Really nice place! Very chill and close to the beach.

Our stay at Villa Colina was simply AMAZING! We we're visiting Sayulita with a group of 22 - and, 7 of us stayed at this beautiful location. Eva was so incredibly helpful leading up to the trip - providing recommendations on where to eat, explore and most importantly.... helped us line up a private chef (for 22) and private catamaran while we were there. The property is really unique and offers nice hidden spaces for people to relax and unwind - or, a larger communal area near the pool with a amazing open space to socialize and swim. Pool is fully equipped with colorful lights, blue tooth speakers - and, has an amazing view of the bay with iguanas and birds visiting regularly. All in all - this rental was exactly what we wanted and needed for this trip! Highly recommend!

Villa Colina will always have a special place in our hearts. Our group of 10 girls traveled here for a bachelorette and had the time of our lives. The house location, host, amenities were all 1000/10.

Eva was so helpful and responsive! The place was amazing!! And so were the staff! Comfiest beds ever! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful house and grounds. The location is very close to town and the beach. The bedrooms were quiet, despite being so close to the bustle of town. Eva organized transportation, a cook and tequila tasting during our stay. All of which we thoroughly enjoyed. Would highly recommend. The pool was perfect for our small children.

Wonderful!

The best!! This was our second stay and we will be back again! Villa Colina is perfect for our family of 7 adults. Sayulita is a lively town and villa colina is the best of both worlds, walk into town in like 3 minutes but private enough to enjoy some peace from the action. Awesome view of the surf break, perfect pool and palapa. The house is just as pictured and very comfortable. Eva is an awesome host and makes everything so easy. The home is well taken care of by friendly and caring people that give you your space while taking care of everything!

If you're looking for a walkable but peaceful oasis, just book it! Amazing location, great pool/palapa and outdoor space. Highly recommend, beds are actually comfy, the new soundproof windows WORK and we had an amazing relaxing stay. Walk 3 minutes to amazing tacos and town. Saw an awesome iguana in the trees.

We stayed in this wonderful Casita for my friend’s bachelorette trip with ten girls in all and had the best time. The host Ernesto along with Eva, was responsive and even helped us get a taxi when it was raining so we could make our dinner reservation the first night. Each girl felt like that had space in their rooms and corresponding bathrooms. The view was even better than the photos and the entire place felt extremely private although we were a short walk into town. Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing house and service. My friends and I stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect house. The property manager was there once we arrived and went over everything and if we ever needed anything, he was super responsive. The house was cleaned everyday we stayed, and they were accommodating for anything that we needed. The house is so close to town and we did opt in to get the golf cart, which was a lot of fun. The house felt like we were inserted into the culture and was so perfect for our trip.

We had the most amazing time at Eva’s amazing home. The location could not have been more perfect. The house was perfect for our family. Maria who came to clean the house everyday and cook for us was absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful spot that was super walkable. Stayed here with 3 families, including 4 kids. Each family had their own space. We loved the outdoor area and pool. Mary kept the place spotless and was so welcoming and kind. Eva is a great host!

We loved our week at Eva’s! The location was great, just above downtown so it was easy to get anywhere but not right in the center so it felt private. The beds were super comfy and we were so thankful that every space had AC for those hot afternoons. The staff was kind and so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

You can stop your search here! I have stayed in some nice places in Sayulita and this one IS THE ONE. The home is beautiful, immaculately clean, has daily cleaning service, and s just a short walk down a beautiful path into town. Every detail from the fresh guacamole and cold beers waiting for us upon our arrival to the high quality bluetooth speakers surrounding the poolside palapa. I won't stay anywhere else for future visits. Eva and Ernesto were so kind, responsive and truly made it feel like a vacation. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely exceeded our expectations. What a perfect vacation for our family, with three twentysomethings to teens and their plus ones. Eva and Ernesto were wonderful communicators, Mari was a special housekeeper making us a homemade meal for one of our evenings to fully enjoy the beautiful space. The heated pool, palapa area is just lovely- the home is the Mexican Villa of your dreams, and the beds were just so very comfortable. Walking to town and the beach was a breeze. We made a lifetime of memories in our stay at Villa Colina- look no further, this is the place!

