This is our 2nd time staying and it’s perfect for our family if 6. There’s enough bedrooms and bathrooms we aren’t on top of each other. We can cook and there is also a cooking service. Daily cleaning, washer dryer. The complex has the perfect beach, pool etc makes you feel like you are at a resort. And the location is perfect, 20min to Punta Mita, 35 to sayulita. We will be back!

Our concierge, Brisa, was amazing! She took care of everything for us. We loved having breakfast made for us each morning, the condo fit our group perfectly. We also really enjoyed being next to the W Hotel and highly recommend getting a day pass there through Resort Pass! It came with an F&B credit and a discount at the spa, which was lovely. This place felt very worth the money. Absolutely perfect stay!

Everything was amazing!!

We were very happy, the apartment was much nicer than the photos, very clean and spacious, Israel was always attentive to us, super helpful, attentive and with the best willingness to help, Susy cooked spectacularly! And the one will be very nice and some great breakfasts! Very attentive, punctual drivers and with all the appropriate sanitary measures due to the contingency, we hope to return soon, a very nice family vacation!

We spent a few days of maximum relaxation and fun. It's an excellent option for both adults and children, very close to the beach (very clean) and private, next to the W Punta de Mita hotel, although you have to keep in mind that its services are exclusive for hotel guests, not for the condominiums. The Chef service is highly recommended. The food is of the highest quality and variety at fair prices!

We stay in Los Veneros every Spring Break an this was our first time renting this property. We love the area with the gorgeous beaches, many pools and short drive (we rent a car) into town for dinner. This condo was very nice - well equipped, everything felt clean and well taken care of. We have had issues with other condos in the past and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that this one was so well maintained. If I had to pick one thing to improve on, the lounge covers outside by the pool probably need replacing, but that is the only issue I saw. Everything else was really great and we would rent this place again. We loved our housekeeper/breakfast chef (Rosie). She was a doll and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Our concierge (Alejandro) was super nice and helpful - we know our way around the area so we didn't need much help booking anything. With all that was going on in the world when we arrived, we still had an amazing time - beaches were very quiet and we felt safer than we would have been back home. Definitely a great trip and we look forward to returning.

It is very well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the apartment is better than the photos! Lupita's breakfasts are the best and she's an excellent person! Alejandro was always very helpful.

The stay in Veneros Punta Mita was exceptional! The space is nicer than it looks in the pictures. It is spacious and with functional and tasteful details. We had an unforgettable family vacation. Eduardo and Rosy's personal attention made a big difference. The communication and response to questions and requests was extraordinary. The beach is beautiful, the attention at the beach club as well. Overall, and particularly Eduardo's personal attention, make this stay more than 5 stars!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Let me start with the property itself - Views were incredible; better than the photos. Decor was so tasteful with a touch of elegance. Clean, and it had everything we could think of. The location is walking distance to the W and the W staff provided services at the beach- lunch and drinks! The pools were clean and very well maintained. It is a safe and relaxing site perfect for families. It comes with any appliance you can think of, towels, toiletries, BBQ grill, and a relaxed setting. The Staff - Eduardo was top notch! He welcomed us into the home and in advance made sure he met every ask, expectation and request from our group of 7. It is quite difficult to please a large group but we felt he went above and beyond. He was able to help us with boogie board rentals, a wheelchair for grandma and helped us put together an extravagant Thanksgiving dinner, which included local meats. He checked in daily to see if we needed anything or if we would like any additional groceries. We felt like we had a family assistant there to help with anything. The cooks and cleaners were honest and humble people who wanted to help in every way possible as well. The breakfast was included daily and it was all delicious with a preset options for the menu which Eduardo provided in advance. They took into consideration any ask and were so accommodating in every meal. Thank you Alejandro, Eduardo and Staff for being so kind and good to us! We loved our Family vacation. It was impressive service and we will be back!

This place was awesome. Location was beautiful. The unit was very clean and having daily housekeeping was a plus. The concierge, Eduardo was great. He made us feel welcomed an at home. Eduardo made sure everything we needed was taken care of. My kids are older (24 & 26) so having their own bedrooms was great. One of the best family vacation we have had.

What an awesome rental! The view was beyond perfect, the place was clean and full of every amenity needed! Eduardo was beyond perfect. Took care of us and made the trip have that special touch. Cannot wait to come back!!

Likely the best vacation my family has taken. Firstly Eduardo our Concierge took amazing care of us from pre-arrival to departure. From procuring beach toys for the kids to grocery shopping and restaurant reservations with ground transportation -Eduardo was always responsive and kind. Leticia, who cleaned and cooked breakfast for our group was also amazing –her morning breakfasts on the veranda overlooking the ocean will not be forgotten. Our group of nine had two families with three kids and an adult couple. The spacious condo was perfect for the large group. The private pool vanishing into the ocean was a dream for kids and adults alike. The unit is two floors with two master suites with bath on the lower level. The third room also on the lower level has two single beds with multiple ways of being divided for privacy but could easily be considered a master suite as it can be entirely enclosed with a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the top floor with the living room and dining areas. While the bathroom is separate, the bedroom has a great ocean view. Despite being the furthest condo building back, we could still hear the ocean. In addition to our private pool, each building has their own medium size pool. If those pools are not enough there is a third huge pool for all three condo buildings to use that is on the beach and has an excellent knee deep area for young kids. None of the pools felt crowded, and the lounging beds (same as the W next door) and dining tables made spending the day at the pools and beach easy. Also of special note: all pools are heated! The W Resort next door has a great little beach bar which the Los Veneros residents are welcome to use. On occasion the bartender was seen walking around the larger pool asking if anyone needed anything. The beach itself is wonderful and sandy with whales playing off in the distance on occasion. Vendors were not too numerous or pushy. Los Veneros (the complex name) is quite remote. Aside from the W Resort and its restaurants, car service is required and is readily available. Eduardo the Concierge set them up for our entire group of 9 many times and was courteous enough to request car seats each time. He was also able to negotiate better rates or longer time with the car. This made trips to Punta Mita and our favorite Bucerieas exceptionally easy. In addition there is a fleet of suburban’s waiting up the driveway at the W but we did not need them.

Our family just returned from a week at Los Veneros. It was an amazing property, on a gorgeous area of the coast that was secluded but accessible to many areas (Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta, etc). The property was immaculate and we were well cared for by Eduardo who managed the property and Leticia who came daily to cook and clean. We had 2 small kids and extended family with us and it was just ideal. The private pool was great to have while the kids napped. All rooms were large and comfortable. The beach was quiet and wonderful for a long walk or just building sandcastles. We hope to be back next year!

We had a great vacation in Los Veneros. The apartment is spectacular, large, with very good views and super well equipped. The beach has crystal-clear waters, with waves suitable for surfing, and white sand, making it a paradise for a great vacation. All the condominium staff is very kind and attentive. Eduardo, who is the person who received us to show us the Penthause, was very attentive to us at all times and is a very nice person. Thanks to Alejandro and also Karla for informing us of everything before arriving in Los Veneros. In short, a dream vacation in that stay. Highly recommended.
