I would definitely recommend staying here for your stay in Mexico. The host is very responsive and will help, answer any questions you need. This property is in a gated community with great security services. Like top tier no one who isn’t allowed will get in so it made us feel safe with just being a party of 4 girls. Hot water worked perfectly. They are building houses on both sides of the house but it isn’t noisy at all. It’s markets and stores walking distance and this location is about 15 minutes away from hotel zone party strip.

This place did not disappoint. Everything looks just like the pictures but even better Javier was quick with the responses. The place felt safe I did not want to leave. The floors were so freaking clean and so shiny. I could moonwalk without socks on the floor. I loved how clean it was. The only thing is you are 20 minutes away from the hotel zone and the clubs but that is a quick fix just by booking a taxi Uber or a private shuttle.

An excellent place to rest, a very quiet area, Javier's house is impeccable, easily accessible ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Place was nice but from pictures on site look way bigger, but place was still nice only problem I had was the smell in house & water was always cold no hot water but other then that place was nice and comfortable & no neighbor problem…

House located in a secure area 20 minutes by car from the airport. Pleasant to live in but in an environment still under construction. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Perfect to end your stay in Mexico near the airport

The house is very spacious, comfortable and nice. It is in a good location and access is safe. The host was always available. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful trip thanks to the house. We were pleasantly surprised. The house is beautifully maintained, modern with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The host is more than available, he makes every little detail count and that's what made the difference, without hesitation I would recommend it. Coffee machine, water machine, swimming pool, roof terrace, A/C, smart TV, parking spot, secure neighborhood with patrol boats and camera. Supermarket 3 minutes walk, contact person for all kinds of questions, my only negative point, the pool is not heated, so the swimming period is limited.

An absolute MUST STAY!! 3 top important things - security 10/10 I felt safe from the entrance checkin , security was very thorough each time we entered even when we left also the security at the house 10/10 I felt safe for my self and family , second the pictures and listing does NOT do true justice to the property, it’s exactly as listed but larger than described the aesthetics and attention to decor details is beautiful & the outdoor back yard is a super relaxed setting ,everything you need to feel at home while away on vacation, and third the host hospitality & communication was almost immediate- And each time I stay in Cancun it will be here- do not hesitate to make a decision you will not regret it ! THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST STAY !!!!

Do not hesitate to book this airbnb! Literally way better than the photos. The photos really doesnt do this place justice. The home is a great definition of modern luxury! It’s located in a gated community, 15 minutes from the airport and tons of restaurants & nightlife nearby.
