Our family of 4 adults loved our stay at Paradise Regained. We all had plenty of room to spread out and spent most of your time on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the a/c in the bedrooms worked well. Plenty of bottled water was provided for our use. The host Tamara was very proactive and responsive in her communication before and during the trip. She arranged pick up for us from the ferry terminal. Before the trip, she emailed information on immigration forms and provided lots of suggestions of things to do and where to eat on Utila. We dove the sites around the island and found that snorkeling off the reef in front of the house was as good as the dive sites for aquatic life - spotted eagle ray, parrot fish, barracuda, trigger fish and scuba divers! We loved our stay on Utila and felt well informed about the island before arrival, thanks to Tamara's proactive communications.

We loved our stay at Paradise Regained. As mentioned the location is amazing. We loved to be able to snorkel right behind the house and it was the best snorkeling spot ever. It was pretty hot and it was great to jump right in the pool. The listing does say that the central area does not have air conditioning. This could be an issue for some people but that meant more water time for us! The room full of snorkel equipment was great! We really enjoyed relaxing on the porch and in the gazebo. We will stay here again. Tamara was a great host!

One word, BEAUTIFUL! Genuinely one of the most beautiful Airbnbs my family and I have ever stayed at. Tamara was awesome and made herself available whenever we had any questions. Bring your camera or GoPro because you will want to take as many pictures as possible! Will definitely be back!!

We felt so at home, when it was time to leave, I was sad to go. This is the perfect place to stay for a family. We each had our own room, it had everything we needed, a beautiful view, great location, walking distance to The Point restaurant, just down the road from Bando beach, and close to town. We used Alton Dive shop and it was just a 2 minute golf cart drive up the road. I will recommend this rental home to anyone traveling to Utila.

We loved this place from the moment we walked in. The balcony became our favorite as the view, breeze and waterfront are unbeatable. The property is exactly as described and photos show. It’s not new or super fancy but has everything needed and a great value for the peacefulness of the waterfront view and ability to snorkel an amazing reef 100 yds from the gazebo. It has the convenience of being a few minutes from town on a bike, scooter or golf cart, and a 2-minute walk from The Point Bar & Restaurant. Tamara was very responsive and resolved an issue we had immediately after we made her aware. The hosts are well known and liked by folks on the island. We dove every day and had a relaxing place to return to every afternoon!

The house is in a wonderful spot overlooking a beautiful reef; right next door, there's a restaurant with delicious food; the location is the best... Also, the house provides you with plenty of towels, soaps, etc.

Great place. we walked to dinner in town every night but it’s far enough away that it’s nice a quiet. Great snorkeling from the property. Utila is a really cool place

Beautiful large house with all the necessary amenities. About 15 min from the city center on foot. Best of both worlds and accessible by the beautiful road. It's not a place that's new but very spacious and comfortable. Tranquility close to town. Beautiful snorkeling site right across the street from the house

We had a wonderful time at Tamara's house. Being oceanfront and hearing the waves all day was super relaxing, and the snorkeling right out in front of the house was great with a abundant fish. We were very comfortable for our group of 3 adults. Tamara was very responsive and helpful - great communication. We would return.

We had a great stay. The sunrise and the sunset were beautiful. The access to town was easy. We loved Utila and will definitely be visiting again