The consensus from all 9 of us was that this was one of the best vacations we had ever been on. Eva prepared us for the trip by responding quickly to our last minute questions and changes letting us know that she was excited for our arrival. The home exceeded our expectations and was made more welcoming by the homemade guacamole and refreshments upon arrival, further enhanced by several delicious breakfasts by Maria. The pool, the view and the palapa were great to center our group. We gathered for breakfast under the palapa and then again for conversation and games later at night. We did yoga by the pool, napped, read and the just enjoyed the breathtaking view which helped us decompress little by little each day. Walk down the path next to the house to the beach or into town and enjoy the Mexican culture in a way that a resort cannot deliver. We all agreed that location, accommodations and sweetness of this wonderful hippy surfing town were definitely worth a return trip! Thx Eva

Wonderful! Perfect house for our family of 7 traveling w/ our 3 adult kids and 2 significant others. Everyone had their own beautiful bedroom & bathroom and extremely comfortable bed. The staff was all kind. Eva was so helpful and I loved the concierge service, it made planning everything a breeze! The house was 10 out of 10 amazing and comfortable. we are already planning our return.

We had the most wonderful stay! It completely exceeded our expectations and made for a perfect beach vacation!

Our group of 8 enjoyed our Stay at Eva's. The house was incredible. From the fanatastic views to the accommodatons and helpful staff. We walked into town or the beach a short distance at least twice a day. The location is very peaceful (except the construction noise in the neighborhood). The communication including previsit emails, texts, etc were very helpful. We were glad to have transportation setup before we arrived. Our whole week went well. We hope to return next year.

Amazing house with a great host and staff!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful space. We chose well for our annual Girls Trip. Eva was incredibly communicative months prior to the trip all the way through check out. We had recommendations for everything we could possibly want or need, transfer from the airport, excursions, massages, yoga, food, atm’s. We felt safe, well taken care of by the staff and were able to fully enjoy our time in Sayulita.

Great group event space! Eva was very helpful and the staff were easy to work with. Loved the pool and the view too!

My stay at Villa Colina was amazing! Eva was such a fantastic host! So many services offered! Eva and the manager Ernesto were very accommodating! The AC went out in one room, and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Serenia’s cooking was phenomenal. Her home was absolutely beautiful and we will definitely be coming back as often as we can. Thank you for the best experience!

I almost don’t want to leave a review because this place is incredible and I want to keep it a secret!! Haha Eva’s house was MAGNIFICENT!!! I celebrated my 30th with friends and it was an incredible trip! We were there in September (rainy season) however, it only rained the first night. Her house is super close to the beach and the town. I would recommend renting a golf cart! Staff was excellent - shout out to Mari - housekeeper - she was so amazing and helpful! Ernesto, was also awesome and helpful! Eva, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful property.

Eva was incredibly accommodating and responsive and supportive given the changes that we had with our group. The place was amazing and the group had nothing but good things to say about it. The concierge service was incredibly helpful for managing large groups. Highly recommend!!

Eva was a terrific host. She was extremely responsive and provided local recommendations that were all great. Villa Colina itself is an awesome location for a large group to enjoy Sayulita. It is very private and has a great view of the ocean and town from the backyard. There is a pathway next to the house that leads down to the town. It takes about 2-3 minutes to walk into town. The amenities were great too. The chef cooked us some fantastic meals with Mexican flavors I had never tasted before…even after being born and raised in San Diego. The AC in the house is top notch. Every room has its own AC unit that is left running 24/7. The house also feels very safe and secure. There is even a security guard that is posted outside the house at night for additional protection. I can’t recommend Villa Colina enough. My friends and I had a great experience and it is safe to say we will be back!

