The house is well located with easy access to Managua’s principal sites and easy to leave the city. The house is very clean with all the listed amenities. Victor was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We recommend this place to other visitors wanting a safe, quiet and clean house in Managua.

I had a very good experience during my stay. The house is very clean and has everything you need. There is a 24-hour supermarket nearby. José was always very friendly, attentive, and willing to help at all times. Every time something came up, he resolved it quickly and with great willingness. You can tell that he really cares about the well-being of his guests and that he does everything possible to make their stay comfortable and pleasant. Overall, I can only agree with the other positive reviews: it was a five-star experience, and I would definitely recommend this place.

I highly recommend this place to stay in Nicaragua. Safe neighborhood, spotless place to spend your time in Managua. I felt I was home. A great stay, a great host in a great area! A very cozy house, with a lot of privacy that offers a lot of tranquility despite being in an area very close to the road to Masaya. Don Victor was key to making us feel at home in his home. We give our most sincere and absolute recommendation and hope to return in the future!

The house couldn’t be better, it was a spotless place, perfect size, very comfortable place, easy to find, everything around there, a very convenient market just crossing the street but the host is the most spectacular thing, Victor is very respectful, responsible, proactive and helpful.
