The house is beautiful, just what we look for when we go to Tepoz, a spacious, comfortable place, a very large garden and a beautiful view. The outdoor terrace is where we spent most of the time, very comfortably. The service staff took good care of us and were attentive to our needs and wishes. An ideal house for large families.

It's a perfect house to disconnect and enjoy with family/friends. It has everything you need for a super comfortable and enjoyable stay in a very well-maintained space. I would 100% repeat the stay. *Something that surprised us a bit is that there is a fee to pay for each dog you bring. I recommend reading the rules very carefully so that you are not surprised by anything. Outside, everything is excellent

We had a great time in Las Pontigas. A beautiful house with a huge garden and beautiful views. Extremely comfortable for 14 people. The pool and jacuzzi were at an excellent temperature (The whirlpool didn't work when we went, but the water was very hot). Pedro was very attentive, Eduardo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful. Mary cooks very well and is very attentive (if you like spicy food, you have to tell her beforehand so she can prepare the sauces with more chili). Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely come back.

It was worth it overall, some maintenance details in the guest bathroom, the sink had no water and bedroom 5 had some damaged tiles. In the budget they handle the breakdown of taxes, however, they do not respond to me about the issuance of the invoice. Eduardo, the property manager, is very kind, as is the cleaning lady.

Pedro is very attentive and allowed us to check in early and leave later if we wanted. The house is very nice and above all the garden is huge. The only thing I would change is the bed count, since there is a mini mattress, where not even one person fits inside a room with another bed, and that is considered within the bed count. It's just that it's exclusively for a baby.

Maricarmen, the person who cooks, has excellent seasoning and is very cool. Overall, everything was excellent.

Pedro's house has been one of the most beautiful houses on Airbnb. The photos are short with the place, the views are amazing, and the house is amazing. We had a very pleasant stay, we felt right at home. The person in charge of the house (Miguel) made sure everything was resolved. I would come back a thousand times :)

This is the second time I have washed Pedro's house and it has always been fabulous. On this occasion, improvements to the house were noticed but it has always kept it impeccable, the space is very spacious and has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days.

The house is very spacious, with very well-distributed spaces. It has a beautiful terrace with an unbeatable table for having a good time during breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool is a good size and the garden is super large. It was a very relaxing space for a weekend getaway from the city. The location is very good. There is a lot to do nearby, but you have such a good time inside that, in our case, we didn't go out much. Pedro and Eduardo were very kind the whole time and always responded to our questions or needs. My guests and I had a great time. We would definitely come back.

Very comfortable and amazing place to rest on the weekend

The house is beautiful, the place is very quiet and there are good restaurants around the area. What we didn't like was running out of gas and having to bathe in cold water, which they fixed the same day.

This accommodation is ideal for a few days of rest with family and friends. The property is huge and has a spectacular view, plus Pedro is an excellent host and was in constant communication before and during the stay to ensure that everything was in order. We would love to come back!

This propery is fantastic. The house in very big and super clean! The pool was large enough to swim laps and the garden is just massive and impeccably maintained. Our boys enjoyed swimming, running around and playing endless football! The staff, Brian, Deli, MariaCarmen and Marcelino, where incredibly helpful and always available. We brought a projector and luckily, there was a huge, 2-story white wall in the living room and we had movie night every night, including popcorn! We will be back!

This is a beautiful modern hacienda style house with an enormous yard and a beautiful pool. The house is well situated near Revolución, a main street where you can catch a bus or taxi into town. The kitchen was well stocked and the house even had a washer/dryer and dishwasher, which is not always the case in Tepoztlán. Pedro was responsive and helpful. We will definitely return.

Pedro was very attentive a few days before our arrival at the house and helpful with whatever was needed during the stay. The house is excellent. It is very large and comfortable to stay in. We enjoyed all the spaces 100%, but mainly the terrace and the pool. The house has all the required amenities, including a Weber grill that we used one day. The staff who take care of the house are very attentive and help you with cleaning, cooking, or bringing things from the market or the little store. For the price and what you get, I give the house a 10. Pedro, thank you so much for renting your house to us.

Pedro's house is a very spacious house with a cozy style, just as seen in the photos, with a huge garden. The house is impeccably clean, as is the garden.
