator located in the front part of the building as it goes to the 13 th floor. The other 2 elevators are near the parking area and go to 1-12 th floor. ANOTHER NOTE: Your access card will give you access to the lower level parking, the first floor, your living floor and the rooftop at the 13 th floor. Don't leave home without it ! If you ever need to go other floors, you will need to use the stairs as this is prevent useless traffic and for everyone to enjoy more privacy on their living floor. You also have a pretty big closet to store suitcases so the studio will feel like home with incredible views. Please note that the owners are living next door as this rental unit is a lock off studio. Owners are eager to get some nice reviews and take good care of you. Other things to note You do not need to rent a car, unless you want to travel and do not need to worry about food, grocery or anything else for that matter. Everything is at your fingertips for a dream vacation. Jaco is a gastronomic feast, you will be amazed with 75 restaurants of all kinds next you. Surf school and rentals is right in front of our complex. The waves are nice height and easy to access, nothing like many other towns where the waves are too strong. Jaco is perfect to access. Although the ocean is often easy to surf with small waves, you can walk south towards the end of the beach where you will find the same ocean, but with basically no waves at all. Young kids can even swim in it. Internet: we have added a range extender in the apartment so your signal will be excellent. TV has thousands of worldwide channels and electrical curtains are at your fingertips with remote control. Local Jaco artist Vose painted the surfboard by the king size bed, a beautiful continuation of the mountains in the background.