Villa Colina was such an amazing stay! The place is beautiful with incredible views. Eva was a great host who connected us with many amenities for the weekend including private chefs and massage therapists, making the trip seamless and relaxing. Would highly recommend staying here!

Eva and her team are so organized and responded to all of our questions in a prompt manner. Plus, the location is ideal. It’s an easy walk to town and to the beaches. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Just a wonderful experience

This property and location were fabulous! You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. So convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach, yet still private. The house is beautiful and well maintained and if you need anything, you just need to ask. Our trip was perfect and much of it was bc of where we stayed!

Villa Colina was perfect for our family of 10, including a baby. The layout was great with each bedroom having it's own bathroom and everything we needed was there. It's a very short walk to the beach and multiple bars and restaurants. We used the private chef for 3 dinners and the food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend taking advantage of the chef's talents! Eva, Ernesto, Mari, and Daniel were all great and took care of absolutely everything. Eva was exceptionally helpful and very responsive to all of our questions both prior to and during our stay. Our family very much enjoyed this property and would certainly stay there again when we visit Sayulita!

Eva was Super communicative leading up to the stay and during. We were 3 couples and it was a perfect spot for privacy and communal hanging. Pool was lovely, Ernesto was great in accommodating transportation, and everything was just wonderful !

Our stay was fantastic. The home provided great indoor and outdoor living. The pool was spectacular - just the right temperature, comfy lounge chairs, and a view of the ocean. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the wifi always worked well. This place is perfect for a family vacation. Can’t wait to return.

Great location! The pool/ outdoor area has a beautiful view and a quick walk or golf cart ride down into the town. Check in was super easy and the house was very clean. Would absolutely recommended staying here!

This was my families 3rd trip to Sayulita in the past 2 years and hands down the best accommodation we have stayed out. A private and spacious location that is literally a 3 minute walk to the main beach and downtown. The staff that attends the property was incredible and the host was extremely responsive. A great place for a couple of families with children and we used the pool daily. Will be coming back here again.

DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS ABNB!!! This is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in Mexico and everything it has to offer is more than just the photo’s & description! Eva, the host was extremely helpful, attentive, & patient. Maria the house keeper was A DREAM!!! She helped cleaned the home and ensured we were all always comfortable, had clean linens & towels, & her company was truly so great we even invited her to lunch with us because she constantly worked so hard to make us feel like kings and queens! Ernesto & the pool guy were truly so attentive and helped us with anything we needed and accommodated all of our wishes! I had a group total of 10 people and we all had our own room/beds to sleep in! The house literally had everything!! Just pack your clothes and shoes! Eva and her team provide everything! We used the pool every single day and it was so close to everything!! I miss it so much but I cannot wait to come back and hang with my villa colina family! 💛 the best 30th!

Eva’s home was a dream! We had a group of 9 for my birthday and it was perfect! Perfect location, very spacious, very clean, and the pool was so nice to have after a long hot day. The beach was a short walk and we surfed twice a day bc it was so close! Eva and Ernesto were very responsive and so helpful. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home!

This is a beautiful Mexican villa, with a very private layout that creates 4 separate suites. It has a stellar view and sits a 5 minute walk above town. There’s a lovely, steep, shaded path that you can take instead of using a golf cart. We found it challenging to find places to park the cart and often times there was a lot of congestion. Don’t bother renting it unless you have mobility issues. Lots of good restaurant choices but our favorite was having the chef cook food for us. Super delicious and reasonable.

Had a great time at Villa Colina! We were a group of 10 celebrating a birthday and loved how close we were to town but also a bit removed from the fray. The space was beautifully maintained by a friendly staff and we appreciated the amazing chips and guac when we arrived. Would absolutely stay again!

This place was great! We traveled here for 3 nights with 10 girls. The view was stunning, the home was amazing, the pool was great and the location was perfect. You are close enough to walk to the beach or directly into town within minutes. This home had everything we needed and we would all stay here again.

What a lovely home! 8 of us were perfectly comfortable. Eva and Ernesto were so easy to work with. I highly recommend staying at Villa Colina, and I look forward to staying there again!

The pictures are spot on with how lovely this property is. The element that really made the trip outstanding was the staff at the house, and their responsiveness. Ernesto was so quick to respond and support with any hiccups, Daniel keeps the grounds gorgeous, and Mari is thoughtful and helpful all while keeping the house clean every day. The daily cleaning service was a new experience for our group, but was really lovely. I traveled with people in their 70's, and would note that it is pretty steep to get up and down the hill into town/beach- totally doable and a nice mini workout, but just something to consider if you have less ambulatory folks in your party. Our group did well with it but just went slower and steady. If staying in the tower, we highly recommend using the ear plugs and sound machines provided starting the first night to help with the reverberating noise coming up from the town. Not noticeable in the main house, and louder Thurs-Sat. A fun bonus is getting to see the iguanas every afternoon in the trees around the outdoor shower. We can't wait to hopefully return with more of our family members in the future!

The house was amazing, staff was fantastic. We had a party of ten, enough room for everyone. Great location to the beach and town. We would all go back. Eva does a wonderful job taking care of her guests. The personal chef was amazing. Spa services were great! Food in the city is fantastic.. truly great vacation!

Villa Colina is the most beautiful house I have ever rented on AirBnB, or anywhere for that matter. The design and construction is top quality and the location is perfect. The views from the house were so amazing. I cannot recommend this house enough! In addition, the host, Eva, was very helpful in putting together our plans and logistics. The house manager and cleaning staff were also wonderful. We had a chef come and prepare some fish we caught and that was definitely a highlight. The meal she made was incredible - even the kids enjoyed every dish. We had the most wonderful time in Sayulita and Villa Colina was a major part of the success!

Fabulous home! Eva and her staff made our stay extremely comfortable. They go the extra mile to help plan transportation, plan a chef cooked delicious dinner outside under the palapa upon arrival, and always responsive to our needs and questions. The house is beautiful; large, but comfortable with intimate spaces; perfect to get together with a group but everyone has their private space. The furnishings are lovely luxury Mexican. It doesn’t get any better!

Wow! This place is amazing! The description and photos are spot on! We went for a bachelorette with 8 people and the house was perfect size and could have been comfortable with a couple more. The views from the pool and the balconies are beautiful of town and the beach. There is a path just up from town that is a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Beds are super comfortable and the house is well maintained, clean kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, and linens are soft. Its really a perfect place! Staff was friendly and welcoming and we felt very safe. Can’t wait to come back!

Villa Colina is a wonderful vacation home in a beautiful setting! The location is close enough to walk to the beach and town but secluded due to the layout, hill, and tropical gardens. Mary keeps the premises clean and Daniel keeps the garden pristine. Everyone is attentive and is dedicated to your comfort. The walk to town is a little steep, but short. We found it nice to rent a golf cart for occasional trips to the ATM or to drop our gear off at the beach. Although you can rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach, the beach chairs and umbrellas provided at the house were perfect for our family. We will definitely be looking for another opportunity to return to Villa Colina!!!

This place is amazing . A simple walk down the hill to the beach , rite above town so you feel a little secluded from the night life, but close enough to walk to see and be apart of everything. Ernesto was the property manager for our stay and he helped set up a golf cart, transport from the airport, a private chef (Omggggg do this !!!! She made the most amazing food), and covid tests on site . The house is beautiful and unique. Each room is so fun and filled with beautiful Mexican textiles. We loved the pool, especially after ocean swims and to play with our 8 month old baby. This place is amazing and will make your trip here even more special.

Amazing property! Amazing location. Easy to walk to town or to the beach in a matter of minutes. The place is spacious, with plenty of spots for a large crew to sprawl out. The crew are all friendly, and quick to respond. We felt safe, and had great sleep. It was also the perfect setting to host the private chef we hired for one night. We highly recommend this place!

This villa is amazing. We stayed for five nights and everyday just got better and better. Eva was an excellent host , she was great a responding quickly and efficiently with all my questions.
